Hello everyone. I have a question about the steering and rest time. Have my rags only 2 months. So I’m working in the public service. Vehicle equipped with digital recording equipment. Today the following happened: I took a 15 minute break at 10:20 – 10:36. Pause button pressed 100%. Within 4 and a half hours would be the half hour to catch up. Unfortunately I had to with my Fzg. again out there another one failed. I was at about 14:20 o’clock again on the Betri ebshof and had a party evening when the Digi Tacho told me to make his journey interruption. I pulled the card out quite normally and made it to work. The part still showed but he had made the break or the work evening within the 4 and a half hours. I mean, if this were a driving time overrun now, he would have indicated much earlier and made himself felt with acoustic signals etc.. Thus it would be intentional and there could be trouble. ha Am I wronged or not?

Lawn tractor: BS Intek OHV engine just doesn’t want to start…
Hello together, I hope to get help here in the community ! I am now with my Latin so slowly at the end… Perhaps in advance a few introductory words about my problem: I bought a lawn tractor for my holiday home in France in 2018 because we have a relatively large lawn area there. The good piece has an engine of Briggs & Stratton installed (name Intek OHV or something like that). Single cylinder with – I think – about 8-10 HP power. If necessary I could still have accurate A In principle I only used the tractor when I was at the house. So 3-4 times a year. Total operating hours until now < 100h. Lief always impeccable and jumped - as far as I remember - always without any problems. Through Corona I could not go to France in spring 2020, which is why I mowed our meadow only in late summer or in the case mulched. The lawn had grown after approx. 7 months without care to a wild field. The starter (14 teeth) suffered so much that he finally said goodbye. The cables were then melted through. I then bought a new starter on the Internet and thus the tractor worked exactly 2 start ́s. At the 2nd start I had already heard that something was wrong. Ritzel ripped. After that I thought that the starter might be taken out of the starter. I bought a new starter and tried the whole thing again in the next vacation. With this time special care during the assembly. Mistake however. This time it banged directly at the first start. The inspection of the fragments and the comparison with the broken original part, which I still had, resulted in inferior quality. The tooth sniper sees the fracture picture to F after an unhardened aluminium cast from... First realization: never buy cheap spare parts. I have bought a new starter (no original part - but a lot more expensive) and this is in principle or seems to be mechanical integerer. Now to my problem: the tractor doesn't start anymore. And I just don't know what it might be. What's funny is that when the starter starts it turns to the upper dead point and then - at least s At least this is very slow. If you wait for a few seconds, you can overcome the dead point at some point, until the next upper dead point is reached again and the game starts again. I don't have the "typical" tobogganing of engines, which do not want to start partout. I tried the following: 1) Without spark plug the engine turns perfectly. No problems. 2) spark plug on 3) Starter relays bridged: exactly the same thing, at the upper dead point everything turns into slow motion. 4) New battery bought: exactly the same as with the old one (which I mistakenly thought might be over). 5) Some gasoline directly into the combustion chamber in the hope of generating a first ignition. Missing. At the first overcoming of the upper dead point there was a dusty bang from the air filter and at the end of the cylinder, the 6) To turn the engine by hand is extremely force-consuming at the upper dead point with built-in spark plug. But it works. From time to time you can hear a hissing. Is that normal? First of all thank you, who has now read all this now. If someone has an idea or advice, I would be happy about feedback! Next would actually be ready to completely disassemble the engine during the next holiday. That's what I want abe r actually avoid - would be new ground for me. GPZ 750 ut does not work properly
Hello dear forum! I started to build a GPz750 ut of 88 last summer. so far so good… But I’ve been fighting with the Mikuni BS34 carburetor for months. I try to make it short: It doesn’t always run on all cylinders, runs round and then the speed from the idle goes up miserable until I turn it off. Sounds like wrong air for now. Sometimes if it only runs round but in idle and you give gas, it also turns on its own higher or only goes very fast. The sliders never go up. Here a few infos Ignition spark everywhere Compression everywhere 10bar carburettor meanwhile 4 times ultrasonic cleaned, all nozzles and needles new. On the type of a known one I then even renewed the sealing rings of the throttle valve shaft and sealed the choke pistons all with additional sealing rings. Everything has standard size according to the workshop book for the Mikuni. Mixing screw I had 2 revolutions. Seen out as a basic setting online. Membrane is all ok. The suction sockets (now the third new one, because constantly become too soft) are screwed to the head with Hylomar. The carburettor is actually quite firmly inside. False air sample with brake cleaner does not result. I also connected a fog machine but found no leak. And yet… The speed changes just as drastically when I use the air filter. Is it on the filter? Does anyone have any idea?? I’m going to be crazy thanks in advance!!

Tyre quality based on images
Hello everybody, I wanted to check if you can already find out from these pictures if the tyres are over or if you can drive them at least one season. The tyres can not be older than 6 months and have not been claimed more than 4800km (since the motorcycle is so old and has driven so much as a new car according to the advertisement). Are these also good tyres from the quality? I can unfortunately only read out DUNLOP Roadsport 2 if that helps. Thank you many times for the help! Additional question: Is the (flight)Rost normal on a 6 month old bike or is there something enormously wrong? I don’t know about motorcycles and don’t know how they behave in the weather outside.

New motorcycle VN1600 Tourer
Good morning Together, I enjoyed a VN1600 Classic Tourer 2006 on the weekend. When driving home, I noticed that the reserve LED was working at about 180km (after full tank and about 120-140 km/h home trip)… After about 195km the machine acted as if almost no fuel was in me, but could still make it to the next gas station. At the gas station I then got about 15 liters in and the tank indicator showed me 4 out of 5 strokes. Just after I left, e The bike was refueled when it was standing vertically. Does anyone have any experience with this? According to the internet, you should get to the 300km with the machine (variate of course, how much luggage, people, etc.), but already at almost 200km in reserver without luggage and then only 15 liters can fill up is funny. ZX7R original?
