Hello together. From today my V50 runs on LPG. I picked it up today and noticed zero that it runs on gas. The same engine / exhaust noise….absolutely quiet running behaviour. To the installed system: – BRC P&D 5-cylinder. (without FL) – 50l wheel dump tank 650 x 200 (no increase of cargo space necessary) – tank connection under original tank flap – incl. Dish- / Germany adapter With installation, exhaust gas reports, TÜV reports and all papers incl. service booklet…………..for my opinion a really good course and indeed 1850€ !!! I uploaded some pictures with you. Can really recommend the conversion operation (Room LEV)….brought there yesterday and picked up today completely at noon. Hello, I bought a used V50 last week. The dealer advertised the car with the “High Performance Sound System”. However, I am very disappointed with the sound quality, so I think that the high performance sound system is not installed at all, but only the normal performance sound system.How can I see which sound system is installed? I have a V50, model 2010, 2.0 Flexfuel, with 68,500 km of mileage. My elk has been having a restless idle for several months now, which expresses itself as follows: Speed remains stable and immediately but as soon as the engine is warm, after about 10 km of drive, then the engine trembles in the stand, after longer highway rides it has quasi chills, which is not only scary, but more than annoying. The start behavior in cold and heat is completely ok, as well as the gas acceptance, the passage and the max. speed likewise. There are no problems. Here the list of works, which have already been carried out in 5 workshops, of which 2 x the friendly, 1 x Bosch and two free, but which have immediately waved off. Error memory repeatedly read out and deleted, no faulty entries present test on allg. Andichten, all o.K. Zündkerzen have been changed by now 2 x. Zündspulen have also been cleaned by Drosselklappe valve play has been checked => i.O. Compression has also been updated.

Hello together, Unfortunately I do not get the CEM error 8A39 gas discharge lamp module fixed. I have already tried the following: 1. Headlights changed crosswise – Error did not migrate with (left of the faults) 2. Position encoders Level 2 and 4 Volt 3. New headlights installed 4. Control unit changed under the wheel box without change. 5. Red burner unit changed crosswise Unfortunately, the error always remains left. When the engine is switched on, only the left headlight goes up and down and stays down. The left one doesn’t move at all.

Hello Together 🙂 I noticed today with my C70 T5 automatic (2007, 95,000km) that he makes a “scratching” sound when he first(!) switches into the second gear after the engine start, then nothing can be noticed anymore, he switches as always, no matter in which gear. Even if I start again from the stand and he switches into the second gear everything is good. If I repeat the whole thing every time and turn off the engine before, it is again to hear this noise when first switching into the second gear, then it is gone again… I hope you can give me some advice! Well – on 01.01.2016 the turbocharger at my V50 (year 2006, 1.6d, 177000) said goodbye. The Volvo workshop informed me that the repair (loader, all pipes, oil tank,…) would cost 250€. Had probably also the wrong oil in 5W40 and they know internally that these engines can only handle 0W40… They also told me that even after the repair of the loader can soon break again. In the engine itself could be oil lumps and possibly also chips from the turbo. Does anyone have experience here regarding the turbo repair at the V50 1.6d? Can one sell the possibly so? BG maig1
