  • Selling Volvo S40 II – Value

Hello, I would like to sell my Volvo S40 II BJ 2007 with 155,000 km. The car is very well maintained, garage car, has various special equipment that I don’t want to list now In April the RP filter was replaced for 1,500 €. A week ago the turbocharger & injection nozzle was replaced for 2,500 €. Next TÜV 04/2015 According to DAT the dealer purchase value (of course without detailed information) is about 6,024 €. I don’t want to offer it at a price where no one comes. But I don’t want to waste it after investment of 4T€. Does anyone have experience? Thank you very much.

  • Saw tooth formation on original equipment tires a “lack”?

Hello together, As already discussed in thread, the original equipment Pirelli P7 summer tires do not seem to harmonize with the C70. I now have saw tooth formation on the rear axle and also the corresponding “tubes” (currently at city speed around 50 km/h – probably even at higher speeds, only there it is still not noticeable due to the wind noise). The tires have a mileage of about 20,000 km See a legitimate chance that my seller (Volvo Autohaus), or Volvo itself acknowledges this as a “lack” of the object of purchase? (show vehicle, during this phase the winter tires were raised) How could Volvo / Autohaus remedy this? Has anyone had a similar constellation and how was such a thing regulated? Is the “pech” or still a “disaster”? Thank you for expert tips!

  • SLK 230K, automatic selector lever cannot be switched

Hello, yesterday with my SLK 230K, R170 on a small excursion trip and had to fill up. Until then everything was fine. After refueling I drove the SLK to the side and parked it to drink a coffee in the petrol station bistro. When I came back to drive again I could no longer adjust the selector lever of the automatic. After a few more breadless attempts I called the ADAC to help. The nice yellow angel examined the SLK exemplary, among others tension etc. The fault memory was also read out, but without success. Now I was referred to the emergency service of Mercedes-Benz. This arrived after a short waiting time and got the SLK so far in motion by releasing the blocking with a screwdriver next to the automatic selector lever in a intended opening. He asked me to follow him into the workshop which was only a few kilometers away. Now the SLK was driven to the pit and also taken from below in sight, just so the error memory was read out, without error detection. So now the screwdriver which was still stuck in the opening next to the selector lever was removed and replaced by a properly sanded screw to allow me to return home. Diagnosis : Switching background broken in. Can someone tell me what could be broken here or has someone from the forum fixed the same error. Thank me already in advance warmly about any help.

  • R172 250d AdBlue level

Hello, now with my SLC 250d over a year and almost 25Tsd km behind me, super car (please don’t again this evil diesel debauchery again). Comand Online (NTG 4.7?) was updated last month to the latest state of the art, have the workshop, because of the expected moon prices, but asked to leave your fingers off the AdBlue. Have a tank with car stubs. Can one tell me how to get to the AdBlue filling level info (yes, except screw up and put nose in)? In the service M I don’t get there either because of the ” hang-up button+Raute+1″, whether engine on or not. Thanks for every constructive tip and all early convertible temperatures even for not Vikings:-)

  • New thick ship arrived

Hello, our new “used” XC90 has arrived and enjoys a feeling like it’s hard to describe, yet typical of Volvo: you sit in a (car) castle and feel really good. It’s a car from 2010, D5, 60,000 Km on the clock, edition model, sapphire black. On accessories are trunk mat(s), basic carrier for the railing and WR. The turning circle is somewhat used, especially in the deep gait. Rage already needs some shunting work, but it’s just a matter of getting used to. Now I’m looking forward to a nice exchange of experiences. Greetings Robert

  • V70 2008 – Connection Rearview camera/picture output?

Good morning Allesamt, I have some question marks around me. Available are: v70 from 2008 RTI Performance Audio Theoretically one could order a return camera with in 2008. But…where was/is this connected? On the radio…or also directly on the monitor of the RTI possible? However, I don’t ponder over a return camera, but the possibility to get an image signal on the screen of the RTI. Is there any experience?

  • Use HVO 100 or XTL as fuel?

Maybe someone has already asked you about the Volvo customer service and got an answer. I have been waiting for an answer since 24.3.. Is there anything else coming?? My question: from mid-April, HVO 100 should be introduced as a supplement to the regular diesel at some gas stations. My V60 (VEA 2015) does not have a sticker for the use in the tank lid. There is only “Diesel’. On my 22er XC60 is a sticker in the tank lid that B7 and XTL can be used. Ivo a release for HVO 100? For which vehicles or which model years? Do you consider the use?

  • volvo v60 BJ 2014 TKM 152, 5 cylinders

Hello together, somehow I find it hard to switch to diesel. Therefore, my question, how reliable the injectors, AGR valve, particle filters etc. are. What additional problems lurking with the diesel? There the gasolineers make less stress because this is not installed. How are your experiences. Currently I drive a V70 from 2007 (2.4 suction cups); my driving profile are approx. TKM 20-25 predominantly rural road. The alternative would be a V60 D3 with 136 hp (five cylinder) from 2014. it should be about 2 L iter use less but the real saving is also only about 300 Euro p.a..https://www.kleinanzeigen.de/…/2913900921-216-6012 Thanks Manfred
