Has anyone ever retrofitted the electric engine preheating, had it retrofitted or had it already when buying in the car? I would leave the installation, which is equipped with 2 left hands, to a workshop. Does the system do what? Unfortunately, I did not find a price. Since our only garage is inhabited by Saab, I think about the heating system, in order to make the V70 the short distances in the winter half year a bit less wear.

Thinking about buying V60 D3 or D4 Euro6
I’m looking for a successor for my V50 2.0d… Gasoline would probably be safer, V40 would be good enough, but what do you think of this one here? https://www.autoscout24.de/…/…4404-3fac-4aa7-be16-c1dfb33781cc?… Has a lot of „nice to have” Schnickschnack…. how do you see the price ? Too many kilometers ? How is the D4 ? Compared to the D3 (always Euro6) And of course nobody knows when they turn off the Euro6 diesels also the cock. Thanks Jo

new car and already the first problem
Soo, already the first Üproblöem is there, unfortunately found in the whole i-net nix. I didn’t give so much gas during the test run, max 120, now I drove today on the highway and wanted to look, he pulls up to 160, then falls down again to 140, if I then briefly walk off the gas and step through again he comes back up to 160 udn then goes down again to 140, as well I notice somehow nothing from the kick-down. Diesel filter is new. Only what I have done is the oil, wanted to do this tomorrow, but that’s why it’s yours, isn’t it?

Servo makes noises
Hello guys, I bought a volvo v70 from the year 2008 that made loud noises in the servo steering from the beginning. Diagnosis in the workshop was defective pump. As a result I installed a new pump ordered from volvo and made another oil change, unfortunately the smell is still there! After starting the engine it takes about 3 seconds until the howling starts in the balance tank is immediately foam… I checked all hoses and dogar replaced the pressure switch without success. The statement of my volvo dealer on site is to exchange the entire servo system! Other workshops are at a loss! I hope someone can help me here

Air conditioning Noise in thrust mode V60
Hi, before I make a theatre for the last warranty service, I would like to ask if this is perhaps normal: With my V60 D3 the air conditioning system is relatively loud, i.e. partly clearly audible. However, this was already so with my V50 and does not bother me very much. But what is unusual is that in thrust mode this noise turns on and down, it turns softer and louder again in about a second. If any of you also have this swelling and lowering noise d He air conditioning? Thank you, greeting

Repair instructions for aluminium front handlebars (extruded carrying joint)
Pickerlprüfung (Austrian for TÜV/main examination) has shown that the right front wing joint already has some play and will probably not live forever. I have not looked at it exactly yet, but I have the impression that it would not be too difficult to exchange the part itself. So if there is not exactly something pressed in or you have to work around at the steering. Part number is 31429320, am not yet sure if original is necessary (cost approx. 200 Euro). Bildelsbasen also uses 80 Euro with < 10000km or from third-party manufacturers around 80 Euro in the bay. Now that is not a precision part should make no difference in quality? Unfortunately I only found videos of older models. Does anyone have a repair instruction ready for this? Has someone already done this and like to express their opinion? Is there to remove the wheel and the underbody protection more or can one then already directly extend the crossbar?

MV6 motor detach to change curvature
hi leut… I want to expand my motor to change both bends as they are warped… do I really think that I’m doing this easier? I’ve been looking at all the fun on the lift stage and I saw that the motor on the front axle is screwed and the automatic transmission has a support strut. because from above I must screw away everything that goes so far away, including cylinder heads. I urgently need an experienced screwdriver that I can’t use d cost and time-saving tips can give. many thanks already in advance. greeting thomas

Motor “swallows” when accelerating
Hello dear forum, after I have solved the problem of my Omega with your help well and quickly he has already his next “wehwechen” Not always, but lyingly my Omega (Kombi 2.0, 16V, automatic) spins while fooling. For example, I am standing at the traffic light and want to start – the engine seems to me as if it swallows itself / gets no air – i.e. it almost does not come from the spot. Then he gets after a few seconds again “air” and drives normally on… Just like that on d he highway – far 120 and wants to oversteer – and the same imperfect it doesn’t do anything except that the engine jerks a bit Then at some point the automatic switches down a gear and the engine pulls again… It’s a pleasure there, sometimes it’s worse… I have the feeling that when I drove some time highway and then it’s slow again it’s the worst. Twice I thought after driving the highway and then ampelstop that the engine at the ampel completely drains. Please help me!!! but please without too many short cuts and technical thanks! Greeting Ute
