  • It will be a new Megane Grandtour Energy 110dCi, but only with Euro 6

    Hello, I would like to order a Megane Grandtour Energy 1.5 dCi 110 BOSE and have to wait until delivery approx. 90 days. As the much sharper exhaust emission standard Euro 6 comes into force next year, should it already be present in my Megane. For me, the question now arises, how long do I have to wait with the order? Will Renault change the engines this year or actually not until January 2015? A possible change could come to the model year change. Just, When does this come? Who knows Renault’s usual dates for the conversion to the new model year at the Megane? Greetings Bertl

  • Scenic – battery is discharging – which cable is it?

    Hello, have a Scenic 1,5cdi BJ2005, something sucks the battery empty when parked. I checked all fuses under the dashboard, found no consumer. The current flows through one of the red cables at the plus pole of the battery, with changing currents from 0.7 to 5A. The battery is empty in one night. I put it to my mechanic, who “has it not so” with electrics and has no idea where this cable goes and what it is. The cable disappears below r this thick air hose right at the front of the picture. please ask for info where this cable leads and which part of the power robbers could be! thank you and many greetings Tommy

  • Inspection 60000Km, NQ5 PHEV, too expensive!?

    Hello, I just registered in the forum. I received a cost estimate for a 60000Km inspection yesterday from my KIA dealer of trust and was shocked. The total cost is 1350 €. I found nothing about “60000Km inspection” in forum for an NQ5. Has anyone already done 60000Km inspection and how much did you pay? Do you find it too expensive, or is it now the Kia normal? The 30000 inspection was about brigens at 770 €, which is considered in the near future OK. I have just written on 3 more Kia dealers for an estimate, I am spanned what is still coming. VG Eugen

  • Luggage compartment for Sportage PHEV?

    I’m a fan of trunk trays, but I haven’t found one for the sports hall PHEV yet. Same problem with my E-Niro (with subwoofer) also nothing available, then I bought the for without subwoofer and cut the part accordingly where the subwoofer sits. Purchase actually always at Az…, can’t find anything there absolutely. Where do you buy your trunk trays? Are there corresponding parts at Kia? Many greetings from Franken

  • Software/Cards Update 17.01.2025 Kia Sportage NQ5

    Didn’t anyone else get or install the software update from the 17th year 2025, which seems to have been withdrawn by now? The update was apparently only available for a few days and now the software update from August 2024 appears again on both the Kia Update page and the Update app. Apparently, Kia has withdrawn the update without justification. So far, I have not noticed anything new or any bug after the update but that is probably typical again. ia. Bring out an update with difficulty and need 1-2 times a year and then also with errors. Kia builds solid, but now absolutely no cheap cars, but they simply cannot or do not want software or software maintenance.

    Hello guys! I wanted to ask myself how this is like as a student with the lease. I picked out a good offer (the smart forfour pure limited for 1000€) and would like to lease it with a deposit of 2000-300€ private. Monthly charge would be 100-150€. The money for this would be through savings and side job (designer/programmer), however more irregular (times 2 medium orders per month, times 1 big every 3 months..etc.), plus a fixed income from maintenance contracts n and cares of the parents (bin 21). I’m not Schufa or something, I’m financially on solid feet and would like to drive a practical, economical and safe small new car and after all who have tried out (corsa, mini…) the forfour is the suitable for me. 1. Question: Is leasing possible as a student in my situation? Would it like to do about me and not about a third party… 2. Question: Does it get financially profitable? Many always say, leasing to private is worthwhile not. Please for advice Dear sunny greetings from Berlin

    Hello Smarties! I’m already excited about the smart cars, but financially I can only afford the ForTwo or a cheap ForFour. Then I have to take it out in 4 years, because I don’t deserve much. Do you think that could work financially? The follow-up costs are very high and I drive over 22,000km a year, half highway half city. I can, so to speak, 250 euros a month for rates, insurance, taxes. Gasoline and inspection come of course extra. At the moment I drive a golf 1 convertible, 13 years old and there are repairs of almost 600 euros, so I think about buying another one. Kia Picanto/Toyota Aygo I have already thought about it.     so first of all praise to EUER forum quite nice here.I did not see such a close-up in any forum as here at smart-da the ghosts seem to divorce!! since the highly praised fault-free running power “knutschkugel” times the most fault-infested pushcart of the world!What I don’t like so much, however, is the personal hostility in some threads!!!is improveable! now to me: I drive a mercedes c220cdi from 2001 and I am extremely satisfied would never defy it.
