Hello dear community. I wanted to ask here which alternator/s would be suitable for my Omega A 2.0i C20NE engine ? the following problem : I currently own a 55Ah Lima. But this is VERY too weak for my batteries. Now I have seen “only” a 100A Lima at Ebay for the OmegaA. So that would be the biggest for my Omega. 100A is not enough for me. Thanks to “old bag” here in the forum, I get support from him by building me 2 alternators. But now I can’t start with 2x65Ah Limas or anything like that. ( Just for the biggest need and only temporarily). But now I saw for the Omega B Limas, from Bosch, the 120A deliver. Would the Omega B also fit in with me? If not, from which car manufacturer/model, would still Limas fit into my vehicle? A colleague drives a polo, there e.g. from the Vw Touran ne 150A lima fit in. Are there such options for my Omega A too? Vehicle data : Omega A Caravan 2.0i 116 Ps, 85kw Motor : C20NE Year of manufacture : 08/1993. Hope you can help me. Dear greetings and thank you in advance. RNS 810 Navi card V12 not installed
So now I got a new Navi. No CD/DVD read error anymore. Now I have the problem that the V12 card always runs through when installing until the end and then starts again from the beginning. Endless loop. The third time I have then aborted. With the V11 card there is no problem. Are both originals. Someone a tip ? Can you get as current POIs on device ?

RDK system spare wheel monitoring ?
I have now got for my original 19″ Alufelge which I would like to use as a full replacement wheel. Here the question arises now whether it makes sense to equip this also with an RDK sensor? Is the system able to capture and monitor an existing spare wheel with it? Only then would I consider it useful. Because if I really need the wheel and I am on the road with it for a day or two I can probably live with the error message. I don’t think it’s necessary to buy ensor, but if I could constantly monitor the spare wheel with a built-in sensor, it would be great.

Automatic rear flap no function, trunk without lighting
Hello guys, couldn’t find anything suitable in the search function (only similar problems). So, my fat guy doesn’t react with all three variants of the electric boot opening or lock. Manually it’s difficult..halt. When opening no display in the display, trunk has no light, lock button on the tailgate without light. Was in the workshop. They checked the wire harness … nothing. Computer also shows nothing. Batteries allegedly charged. But everything dead… Eide Werkstatt.: same procedure, nothing found, only assumption that the rear lock is defective and the control part should be changed at the flap. So are 1500,- Euro on assumption, only for the parts. I don’t want to do that to myself. I want to look now. Maybe the battery is the problem…? Which is it? Please help me. Gruss Robby

Fluctuation Cooling water level – what is normal?
Hello! An endless topic, and many threads to it, but no one satisfied me. Out of curiosity (and because I always believe what could break) I checked my cooling water level a few times now. Cold it is always somewhere between min and max. Warm after a longer motorway ride it is about one cm. over max. If you then slowly open the lid escapes hot air and the liquid level goes up, almost until it overflows. So far I see this as normal. Warm after 30 min City trip the water is usually about 1 cm above max. Today however not. Since the liquid level was just below max. I drove the same route in the city as the last days, but today with family, therefore a little softer. Is the engine through the gentler driving so much cooler or did I last days through highway ride and faster city trip the coolant “blumped up” and I have a ZKD or hair crack problem?

Question on the “two-stage” passing beam
Moin I have noticed it often and in the last few days I have taken care of it quite consciously: When I start my car in the evening and turn on the light immediately afterwards, both lamps shine – however in a lower intensity. After about 20 seconds the light suddenly becomes brighter (at first I thought my fog lights would turn on – but that’s not the case) and then stays like that. I mean, that’s only the way it is after a longer service life. It bothers me in the G However, I would still be interested in whether this might even be a standard condition and if so, why do you do it. And if not, what might be the cause. Thank you very much.

V70 II: Purchase considering / your opinion and a few more questions
Hello everybody, I’m currently looking – actually after a 850s, or V70 I. I would like to have it converted to LPG. Now I have found in the search in the www car, which are already converted to LPG. This makes the cars of course more expensive, but I would save in the end, because buy plus conversion comes more expensive than buy an already converted one. These are both V70 II, which is why I have two or three general questions – more about this later. once I ask for your assessment of the cars car one: Volvo V70 2.4 Comfort, EZ 12/2001, 253,000 km. The owner with whom I telephoned, thinks everything is fine, no maintenance jam, climate works, everything “what is on the car, works” (meaning “electric” so to speak). The equipment is also nice. Manco (?): No checkbook, the owner did a lot of himself, but invoices, from which everything comes out, are available. Price would be 4000 VHB. Car two: Volvo V70 2.4 Premium, EZ 11/2002, 255,000 km. Not yet on the phone. Class car actually, but: “Cooler for 2.5 years pressed in (driving on highway over truck tires) but densely and without restriction fully functional.” Should one leave one’s fingers from the beginning? There could have been even more broken? Price would be 4300 VHB. So, and now even more general questions. As I said, I had actually rather looked for 850 and V70 I, until with the V70 II into the field of view. Why? Because I find 850 and V70 I nicer – the long muzzle of the V70 II is not quite mine – but that would of course be secondary with a good car. But I have already read so much to the Volvos that I probably already drive myself crazy. But better asked than remained stupid. BJ 2001 and 2002, that’s the ones with the Magneti Marelli throttle valve. Since better to let off the fingers? And with these engines there are no more hydro tusks, what with Gasbetr And: Is the turning circle of the V70 II compared to the 850er / V70 I really so big that you get problems with it partly in parking garages? Does a three-point turn on a normal road or are these already four points? Bzw. can you turn on a four-lane road in a train? Rear windscreen wiper V70 – adjustable?

Summer tyres 245/40/18
Moin together, what kind of summer tires do you ride on your 18 inch? I’m looking for new summer tires in size 245/40/18. Have the Uniroyal Rainsport2 on it, but after about 2 have started to pollen at 50-60 km/h. Now after 6 years new ones are due. Were also generally very loud. Which brand do you ride in the mentioned size? Greetings
