hello people wanted to put my elch on 18 inches. unfortunately there is not so much selection for this hole circle. I tend to asa DIE AR1. 8×18 et35 possibly rear 9×18.or tn1 from tomason 8.5×18 or varial 360 from rimgenoutlet http://www.felgenoutlet.de/…/…360—glosssilver-Rand-polished-.html .rand polished or stainless steel? alu can still be turned off in case of damage. what is with stainless steel? what does a repair cost? have eibach springs -30mm. can maybe someone tell me if that will fit? without kotflügelarbeiten!? from which et must the steering gear be rebuilt? must it absolutely be rebuilt? the meite probably yes. which mature 225/40,225/35,235/40 or 245/35? which matures look best out on the rim and what size can I take without that it loops? please have suggestions from you at mspielt.

Does E85 wash out the cylinder walls?
Hi, bioethanol washes out the cylinder walls and prevents an oil film in such a way that the mocking grooves and piston rings wear out more and more quickly? Well-known over 3 corners works in an institute where this is supposed to prevail during engine trials, so to speak as a “by-product” to the actual purpose. He says, about factor 8-10. So 10tkm E85= 100tkm of petrol ride….knows what from experience what? Does one control his combustion rooms with a “periscope”?

60 000 maintenance with surprise
Hello, yesterday with my V 70 2.4D (My03), which I have been driving since January, on the occasion of the 60 000 km maintenance was the first time in a Volvo workshop. Overall impression quite positive, price exactly 350 Euro – with 60-T maintenance probably ok. Turbo hoses changed on warranty/coldness, car inside and outside cleaned – something I had previously experienced with other manufacturers with two and a half years old cars and 60 000 km never (clear plus points for Volvo or this Volvo dealer). However, the biggest surprise was then negative, however, Volvo can do nothing for it: Despite built-in electronic marten protection there had been a marten bite. somehow hit the lowest air hose. This exchange of course does not go on guarantee/culence. Conclusion and opinion of the workshop: Even electronic marten protection is not 100% sure. (Also also “home remedies” like cat hair etc….) Greeting Gerd (oh yes: rented off unfortunately extra 29 Euro via cooperation company. Was a “Klapper-Schepper”-V 50D 50, which I loved in the evening) again.

Search Chiptuning for XC90 V8 – the box is too lame!
Hi together, where can you get the one XC90 V8 chip tune – sometimes loosely 100hp more or something? Should be in there? Of course it must be “invisible” for the inspection – possibly an OBD box?! I would also like to know how to help the XC90 V8 EXE with a rear spoiler to more ground grip. And – can I degrade the BMW shark-d net antenna with my neighbour and mount it on a V8 as an additional control unit? Shouldn’t the driving stability be increased, right? Or is there a tuner who does it right away? Since I don’t have any more coal -> the normal brakes are enough, right? Are all oversized, so with safety impact and so on, or? Good ride! Torsten – the XC fan (and that just had to get out ;-))

20″ rims for XC90
Hello together ! Don’t you also think that the 17″ or 18″ rims on the XC90 look pretty micky ? I play with the idea to pull me 20-inch on it. But is not that easy, because: With the dimension 9.5 x 20″ the TÜV requires an exhibition of the wheel houses. If possible also 660, – for a wheelhouse cover of Volvo. This is of course not so funny. I have now come with my rim dealer to the point that I prefer an 8 x 20″ rim instead of 9.5 x 20, where no bodywork is necessary and where nevertheless 265/45/20 fits on it. Has any of you experiences with 20″ rims and TÜV registrations at the XC90 ? Gruss, Limbo

XC90 – Particulate filters constantly full
Hello together, for a few weeks I have increased the problem with a full soot filter. So far it was mostly only in winter a problem, that I got every few weeks after many city trips the message that the filter was full. I am then also on the highway and have burned it free. But now it is for a few weeks that I get this message almost every week after approx. 200 km city (short distance) rides and I have to burn the filter free. Did you have this problem in the frequency already before? Since I have the car on the highway about every 2 weeks on the weekends nice marching, it should not really be that the filter after the relatively few city kilometers is so crowded!? Could the filter also be broken? For tips thank you! Greeting Bergdoc

Victims of winter… photos Getz Total damage. What else is this car worth?
Hello, the getz of my ma took it unfortunately the day before yesterday. On icy smooth road got into the sling and slipped sideways with about 40-50 things into a tree. Luckily, the little girl sacrificed herself and prevented worse injuries of the driver. It is only a broken wrist to complain, and of course some strong bruising. Thought, the photos are perhaps interesting for you other Getz drivers. Nice that he kept so good. But it breaks my heart, if I think that he stood here recently still healing in front of the front door. Too bad. No matter, a second concern I still have. And of course, I am interested in what we can get for the wreck. Does anyone have any experience there? It may still be a lot more usable. The gas system, for example, is being expanded and comes into the new one (of course again a Getz). Greetings Dirk Dirk

Hyundai Sonata 3.3 V6 Aut.
Hello I am currently driving a Ford Mondeo 2.5 V6 (BJ 2005) and I want to get a new car in the near future. I have therefore thought if I should buy a Hyundai Sonata 3.3 V6 Aut., because you get a lot of car for the money here. If… then it should be a relatively new car – built 2006-2008 or so. What you have to consider with this model. Are there any vulnerabilities or similar. Unfortunately Hyundai is not the best sold model in this country – therefore there is not so much to read in different Internet forums. Thanks in advance for your comments

Buy Hyundai?
Hello, I’m just new to the forum because I need a new car right now and I don’t really know how to decide….There are a Hyundai i30 blue and a Mazda 3. There are pros and cons everywhere..Maybe there are some nice people here who have Hyundai experiences and can advise you or not? The i30 is clearly in the front price. It’s liable to him, so I’ve heard it, but still a little bad idea, acquaintances have already advised us not to. I wonder what it is. And is it true that the spare parts are expensive? How does it look like with a breakdown statistics? I would be happy about answers! Thank you!

S40 II – a purchase recommendation? Driving experiences wanted
I’d like to say something about the M40 and the M40. I’d like to hear what drivers of the two variants mean… It’s about: S40 II with the 1.8 liter flexifuel machine S40 II with the 2 liter engine, resp. 2.4 liters (depending on the follow-up costs, especially: insurance) (for comparison: my Primera has a 2 liter engine with a power of the two or 3 KW more to get out than the Flexifuel machine) I’d be interested in motorization: -> what have Flexifuel drivers done for experience? Above all: what fuel do you fuel, also in the mix, and how does it work on the performance? -> one can notice the difference between 2 and 2.4 liters clearly in consumption (mostly land/city traffic) => are flexifuel or the 2 liter engine for the “gas conversion” find the equipment used in the M40.
