Hello dear Phaeton friends, as long as I am reading and especially writing along, I notice an ever-increasing distress of the long-time Phaeton drivers. Apparently VW prefers to see his classy top-class car in its own fleet or to the far east in the large empire in the traffic jam. From customer loyalty here in Germany, my impression is that WOB doesn’t hold much. On the time journey through history, I came across a good old measure of customer loyalty on the VW website, which I don’t want to withhold from you. (see pictures in the appendix)http://data.motor-talk.de/…/plakte-1-4421468022356218502.JPGhttp://data.motor-talk.de/…/plakte2-47078135281837940.JPG At that time there was the badge of honor for 100,000 km. My suggestion for today: Every driver receives this badge again for KM performance. In addition, long-term customers also receive a badge from Neuwagenauslieferung, lovingly designed by the bina with the better number of your individual GmbH.

Winter tyres to small rims ? – Vibrations S90
Hello, I want to tell you something about my winter tires here and at the same time listen to your experiences. Have had an S90 R design since summer and have now my first season WR on it. These have been raised to 8×17 Rial M10. Pneu is a GoodYear Ultra Grip. Since the beginning of the switch to WR I have had a restlessness in the FW. Did not have my tyres balanced out at two dealers. It had not both the same result – it means that the second workshop had to correct the work of the first workshop. A slight imbalance always persists. Now the best thing: was with my and had to find out there today that my tyres were too small for my vehicle without air suspension and that technically it is now so conditional with the long wheelbase. Did you ever hear such a thing? KBA allows a rim and then despite balancing still a restlessness?

Water drops behind medium rear-view mirror – gasket panoramic roof?
Hello, had you ever had a water break in behind the rear mirror (XC 90), water dripped from the camera box except for middle jalousie: car was parked and it rained slightly but continuously. Front window had changed a few times I presented it to the workshop immediately: was artificially rained etc.: Demonstration effect – water didn’t penetrate an… no idea… before the sky was expanded, we wanted to wait for the next water break in again… Seals etc. are unfortunately not covered in warranty extension… Did I then look at the panoramic roof a few days later and find out that a piece of seal is missing on the passenger’s side behind (see photo). Workshop confirmed that this doesn’t look normal… Have you ever seen this before, there has been an action? How shrinks the sealing rubber – bird’s food is not so clean…?? Thank you in advance for your comments.

Bright equipment quickly cuddly?
I am currently suffering from acute configuritis in the very last trains. Yesterday all order details were already talked through with that, only with the color of the interior the spirits are separated. Outside it should become Osmium Grey. My colour favourite for inside was actually after the sneak preview after 3 black interiors with aluminum finally a light equipment (not the amber too yellow-stitched for me) with linear walnut. However, with this I not only on resistance of the OHL, but practically word-same also on the “resistance” of the . According to its information were now the first vehicles with bright interior equipment after a few weeks use in the workshop and should have had already been clearly smudged seats. According to this this is a new experience with the new XC90, with the other models so not know so so. Thus the interior of a Momentum exhibition car is probably covered, with which above all the outer cheek of the driver’s seat already clearly visible dirt-abrieb. Long speech short meaning: how are your experiences in the daily practice, however, I am not sufficiently aware of the disadvantages of both of Dautium and the equipment.

Where’s Cylinder 1?
Moin, I have a Golf 5 1.9 TDI and I read it out, there was a mistake in the engine. P119A00 Glow Candle Cylinder 1, Interruption My question is now, where is Cylinder 1? Is this the left or right one? So from where do you start counting the cylinders? From left to right 1 2 3 4, or from right to left 4 3 2 1 ? In the appendix is a picture of the engine to be able to imagine it better. In my opinion, I think that you count 1 2 3 4 from left to right, but I’m not sure. I also tried to find out this on the Internet, but didn’t find anything… does someone want to know?

Statistics? Which VW engine is the most sold and most reliable?
Hello, I have to be conservative for a while and I am looking for a VW this time, maybe also for several years. The model is minor at first and possibly in the second step of relevance. But then small cars, combi or minivan/van. Are there registration statistics about the most sold engine variants and possibly also breakdown statistics about it, if yes, where? If from your point of view the number of engines sold is rather insignificant, which engine do you consider to be a Sparkuchs price / performance hammer? Gladly in connection with automatic and cruise! For all your well-intentioned contributions 1000 thanks!!

HEICO 20″ rims XC90
As already reported, I ordered Torra-20″(looking exact like the Volvo 20″,it looked hugely looking forward to it,extra Volvo lenses tracked down-then on Saturday the giant disappointment-the tires (275/40 20) stood out sideways-the car looked like a prollige monster car.On Monday at 8 am I went to the tyre dealer and had the winter tires 18″ again. On the same day I made an appointment for Wednesday at Heico, now Heico 20″ (264/45 20)-must say, just great. Add hormnically, super design, noble, not too bully, they just fit perfectly. What does that tell me-it was the first and certainly the last time that I bought aluminium rims apart from the v. manufacturers and/or professionals of the jew. car brand like Heico,AMG, schnitzer etc.

C 30 Buy DrivE or rather not
A friendly hello to all Volvo drivers, I had no connection to Volvo at all. Through a company car (Focus 1.6 TDCI) I found pleasure in the small diesel and then stumbled over the TV advertisement of Volvo DrivE. I quickly got out that it is the same engine. Since I only need a “2 person car” a C 30 would be the right one. Unfortunately our dealer had only a 1.8l gasoline for a test drive. Did I like it well, is something else. The optics for the sake of space is not enough, but that’s enough for me. Now the question Focus 1.6TDCI, C30 1.6 DrivE or possibly wait for the 1.6 diesel in Golf 6???? Therefore I would like to ask you: Is the C 30 to be recommended? How about the workshop costs? And even more important, has someone already had experience with the DrivE 1.6Diesel? I fear that he is translated to fuel saving so long that he doesn’t make any fun anymore. Could it be that I am right there. Besides, I am surprised with the 4th the focus have given the same 4th greetings.

VOLVO – Meeting in Moritzburg near Dresden / Saxony
Hello, after I have seen that nobody dared to report about the Volvo meeting I do the… Text by SunMan From 21 to 22 May 2011 the type-open VOLVO – meeting of the “VOLVO-Treffs” Germany took place again. Possible tyre problem – soil imperfections now much more perceptible
Hello people, drive a Volvo S 70 and have given me this year new summer tires and drive now with the Michellin Primacy HP (205/55 R16) on the Columba Volvo Alu rims. Before that were still summer tires of the size 205 50 R16, which I did not want to afford, because I can also drive the now size and this is much cheaper… So, my problem now is this: It seems to me now that the new tires react much worse to ground unevenness than the previous ones. Every hube or similar thing is now being delivered much more intensively to the interior. Oh yes, the shock absorbers (front) have only been changed about 3 months ago. With the winter tires I had previously on steel rims (185/65 R15 T) the car runs much calmer and dampens much better. Do I have to worry about anything? Thank you for your answers!
