  • H-mark and then lower ??

Hello ! Just find me a Manta A or Kadett C. If I miss the (original) n H-mark…. may I then lay it deeper and make wide-ripe up ???? so the things would pick up all, in order to be able to restore the original condition….but one can convert a car with H-marks at all like that ??? I mean, this will probably not interest jmd, if I drive around with it 1000 km a year only on Sundays…. but theoretically that would be illegal after all…or ? ??

  • How to get Porsche Spyder replica?

Hello, I don’t know if I’m right here, but I think and hope that maybe someone can help me here. I might want to get a Porsche Spyder replica in the near future. I’ve heard that these should cost approx. 20000 euros in the USA and you can get it with up to 350 hp. Does one know better? Are they then already assembled or do you have to do it yourself? Do you also get them in Germany for a reasonable price? r questions. I would be very grateful if someone could help me. In advance thank you, Aimes

  • What insurance does 22-year-olds take…

Hello I have a question: Is there an insurance with which I (22 years old) can allow an old car with H-mark? Would you like to buy me an oldie next year, but e.g. with the Zürich insurance the policyholder must be at least 25 years old to register a old car. If that is always so, of course that would not be good, I have to wait 2.5 years :-(. Thanks in advance for the info Greeting Steffen

  • Oil level gauges for retrofitting

Hello I no longer have access to the oil spill bar at my Mustang 1968 after a conversion on the engine, because I can no longer pull it out due to construction, I have installed an oil spill bar encoder here for measuring the oil temperature. I could now install a rod tube to the oil tank at another more accessible place. I will do this too. But what I would really like would be an electric indicator of the oil level in the stand. My old Renault Laguna had such an anz eige . For 10 years it has always informed me very precisely by means of a small scale which was always absolutely identical with what the track rod has indicated . Is there something like that for retrofitting ? Greetings Tom

  • Porsche Macan Turbo, Porsche center too stupid, right?

Moin Dear Porsche Community, today our new Macan Turbo came into our car family. We asked to program the Start Stop function, as with our 911er from 2014. Now Porsche says that it is “supposedly” from May this year no more, is that true, or has someone deactivated the Start Stop on its current model? With the request for info….a few pictures on it Thanks and greeting from Wentorf

  • Police control!! 🙁

Hello, I have to tell you what happened to me. At the end of summer 2005 I got into a police check with my YZF 750 R everything org. except exhaust! (my opinion is not too loud). Before me was one with a Ducati which they also stopped. Then about 4 policemen just came to me driving license/vehicle license please. Two immediately looked at the motorcycle, one of which said she was in a good condition and the other immediately to the exhaust, which is not “ORGINAL”. The exhaust was of course without papers from Phoenix Remus, one saw only with exact look that the not quite in order. They immediately unpacked their db measuring device and measured it. approx.50 cm distance behind the exhaust then let the machine run at approx. 5000 rpm. According to my papers 91 db, after measurement 102 db. They then mossed around because the allegedly louder than an airplane and bla, bla. They said if I in Frankfurt with the engine The police then said that I had to show the bike within a week. Then another ad came up to me and points. After a couple of days I went to Limburg to the police with org. Pott. The police officer didn’t even look if it was right just signed and finished. So then 2 weeks later came the Schrieb: Bla,Bla,Bla 75 Euro Straff and the Hammer 3 PUNKTE in Flensburg. I thought to myself. Question to you: In my vehicle license there is 91 db of standing noise and they measured at 5000 rpm and then said that they were 11db too high. 5000 U/min. isn’t there a standing noise??? Can you help me there much further.Because probably already too late is almost statute of limitations. Gruss black-sx

  • Purchase of engine R1

Have I looked at the R1 RN01 (BJ. 99) and find the price very attractive. One of the problems is probably the DKS problem, something with throttle valve sensors. Now I couldn’t find out which series are affected, but as far as I understood this only from the RN04 series, is that right? Otherwise I could read in various forens that how so often the control chain tensioner was defective. Unfortunately very fast, sometimes already after 6k km. I don’t know so much about the internal life of the engine yet. On Friday I have a test drive with the first and if everything is “good” I will probably also take the (4000 euro, think that is quite fair?) Are there then special things that I should test? Did previously cbr600 drive and at the moment zxr400 and knows in principle already what I should pay attention to. Find only that I have read some things about the R1 which bothers me. And as said…for 4000 e uro otherwise you get a 95 cbr fireblade… I am grateful for every answer. MfG

  • Yamaha R6 BJ.02, opinion?!

Hello, just turned 18 and I want to buy myself a machine before the start of the motorcycle season. I have already looked around for a Yamaha R6 I found a Bj. 02. Wanted to ask you what you think of the cart and what experiences you have?

  • xj 600 s Diversion

Hi,I play with the thought of getting me this motorcycle. But there are a few questions. And that is. I have to throttle the cart to 34 Ps, so how fast does it go and is the acceleration acceptable? How does the cart work if it is open to 61 Ps? I’m just tested, is it great for people with height 1.85? Someone knows a website where I can look at the complete data(acceleration etc.) So, would I be very pleased with answers mfg Daniel

  • Constant problems with slippery clutch FJ 1200

Hello I have an FJ 1200 Bj 86 to be exact the 428th FJ 1200 with proud 129000Km on the hump. Engine power completely open and I do not use any partial or fully syntheized oil but the pre-specified 20W50.The engine has never been opened only the clutch for the third time, but it slips again when you turn a little on the “cock “.Are there stronger clutch springs for the FJ? I heard that the FZR750 should be better and would fit, is I also have problems with the tank that rusts from the inside. Meanwhile I have closed some holes with liquid metal from the outside but I have to seal the tank from the inside to put the rust to the end. Has anyone already had experience with it and what is this done???
