Hello Peugeot municipality, I know, this topic has been dealt with too often but I would still be interested in which engine oil is recommended for a diesel engine older date. I searched the forums and yet the ghosts diverge on this topic. Drive a 1996er 1.9 diesel with 66KW, the engine was overhauled 3 years ago. The consumption is a bit high therefore I would like to know which engine oil I should take at the next oil change. viscous and fully synthetic, or partly synthetic, light running? The crate flaps when the engine is cold and I have heard that the fully synthetic oils can help. So general question: Which engine oil is best suited for a diesel engine with turbocharger from Peugeot older year of construction?

Conversion backlights V70 / XC 70
Hello, have read the article by MaChristen and must say: RESPEKT !!! I also want to rebuild my backlights, but use the old ones further. So NO conversion to MJ 2014. What I want is a conversion of the brake lights to my 2008 model. I like that when the light is switched on the brake lights also light up. Then would look similar, like the new model. That should be possible by using a resistance, which ensures that the brake lights The question is whether someone has already done this, and what resistance I have to do for it. Have at our XC 60 d5 gt Mj. 2010 (about 55000 km) for some time the following problem: Both during acceleration as well as during constant driving short-term dropout (as if a petrol engine has an ignition dropout). Headlamp cleaning system wiper motor
Hello together, my motor of the cleaning system of the headlights right side is broken. have already removed it, bloody fingers, man that is a fake. I have already got a used one of the scrap, plugged in and unfortunately does not work. as soon as I plug in the motor, it runs, even without pressing the wiper lever, gives a loud buzz of itself, but the axis does not turn. motor packed again and sent back. Hello Großgemeinde, from today I am right there! As I have learned so far from diligent reading a short introduction (with the beloved pictures…) XC 90 D5, MY 07, 5-seater, Electric Silver, Autom., so far 22,000 km The outside pictures are from the new purchase 10/06 (unfortunately no others were made then), since then only rigid AHK, stepping boards (Original Volvo) and dirt catchers have been added. So far no significant problems. t visit after 10 months because of rep. at the suspension front (springs somehow twisted and thus problems at the spring rest). previous experiences: -speed-dependent power steering makes the car unusual (including unnecessary!)nervous at medium speeds – only necessary if mother-in-law is allowed to drive… -why the tank is so small probably not even Volvo itself -BiXenon is a blessing!!! – i haven’t been able to recognize the innovation so far -rigid AHK united does NOT avenge PDC at the back! -Navi is somewhat inaccurate in detail -the BC/calculation average consumption is about 0.9 ltr below the real consumption (currently about 10.1 effective) But, we love you!

V70 T 5 – High oil consumption!?
moin, my V70 T 5, bj. 2005 consumes 1000 km about 1 liter of oil. the engine has run 86,000 km; it is driven 1/3 in urban traffic and 2/3 on highway/land road without the engine turning higher than 4,000 rpm. blue smoke is not detectable when accelerating; oil stains under the car also not. has someone made similar experiences? is this the engine’s design that requires so much oil?
