  • Doing Wheelie Wrong??

    after a long search in the net and read here in the forum a wheelie rides me immensely! so I went on a blocked place and went off, in the 1. slowly started up to approx. 4000 then fully ripped up but the comes from the feeling so 5-10 cm from the ground no matter what I do, at 6000 coupling briefly “flipping” could not at all. I know that it is dangerous and that it goes on ́s material, and I also always have someone with nem mobile with me when something should be. my question is only what i poor are straight and the sitting position as far as it goes upright. Oh yes, gsx-r 750 srad bj. 98 open is the mopped. am I much too heavy?? 95kg… mfg

  • W123: Another 30 years?

    Hello Forum, Let’s say I would buy a Top Mercedes W123 (200D or 240D) with less than 50000 km and out of retirement property. Such a car is now about 25 years old and I am 29 years old myself. I find exactly this car the hammer and would like to become with such an old – i.e. it would have to join another 30 years – on H-marks of course. And if there is no diesel anymore I continue with PÖL (then I have a farm with a couple of fields). Now the question: K or is that just dreaming and completely unrealistic? But the car would be used in a garage as an everyday car. It would see and feel rain (but not snow and ice) and basically only experience long distances (20000 km per year). Can it be conserved so that you don’t have to fight against the rust all the time and have to do huge welding work at every TÜV? Is it enough to keep up with all the time? it floods with Mike Sanders or has to do everything so that the car can be galvanized. Looking forward to your answers Maybe someone can report about a “project” that has been on the road for a few years (doesn’t necessarily have to be a W123).

  • V2 VS 4 cylinders, who wins?

    Hello together. You hear more and more and more strange things about this topic. That’s why I wanted to open this up here with us Ducatisti and discuss it openly. The following: Some say PS = power and therefore no matter if 2 or 4 cylinders. That means if I let a V2 with the same weight and translation as a 4 cylinders race against each other, you would also drive immediately. I always thought the acceleration of the V2 is stronger than of a 4 cylinder. A V2 has less horsepower than a 4 cylinder since the 4 cylinder has to be first in the range 5 -6 T revolutions so that it can hit the V2. or the other way around: 4 cylinders = 3 go up and one goes down, then 3 have to go down and one has to go up = it needs more force. V2 = Regular up and down and thus better acceleration. Is that at all right? Oh yes, something else…. we also claim: torque = power. Thanks for your feedback
