  • XC 90 – no radio and no RTI

    Moin together, today is my XC90 in the workshop. Yesterday it started with absolutely bad radio reception – ok, I thought, E.T. plays again on the frequency band, that regulates itself by itself. Usually I leave radio and RTI always on. This morning I get into my preheated (the wiping water tank has not burst by the way) XC 90 and everything is quiet. No whirring from the RTI screen when he goes out and no sound. Knöppscher brought nix. So on the way to work at the front Vida says antenna module is to hell – fits to yesterday.   • Dipped beam problem (Xenon)

    Hi, if I turn on the dipped-beam, then the first time the bulb on the passenger side usually doesn’t work, and a warning is displayed in the info display. If I turn off the headlights again and on again, then the passenger side also goes. Can I just install a new bulb now, or can there be an electronic problem? How expensive is such a Xenon bulb? Are they all different, so that I have to buy it from Opel?

  • Tacho problem! Reversometer shows 7000 revolutions

    Hi, I need your help with the following problems. Drive an Opel Omega 2.5 v6 automatic Bj.1998 I used the Sufu but didn’t find it.What I found is all about ABS/TC When I turn on the ignition, the TC doesn’t light up in the speedometer, it doesn’t react even when the engine is running or I press the switch nothing happens.ABS lights up but iwi goes darker than all the others but after the engine starts it goes normal again. the speed from the tachometer up to 7000 turns and stops there until I turn it off again but engine runs quite normally in the stationary gas so does not sound elevated.When I drive the speedometer needle does not move any more mm, odometer doesn’t count any more, tempomat also reacts to nothing. The power steering also seems a bit difficult to me but I can’t say exactly because I bought the vehicle like this but it would have to go easier. I hope it can ever be and help from you. Mfg Dennis

    Moin, I said goodbye to my V6 today. I gave it to a forum colleague’s father who bought it for his daughter. That was also the last car I bought. He was moved too little by me, retired and here I live, I no longer need a car. Here there are all shops, doctors, pharmacies, Aldi, Lidel, Rewe, Kaufland, Marktplatz, etc, within walking distance.   • No Flex+ service performed

    Hello, I was with my V70 for maintenance at a Volvo specialist workshop to perform a Flex+ maintenance. Thankfully I was allowed to bring the oil myself which is a fine train of the workshop. When I wanted to pick up my V70 it was called the Volvo Flex+ on my vehicle can not be carried out, since Volvo would not accept it if the service intervals were not maintained.   • Drive up windows automatically?

    HI Is it possible for Phaeton to automatically drive up the windows when closing the car? At my Golf IV BJ 2003 I bought a module from Ebay, which was then installed in the driver’s door. Then my golf always automatically closes all windows when closing, without having to hold the FFB for any longer. Is this also possible with Phaeton? Thanks Mfg, Heinrich

  • Strong saw tooth formation after 1 season

    Hello Omega-Gemeinde, I bought 4 new hawks ZE-912 (235/45 R17 94W) last year (March). I drove them until November and since March now again on it. Some time ago I noticed that of course a proper saw tooth was created. I drove about 5000km in the time, never really long distances. How about warranty/coulence/exchange? I go to the tyre dealer where I bought them tomorrow. Invoice I still have, the Hers I also wrote to teller directly. Quite annoying if you could throw 2 “new” tires away again.
