Hey dear, I happen to have come to the site here and hope someone can help me here. I’ve had a Peugeot 206 for about 3 years. And I have the problem that in winter, when there is a bit more rain just like the last days, then I have water on the passenger side in the foot area. Was last year so bad that I had a puddle inside. Had it so twice in the workshop, but more than my money got loose unfortunately I did not. And now that it is so cold freeze at least the rests where there are still inside, because I already put the newspaper in, that it is sucked up and is not so bad. And that was just last year exactly around the same time. And now just again. They have already re-set the door and new sealing ring in, but as I said, nothing helped. Someone probably knows a piece of advice.

Floating Ommi B…
Hi Leutz, I’ve changed the dampers in front and back before about 15 Tkm. Now I have to find out again and again that the Omega is still swimming, especially in curves or if you drive over something hilly you think you are going to go to the side instead of straight ahead! What can that be? Got next month TÜV and didn’t want to fail! Who has similar things to report and can help me. By the way, dampers are from Kayaba so OEM dampers. Help grateful! THX TheONE1279

New (old) Omega 2.5 V6, does anyone have experience?
Hello guys, yesterday my Omega 2.0 16v (258,000 km) finally said goodbye to me in terms of engine technology (fuel damage). After I had just invested 1000,- in a new head recently, I decided not to spend any more coal for the sweetheart, but to buy another Omega. Now I have a 2.5 V6 (156,000 km) in the narrow selection. Does anyone have valuable experience with this motorization? What should I pay attention to? What are the weaknesses? I would be really grateful to you for all the tips! Greetings, Dirk

Banging in the rear axle during jerky braking at low speed
Hello, someone can help me. The workshop can’t do it… Every time I get into the brakes at low speed (e.g. as if a pedestrian wants to run across the road and I have to brake quickly because of him) then it pops quite loudly in the car. It comes defensively from the rear axle. But it doesn’t look like anything has knocked out. The workshop also finds nothing. Hinterachsbuchsen are also new (Orginale) front axle au I don’t know any more. It’s an Opel Omega from 97th Caravan 2.5 TD BMW engine. 170000KM on the clock.

Diesel Additives for Volvo 5-cylinders
Hi, everybody, I’ve been digging a little bit and reading a lot about diesel additives. One half says: “Modern engines don’t need additives”. The other half swears on a variety of additives. Starting with two-stroke oil up to many means known and unknown manufacturer. I’m not talking about performance, but durability in terms of a long mileage of the engine. I’ve recently had a D5 2.4l MY2014 with a current 190,000km. Greetings! Smart PS: What do you think about the premium diesel debate? Some just refuel the Premium Diesel from Aral or Shell.

Valve cover seal or NW bearing blocks on the D4204T5 (VEA) leaking
Moin. Even if you shouldn’t do it, I still opened the bonnet. I noticed that it is relatively wet in the area of valve cover seal and has already distributed a rough oil film (see appendix). What do you think, is there need for action, especially in the area ZR and is the cause actually the seal, or rather the outer NW bearing bells? I would be pleased about comments.

Again Klina
Moin, my climate always cools for a certain time. Sometimes the air gets warm again after 10 minutes, sometimes after 50 minutes and then it runs again 3 days without problems, so completely without logic. The system has been checked for tightness 2 times and refilled, always the same. Does someone have an idea? Thanks and greetings, Peter

Motor electronics warning light
Hello together Since today the warning light shines with the green triangle and the Lambda sign. I know that you have to read out there first. But I don’t have any device to do it (should I buy it) and it’s Easter. On the last ride before the light didn’t go out at the start, the moose gave gas for a short time. Like if the cruise control was still activated, but this after the car had been out before the last cruise control. I then briefly went into the N “switched” and the engine turned around to about 1500. But that then came down again and I was able to finish the ride without any problems. Then the warning light didn’t go out any more during the next start. But I noticed no restriction when driving, but I also drove only a very short distance in the village. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? and: can I go on like this? Thank you for your help!! PS. it is a 850er, Jg 96, 20V, Automat
