  • VW Crafter gear problems and high consumption

    Hello everyone, I spent 75,000,-€ and bought me a fully equipped crafter. Instead of the DSG transmission is something else installed which allowed itself to be driven very funny after 4 weeks. No workshop can help me and on the letter from VW to the contractual partners it says „no repair possible „. The stupid is also, that a side effect the consumption thus lies with over 20 liters of normal driving on the highway. Does anyone have a meaningful idea?? With kind regards

    Hello guys, I have a Crafter BJ 2010 and for a few days the problem that the indicator light for an open door constantly lights up and beeps the warning signal every time you start. It can be easily closed on all doors with ZV. How can I find out which door is a defective at the switch? And how can I test the switch? Thanks already for your help

  • Crafter, long P0016 with start problems with warm engine

    I have uploaded the latest log of today:https://1drv.ms/u/s!AssBuhZd84TuhYhbRmivzA1gunchsQ (open with VC Scope) I noticed that the throttle valve is closed at the wrong start (but can be the reaction of the MSG to the P0016 to switch off the engine). I just don’t understand why the target value doesn’t go down. I don’t really like the values of the AGR either. Should and Is running upside-down somehow. Try to start your glass balls maybe someone else falls what I might have missed.

After Volvo Assistance sent us the ADAC, the yellow has read out the error memory and recognized a time error in the circuit and meant that a new software has to be installed there (as described in the other forum contributions) Well my question… Is this one thing that still has to be repaired by the Volvo dealer (where I bought the car) or do I have to pay for it myself?     Hello, I’ve got the “Telephone GSM with hands-free device integrated in my V50 MY09. From the previous one (V50 MY05) it’s the same from the voice quality, especially in difficult reception conditions, a real improvement. Actually great. But… the operation via the steering wheel keys has become significantly worse. In the old one you got with the upper steering wheel button into the telephone menu and could control all functions. With the lower button it went into the “Search” function of the phone book. Then you could enter several letters via the numeric keys, actually a normal, comfortable search function. In the new one it’s no longer possible. You get through both steering wheel keys directly into the phone book and can enter only one letter. If you enter the second letter, then it is taken as a new initial letter and the phone book “jumps” there. Example: I search “Wolff” and enter “W” again. The phone book shows the first entry with “W”, we just take it from “Weber”. Then I enter a “O” and the phone book does not jump to the first place.

    Hello together, 3 years ago it started. The starter didn’t start. The magnet switch clacked. But more than that. A slight blow with hammer and rod helped then always. Until recently this maybe only occurred every 6 months. But then also beats did not help any more. Then I changed the starter. Was a new part from the Internet. However, it cost only 69 EUR. It then also had a month perfectly funtioned. But now the same thing: magnetic switch clacks. Starter does not start. Only after several keys turn or not at all. But then a knocker helps again. I have already replaced the starter relay, recharged the battery once, and checked the contacts of the battery, the starter and the crowd. All in order. Did I now catch a cheap starter, who gives up his mind already after a month or do you have any other ideas?
