Hello I have reported a private liability damage to the stuttgarter insurance about 2 months ago since someone damaged my car and it is also immediately admitted so n quite clear case. the reviewer was meanwhile already there before about 6 weeks and also the saw no problems. now the insurance does not register when I just called said only: opinion is there, processing time up to ONE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!! that may not be true you can do something there?

Scooter only accelerates up to 40
Moin zsm, I have a problem.. And I cleaned the carburettor heuze and ran again but I made a new intake nozzle and sports air filter before it (yesterday) and started the then after the cleaning ran well and gasifier set but once it accelerates so slowly before it has been directly to 50 now it only goes very slowly up.

Weird sound on the start.
It’s a Rex RS 400, with 3t km. Now to my problem. Since yesterday I usually hear a metallic knocking on the start. Sounds like a screwdriver is in the tank and hits the left and right against the sheet metal. The sound probably comes from the front and usually occurs when I hit the handlebar and roll a piece slowly. Had it already rolling backwards. Tires front has no game, and when I pull the front brake in a jerky way or when I push the shock absorbers down I don’t hear anything. So far I only heard the beating noise when the engine is running and only the first few meters, or when I take a break in between and then go off again. I have always had the main stand down, but it’s kind of stuck. I’m a bit afraid that some camp is broken and it’s dangerous to drive. But a camp can be so loud and beating e Make noises ? The bank needs the registration certificate Part II in addition to “normal” documents. But that doesn’t make any sense at all, right? The manufacturer will not give me the car (and thus the registration documents) until I have paid? But how should I pay if the financing amount is not too high? I pay 30%. Gilera Nexus 500 overheated after alternator change (stator)
Moin, I have been having problems with my Gilera Nexus for a few weeks (BJ. 2005 with 44t km). It all started with the fact that the battery could not be charged during the ride, so that you could only move the scooter with regular charge of the battery. After it was unfortunately not on the voltage converter and a change did not bring any improvement, and the scooter was only good for about 70-80km range, there was still action needed. On Saturday the exchange of the alternator (stator) was then on (from my dad who said he gets it, has been screwing on motorcycles for 50 years) After that, the voltage went back, slightly over 14V during the ride, battery recharges again, all so far okay… except that the scooter gets so hot after 8km that the temperature indicator flashes and only shuts off and waits for a way out. The thermostat was tested and bridged, both brought no improvement. From the feeling there is no pressure on the lower hose, so there is no circulation. The assumption is that it is either what is in the area of installation of the alternator or in the area of the water pump (pump rotates, although felt wrong, the shovel wheel does not take the maximum amount of water with it because of its shape, but is unclear to us as to how this can be possible or if that is even possible). Upgraded after game damage
I have a problem and hope someone can help me with it. And I had a little wild damage in March(1200euro). At that time I called the insurance company and they said that because I have partial cascade I will not be upgraded and the damage will be paid.So far as the damage was done and in August I sold the car.And I got my FK2 and changed the insurance right away but now I have to find out that my old insurance company is now from SF6 to SF2 has upgraded due to the wild damage. Now my question can they just do it now or do it only because I changed the insurance which I think more??? They can’t just upgrade me by 30%????

Carburettor overflows

I cleaned the carburettor and the air filter in advance and donated to it a new Baterie. It started even after a few attempts. Now it only drips every 2 seconds out of the overflow of the float chamber and I don’t know why. I already built the scooter almost completely apart and measured it according to the Atu manual. I discovered and fixed some errors when measuring it. I changed the light engine because no ignition spark came I changed the cylinder because it was very dirty and a seal the engine block was torn. Ignition coil is new because the ignition spark looked weak. Carburettor was cleaned and blown out gasoline filter new and gasoline also comes out of the gasoline hose. Spark plug new gasoline new.
