Hello together On my last visit, I had the air conditioning/vaporator re-venting function activated. But now I noticed that after turning off the vehicle you don’t hear a re-venting or a blower. Also not a few minutes later. Can someone tell me if this can be heard at all and if so, how many minutes later after turning off the vehicle the re-venting starts? Not that it doesn’t work for me at all. I finally paid for it. D The friendly one would have to check that again.

Winter tire recommendation Volvo S80 D5
Dear S80/V70-driver, with my S80 D5, BJ 2007 (185 HP) there is a winter tyre change and I ask for some experience in the round, which tires you are riding with. I will buy the dimension 225/50 r17. Currently Nokian WRA3 is on it, which I have experienced as rather uncomfortable hard at channel cover & Co. However, it can also be due to their age (Dot 13). Good wet braking – or aquaplaning properties. And also suspension comfort. Snowgrip is not so important to me. important because I live in the Austrian lowlands and have hardly ever experienced snow on the road. According to previous researches come into the short selection Conti TS 850P Vredestein Wintrac Pro Pirelli Sottozero 3. But let me teach you better. Thank you in advance and best regards, Pordagos

V70 MY 2014 Start Stop Automatic switches off engine too early
Hello all, for a few weeks now I have my brand new V70 (MY 2014 Facelift) and I’m very happy! It’s a D4 with automatic transmission and start stop automatic. If I’m now driving at a red traffic light, I slow down to get to a stop. However, the start stop automatic shuts off the engine before the vehicle comes to an absolute standstill. Means: the V70 rolls still lightly while I brake and the engine goes off! This leads to a mer If you have the same experience or advice? Maybe you can set the start stop automatic so that the engine actually runs out when the car no longer rolls? Otherwise, it starts up perfectly again: easy to release the foot from the brake pedal and the engine is back again! Thank you Ellore

Electric damper Luggage compartment knärzt
Hello, today I noticed that when opening/closing the electric boot flap of the dampers on the left side slightly ratters Can you disassemble the damper somehow, as e.g. with Vag models ? Exchange is also a possibility, only if you get this repaired or fixed without having to replace the whole damper or, both, that would be a huge added value for all with this problem

Navi update via USB-Sticl is not detected
Good evening to the round, I ask you for help. I downloaded the current update for the Ceed today – Ceed PE (MY22). The stick was immediately detected in my Ceed Hatchback (MY24) and the update installed. After that the identical stick in the new ProCeed (MY25) comes in. Here only the message “No Media Files Recognized”. No word about any update file. Also in the menu the button “Update” is not active. Now to my question: in the ProCeed is KIA Connect Not activated yet (the car will be registered later and I don’t want to start the 7-year period too early). Can it have to do with it? However, I think a USB update has nothing to do with the online connection. At least theoretically. Thank you in advance for your information. Best regards Cecotto111

Thule roof support feet for Kia ceed SW
Good morning, I have a Thule Wingbar Edge roof rack system from my now retired Zafira-B. The latter also had a closed roof railing I will have to buy the traverses for the Kia Ceed SW 1.0 T-GDI. Should the feet fit or are they definitely vehicle specific? There is at Thule a mounting kit specifically for the ceed. Best regards Sven

audi inspection
hello people, here’s an experience report on the topic inspection! my ttr has now run 53tkm and has to be inspected! I have now called the “audi partner” in the area and wanted to compare the prices! sorry, but there are the employees of the service partners definitely too stupid for! price differences of 200€ and on my questions no one can give me informations what exactly is done??!! then I personally wanted to arrange an appointment at the cheapest and ask luck again after! yes, sorry this is not for the price – the colleague probably made a mistake! so remember: let us give it in writing to avoid bad surprises! the next one is the timing belt – 5 service partners – 5 opinions! one says change, the other says not to change etc! on my question if there are no specifications from audio will only be notified to me that this is individual! well I thought to call audio directly and ask for it! but also again nu r Stupidness and no reasonable answer whether now has to be changed or not! one thing is definitely clear for me- NIIIEEE again audio!! soon shit I have never experienced at other car companies!

Question: Experiences LPG (Autogas) with TT and conversion prices
Hello, there are people here who already drive your TT with LPG. I’m thinking strongly about whether I should have my conversion. The conversion would cost me here (Ulm) 2,600 – 2,800 euros. Therefore the question(s): What are the prices in other cities for the conversion. Experiences made?, known problems?, … What does it look like if you want to do the 225 times, i.e. more power? Is this with gas drive? Because the gas is supposed to lose power. And: Yes, I have used the search zt, but to LPG and Autogas nix found in the TT forum. And yes, I know that there is an extra forum for alternative fuels, I wanted special answers to the TT!

C70: Tyres, tires and always the tires….
Hi there, the topic was probably already once, but I wanted to cut it again. I now have the third C70, currently the D4, which is now about one year old. As always, the cars from Volvo -unfortunately – are delivered with Pirelli tyres. The tyres are now a total of maybe 20,000 km running and can no longer be endured. It is as if driving is crazy and the steering wheel is troubled that driving is not really fun. t. I have tried a lot of tires now – also with my previous models – already: Michelin, Firestone etc., but nothing was bearable in the long term. It seems to me that the C70 is a “tire destroyer”, why ever. But I’m pretty much on the cookie that I always have to buy new tires, although the old ones have not nearly driven off. But the sound scenery and the apparently repeatedly emerging sawtooth profile force one to do so. MW, I don’t have close to these problems. In my opinion, this is really not a condition, since new 235 tires always cost a whole rod of money and Pirelli seems to be no good despite the high price….. Has anyone ever called the tires or something? I do not make any hopes about it now after a year, but it would be interesting…. And what can you recommend for 235 tires with which you have good experiences? Best regards Andreas
