  • Another Berlin omni-cracker!

My name is Martin and I have been calling an Omega B Kombi Facelift – year 09.2002 my own since 29.01.2010. The heart is a 2.2 16V with 106 kW /144 hp (Z 22 XE), the whole is controlled over a Simtec 71. Since my wife and I tend to shift, the vehicle has been equipped with an automatic transmission. Small joke, was already installed in it when we the vehicle purchased. Well, why did I register here?! Because I have some problems with my omnifurt (but who doesn’t have it). Hope to find help here of course and maybe one or the other nice private contact arises. I do not exclude common screwing. But don’t worry, I will first try the SuFu before I bother you.

  • Oil and water loss

Moin! What’s new and indeed in driving direction, driver side at the bottom of the cooler, which you only see on stage, there’s a black part with a red turn button, there’s a bit of fluidity running out of me, not on the turn button, but that must be higher up, looks like there’s automatic transmission oil with it.Cool fluidity is in the normal range.Wat is now there?? Greeting Andreas

  • S80 T6 – 4T65E transmission overtake: I will trust myself!

Hello, my moose is lame, he calls for “urgent transmission service”, the error codes indicate the solenoid as a cause, but: Even a while the gearbox turns rough, I have slip in the 2nd gear, sometimes (at high torque) also in the 3rd, and with now 165,000 kilometers on the clock is the conclusion that it will probably not be done with the solenoid alone. Out must motor and transmission anyway, rebuild kits with all disks, belts and seals there is in the US-eBay for 450 $, so I do nails with heads – or at least try it. Worse than having to entrust the gearbox to the professional in the end, it can’t come, and at that point I’m actually already… Here I’ll document how far I’ve come with it. If someone has done the “fun” before, I’d be happy to get practical tips here too – or to hear that I’m megalomaniac! LG Frank

  • Volvo S60 -2.4 (140hp) Autogas BJ 2002 only 50,000km – What is it worth?

Hello all, I am currently looking for a larger (currently Fiesta 2005) vehicle for commuting. I have come across big Volvofan and by chance on the following cars: – Volvo S60 year 2002 – 53,000 km run (recognizable) – stands there like new – no signs of wear, interior leather smells like new – car gas approx. 2009 retrofitted (Prins for almost 2,800,- Euro from the professional) – allegedly 10 liters consumption on average, 8 liters on highway realistic? – New quality rims and tires (Winteralus in addition) – new grill and “Fake 2. Exhaust pipe”, whereby the aperture had to be slightly sawn in the back – retrofitted camera – stapled – judgment at the last TÜV “extraordinarily good condition” – vehicle stood in the garage in case of rain and was brought out especially only on holiday trips (Gardasee) – in the last years approx. 6.000 € were put into the car (including car gas, lack/tires etc.) color silver is not my favorite, however I have the feeling that the r S60 could accompany me (about 30,000km/year) with the good Volvo engine for a few more years. As price the gentleman had targeted 10,000 €. Is this realistic? If not, what could you pay for a vehicle in that condition? Originally had a C30 with the small diesel or Flexifuel LPG in the narrow selection. Thank you in advance for your help!

  • One more!

Hello Phaeton-lover! I want to introduce myself and my P also briefly… I got this Phaeton a few weeks ago and am so happy so far. I hope that it will stay that way for quite a while. I myself come from southern Thuringia and see very few Ps driving around here so far… I never thought that I would end up with VW once, but the car had something about it. Luxury at a fair price, what more do you want. The P is my everyday car and b I also have an A8 D2 4.2, an E38 735i and a C124 300CE… The P is by far the most economical in the bundle To the car: 3.0 TDI EZ: 5/2007 in Coucou Grey with light grey leather from 1st hand Equipment I don’t think he has anything special… But all that I need and what I didn’t have before. Next summer I want to give him some nice 19s (Has jmd interested in the 18s from the picture?). soon get through a chip. When starting you notice the weight already enormously. If it consumes a few ml less then this is a nice side effect. Maybe you can see yourself

  • Help! Crashing on the left front wheel – cause unknown

Good evening, from the area of the left front wheel, when turning the steering wheel, comes a strange noise. I was already with the problem at the VW Autohaus-Werkstatt in my city (Wroclaw/Poland), but there was not able to make a 100% diagnosis. On the basis of the statements of the mechanics, it is the kapute wheel bearing, which I doubt strongly however. If I’m driving straight out, one does not hear the Garaeusch, during the cornering also not, only if I turn the steering wheel. • All-weather tyres

Hello everyone. My friend and I had a conversation yesterday about the tires of the G. My ordered G I think once the Pirelli Scorpion Zero All Season installed ex factory. What is this like in case of an accident in the winter? Since the tire has no snowflakes symbol, it is not a winter tire or a tire that is registered in the winter. After a phone call with Pirelli, the technical department informed me that the tire is technically a winter tire but it is the approval in Germany doesn’t have it for it. It probably lacked a few tests and they were Pirelli too expensive, because you only need them in Germany. In Switzerland it is allowed according to his knowledge. Do you buy an additional wheel set in winter or let it come to you? In my region snow is no longer normal but sometimes we still have some. Here is the text from the Pirelli page: The SCORPION ZERO ALL SEASON 275/50R20 113V XL MERCEDES is not with the mountain pictogram symbol au The name “All Season” therefore does not mean the use as a full-year tire. https://www.pirelli.com/…/113v-xl-mercedes?frontId=3149600 Thank you for your answers.
