  • XC60 D4 Problems with the engine

    I drive an XC60 Sumum since May this year, now about 7tkM. The car is standing one week in the workshop. With constant speed between 1400 and 1500 revolutions the engine is jerking. When accelerating and higher speeds, no problems. No error is displayed, and there is nothing in the fault memory. The injection nozzles have already been changed, without success. Has anyone had such a problem, or heard of it? Without error message the workshop says Inbar in the dark.

  • False coolant

    Moin, the new moose has the color according to G12 as coolant in it, in my other moose I have the original G11 from Volvo. The colors also differ red and blue. I would like to release the “wrong” coolant completely and put the G11 on it, but have read once that the two should not mix with each other. How can I get the complete “wrong” coolant out of the cooling circuit? Gruß Flo

    Good evening parish. I was last November looking for us, my girlfriend and myself, a big car. We drove at the time a Mazda 626 as a limousine, then needed for us and the old dog a bigger one. We wanted to buy a station wagon, drove up to Duisburg for Nissan and Mazda, but at no time thought of a V70. We found the Mazda already around the corner and now he stood there. A black V70, as Black Line with leather full equipment, as 2.5 and with 144 Ps. and even more. The paint looks very good. I was in love immediately. The car only needed an oil and brake fluid change and 2 crossbars and then he got 2 years Tüv. Because the car does not even have rust, I will hopefully drive it for a very long time.

    Hello everyone, after reading a lot of articles on this topic and following the solutions, I can’t go any further. In the meantime, I checked and ensured the following: – The vacuum pump works and the system can hold a stable vacuum and thus move the accelerator forward. I checked this, in which I bridged the corresponding contacts of the control unit. Accordingly, the linkage at the vacuum spring also eliminates as a cause of error. – The valve on the brake pedal is adjusted, for this I pushed through the pedal and pulled the switch forward as far as possible, then slowly left the pedal behind. – All switches and buttons on the flasher lever have passage when operated. – I changed the control unit for safety reasons, but did not detect any obvious defects. Neither with the old nor the new, does the cruise control work. Is there anything that I have not considered yet? I am very happy about advice! Greetings

On the one hand are the: spring leg bearings above (Article No. 1005032) spring plate top (1030157) edition, spring plate front axle top (1031280) My question, do I have the right parts together or is there anything missing?     Moin, I recently bought a V70 as 2.0D, i.e. the PSA engine from Ford (TDCI). It didn’t run at the time of purchase. A history doesn’t really exist either. I got the car running and signed up by now. However, 3 errors remained stubborn. I write the bugs here and then the story about it: C32200 – unknown error P1335 – AGR position sensor Min. position, – error, -sporadic P0087 – fuel distributor itung Systemdruck , -Deep, -Sporadic Read out with a Delphi (2015). At the time of purchase the AGR valve was already renewed, but this error was stored as permanent. So another purchased and built-in Since then this error has been stored as sporadic. Question: Does the new AGR have to be learned? Unfortunately, this function cannot be performed with my Delphi. At the time of purchase the fuel pressure regulator was plugged off. What led to this the engine started, but immediately out again After plugging on the plug, the engine ran. But when driving sporadically the MIL came with the indication in the display that the fuel system is icy. So the controller was changed. Since then the error in the display no longer appeared. But I now have the following Scenario: If the engine was really warmed up (min. 20KM highway or highway), then you want to turn off the engine for fuelling and then start it doesn’t start. If you accept the hose The engine is running completely inconspicuously and has full power. If the car is standing overnight, for example, it starts normally. I’m a bit overwhelmed by what else it can be. Does anyone know this problem? With what software do you read out your Volvos? I have added a J2534 with Vdash. I can read out errors and delete them, but that has me I’m not going to go any further.

    Since I’m probably soon the owner of a mobile phone with usable Bluetooth A2DP functions, is the moose to be expanded soon by a Yatour with Bluetooth module. Now my question: would it work to listen to music at the same time via Bluetooth and to connect a Navi via the AUX-In? That would be pretty cool practical.

    The engine sounds healthy, does not smoke and the engine control light is not on. The car does not accelerate almost at all and even tractors can be overtaken only with a little bit of running.
