  • Business customer at Sixt = Kilometer flat rate or 1% regulation?

Hello, I have a question, because I am not quite sure about this… I plan to use a leasing as a commercial customer at SIXT. I am independent and can also “prove” all this by means of a business license at SIXT. Now it is the case that I want to know if in this case you have to park the car by means of 1% regulation even later OR if I can still write off even after purchase on the so-called mileage flat rate. I ask therefore, since there are already advantages, if one as a business owner However, the 1% rule is not worth it for me. Therefore, I would like to assert the kilometers with the FA after the purchase as a trader. The ratio does not allow me to make the 1% regulation and on a “yearly travel book” I have now best. no desire. Therefore the question whether the purchase as a trade is involuntarily connected with the 1% regulation or travel book method OR if I can then simply continue to apply the mileage flat rate. Is there tips to give? Thank you in advance Janwill

  • Non-indebted accident, insurance, loss of value

Hello, I bought a BMW Z3 Roadstar (year 2002, 77tkm) for 13T€ 2 months ago. Now, when I parked another car, the one in my parked car drove into the left fender. I explained with the cause of the accident that I had to estimate the repair roughly from the workshop, because he might pay it himself, instead of running it through the insurance. I assume that the repair is so expensive that it is not worth it. (Kratzer am Schwe The car was accident-free before, should I sell the car now I assume a mercantile loss of value – can this be replaced by the insurance? Should an independent expert be advised, or should the insurance be switched on immediately? I have never been involved in an accident and have no experience with it. 🙁 Now thank you very much! Many greetings, Andreas

  • Powerleasing PPE/Peugeot

Hello all, I am interested in the new 5008 and I drove a demonstration car sample. In the later negotiations I was offered either a financing with 2.99% or alternatively the power leasing. Unfortunately, however, it did not really show whether this is a residual value or a mileage leasing. The leasing for 2 years is currently available for my parameters for -0.5% which would of course be attractive. Now my question.. Actually, I would like to rent the car after 2 years. What is it like with Peugeot? It says on the Internet that this is not actually done. What are the experiences with the PSA in terms of leasing in general?

  • low maintenance and affordable student car ~350€

Hello! I’m looking for a solid small/compact car for about 350€. As a student you’re not Krösus, so the running costs should be low and workshop stays rare. The most important criteria I have are: – 5 doors (I will often go somewhere with friends and don’t really feel like the theater with the seats) – petrolers – low fuel consumption – more than the usual 60 hp (with 4 man and a box of beer he should already A nice feature would be an AUX connection, because I definitely want to play music via my mobile phone, but I can also retrofit a new radio, which, however, also goes back into the money.. I have meanwhile been stuck on the following cars, but have no idea if this is really the optimal one. That’s why I’m also open to alternative cars: – Golf 4 – Opel Corsa c – Opel Astra h I have no idea at all which engine or what kind of equipment is good, but that’s why I ask here too. I hope you can help me. Thank you very much in advance!

  • Economical. Total. Driving ready usage failure??

Does anyone have any idea?Have a total economic damage, but the car is still ready to drive. The passenger door is so pressed that it can no longer be opened and enters water from above in case of rain. (Not very much). I see it so that the car is only partially usable for me, i.e. you have to climb on the passenger seat, from 80 it pulls at the door and it is also not particularly nice if you have to drive around with a car, where the whole right side “platt” is In case of rain, he must also stay in the garage. My question: Can I claim a loss of use despite the readiness to drive? Expert report: repair 10 days, residual value 50.-, reclaim period: 1550.-, reclaim period 14 days For your advice VIELEN DANK in advance!I greet you from NürnbergSandra

  • Burglary – what does the insurance pay?

Hello, I am fully insured with the Allianz. Today my Audi A3 Sportback was broken into in a public parking lot (!). Burglary tracks are clearly visible at the lock of the driver’s door. It was professionally done, Navi and changer (incl. CDs) were removed cleanly. They are factory equipment, which were installed from the beginning. I now ask myself: 1. How do I continue to proceed? Tomorrow morning directly to the police and report, then to my insurance? 2. W the door is scratched, the door handle is partly sawn off, navigator, changer and CDs are missing. Can I have all this replaced by the Audi dealer and send the invoice to the insurance company? I read that navigation devices would not be replaced, but there was also a part of the on-board computer functionality here. Be happy about every answer!

  • Student car for 1000€

Hello dear motor friends, I am looking for a car for 1000€ as mentioned in the topic. The price is considered the maximum and I would be happy about every saved €uro for insurance and registration. This is my first car purchase so I ask for a little understanding if I ask stupid questions. I was advised to describe my wishes and requirements exactly… so: I am 25 years and have already gained a lot of driving experience with the second car of my parents. I don’t care about the look (cratters, bumps, paint etc.). I prefer a German car because I think the spare parts there are a bit cheap and easy to get (let me convince myself of something else). I can handle tools and the installation of certain parts should be feasible for me. The car should be used mainly for short distances (shopping, cinema etc.). But occasionally I want to use it in d I would be very happy about a spacious car because I am very big. A combi would be ideal due to the possibilities of use. From my budget it is probably obvious that the fuel consumption should be kept within limits. Again summarized: 1000 €, 10,000 km a year, mainly short distance, appearance no matter, consumption low. As a last point I would like to know what I should pay attention to when choosing: cheap E I would be grateful for some suggestions. I have picked out three cars in the area (55411 Bingen) that I find interesting. What do you think?http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?…http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?…http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?…http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?…http://suche.mobile.de/…/details.html?… I’m okay. If he’s just cosmetic. I’m asking for suggestions I’ll thank you in advance for your help. MfG Johannes Fischer

  • Picking up a car on slightly steep terrain

Hi, I want to lift my e39 up the back and take off the rear axle with a lot of leisure and time and free the reception of the tons bearings from the rust and revise the rear axle. But at the tonne warehouse up and left and right at the car lifter shots on bucks and off we go. Problem: My driveway, where I can leave it for a few days to weeks, is steep. About 4° to 5°, so between 7 % and 8.7%. Here’s my plan: Car with the muzzle to the top park Three such wedges: https://www.ebay.de/itm/281946666817?… One for a stamp lifter, two for the bucks. To do this, the two front wheels should wedge on both sides and that should be safe, right? Also very different ideas, if you have them.

  • Reasonable multimeter for the automotive sector

Hello together, I am looking for a proper multimeter for the car area. It should be used mainly with the scooter and if necessary also on the car. What must I pay special attention to and what must a multimeter be able to do? In what price range should I look for? If someone here has experience or even can recommend a special device, then always with it

  • Car financing at dealers early replacement by debt rescheduling loan, what makes sense? Help

Hey guys, hope to get some opinions or advice for my situation here. It’s about the following, my wife and I completed a car financing a couple of years ago. Since our financial situation has changed a lot now, because we have also now got offspring and at that time just acted stupid or unthinkingly (you just have to say it like that) in short, the car is just too expensive to entertain us. Now maybe 40% are paid off and the Financing would still run for quite a while. Since unfortunately we do not have the means to redeem the loan just like that and yes also are not in possession of the vehicle letter was my consideration to get out of there as quickly as possible to apply for a debt rescheduling loan, then replace the vehicle and sell it. I am aware of the whole with loss vebunden. By the proceeds we would buy another vehicle and use the rest already for payment. So at least the plan was bi s now, if someone gives us a loan. I heard you could return the car even before the final rate is due at the dealer but as long as we don’t want to wait, want to reduce the running costs as quickly as possible. Would like to get some opinions, tips or something like that. How would you do it in such a situation. Thank you all already. LG
