Since I probably need some parts for a 850 soon, I noticed above mentioned company with quite favorable prices. Are the parts rather good or rather not? (I know – watch out with reputation damage! πŸ˜‰

  • S60 Purchase, request for help/consultation

Hi guys, since I have to change cars, I noticed the Volvo S60 a little bit. I always found some Volvos pretty chic and also from the engines they are very appealing. Now I don’t know Volov at all and would need a kind of crash course …. And indeed I found a Volov S60 T5 with good equipment here on the net for a good price (so I find)…http://suchen.mobile.de/…/showDetails.html?… Nuuuur, what does the Ger tax, type classes, consumption, maintenance costs (workshop & spare parts), ect ect Is the car reliable? What else would you advise me about engine ect…. I am used to 140 hp from 1.8 L in the Honda Civic… less should it not be Even if he has to go, the fun while driving MUST be preserved somehow. P.S. Greetings from Franken and already thanks for suggestions =)

  • Search Purchasers for V70 Accident Cars – Does anyone know anyone?

Hello, my wife had an accident with our V70. Thank God for that – otherwise it might have turned out differently. Now I try to sell the car – which actually works very badly. Therefore, my question to you, whether you know a buyer, butcher, exporter or the like. I had an accident 3 years ago. The old V70 at that time had bought a dealer from the Czech Republic from the vicinity of Selb (Bayern), who mainly deals with Volvos. Extrem ko rrekter Type – but I don’t have any contact details anymore. It is a D5 summum from 2011 with nearly full equipment. The left side is completely gone. In my opinion are engine, gearbox, attachment parts engine, bonnet, body parts right, possibly rear flap, 2x xenon m. cornering light, leather equipment (I think the side airbag comes from the B-pillar – not from the seat, or?), Navi & Entertainment, instrument cluster, tinted disks etc. to be used at least. For a butcher a e Gold mine. Details would be available here – if any of you could use: https://suchen.mobile.de/vehicles/details.html?id=282355355 Actually, I’m talking about a contact with a Volvo batter. Thank you Karsten

  • Oil level after inspection

Hello, After the inspection, the oil level is now two bars under MAX. Before that, it was always on MAX. I wonder if this is now normal or if too little oil has been filled. The moose is a D3 5th MJ2012. Is there perhaps a new requirement here that less should be filled? Greeting Martin

  • C30 – 2011 1.6D D2(114PS) Warning engine system maintenance required,

hi leute! sind ner Woche ich den Volvo und he shows me 2 times this error message: he felt normal performance, my questions: a) I have read something of additive sharpening, but that has only the 109hp engine not the D2 or? b) he got an inspection (oil and filter change) at handover, he would have to get (he has 95,000km) another special (planned engine maintenance), so something like the additives or: c) it can be related to the DPF regeneration, I f ahre all 2 days 65 km autobahn hin and 65 km retour, mostly tempomat 115km/h, should I drive a little more / faster because of “freeburning”? thank you for your opinions (Volvo Hanedler 1 on the phone was somehow not so helpful, he could hardly think into the Theam, and read out error code brings there even nothing => will turn me to another still) thank you and a nice weekend to all

  • Regular timing belt change – expected costs?

Hello municipality, my beloved C70 D3 (150 hp) is now 10 years old and according to the maintenance plan, the timing belt change is within the scope of “however” maintenance. Can someone give me a house number in Euro, which awaits me if I have this done at my Volvo contract workshop? I am just thinking about whether I can delay the change for another year, because I actually imagine that I have been careful with the engine. (no speed orgies, just relaxed weeks) dfahren – running performance at the moment 108 TKM ) On the other hand, I know that material fatigue is quite normal. I would rule out arguments like “reselling value” – the car is written off for me and I just keep driving it. I just wanted to hear your opinion whether the 10 years are rather overcautious, or whether you should give it to the car. Greetings, Cesevenzig

  • Purchase advice: XC 90 V8 Full equipment 73oooKM Automatic Built 1/2006

Hi@all! I would like to distance myself from BMW after a few years and fall in love with a Volvo. I have been looking at the XC 90 with enthusiasm for a few years. Now it should finally have an end to it… I would like to have some tips on the above car, so that it doesn’t hit my ears. The price is currently at 25tsd €uro with a mileage of 73000KM. I think that’s all right if everything was done. Or what else should I do? with what arguments could I lower the price a bit? Thank you in advance! Greetings ChiefRock

  • XC90: on > off – off > on

This morning, as always, I drive backwards from our driveway, when my car suddenly runs out after about 2 meters (diesel and automatic!) I try to start again immediately, but nothing happens. Did I pull the key off completely, then it jumped again. By the way, there was no error message. Does anyone know that? Greetings Martin For 3 months without guarantee.

  • 255 tyres on which aluminium rims for XC90

Hello, summer can come! I’m interested in 255 tire width on 17″ or max. 18″ aluminium rims on an XC90 MY2007. Who can give me tips for rims (ideally 17″, which are approved for such a tire width for an XC90, without having to change something on the wheel box or special entries in the papers (“except the normal supplements” This thread should not be a summer tire brand thread, but I’m concerned about suitable permissible (!) Felg I’m not interested in Volvo’s original 19″ rims either, as I find the 17″ bullier and more beautiful than the low cross-sections.
