Better brakes for the 93 I?
A hello to all Saab lovers! Even if it sounds like a lack at first – but you always want to make it a little bit better. I have a “fresh cell cure” for the brakes in the spring. I would also be willing to make some more money loose for better brakes (up to 1000). But if you look at the relevant Saab tuners on their side, I already see myself spending my summer in the trunk of my Saab: 2400 euros for a after all 4 piston brake system….bibber. Dabe i just want to be a little more “saddle-resistant” on the highway and maybe win one meter or another. But I don’t want to win a competition in negative acceleration – I leave that to other cars. So who of you can gain positive experiences on this topic – then tell us about it.

Windshield C30 leaks passenger side
Moin, and the next problem with the new purchase: Today, the salt with the high pressure cleaner in the wash park is fixed (not kept close to seals, of course). Then got in and saw that there were some lanes of water running inside on the passenger side at the windscreen. Super. Vehicle has no sunroof or similar and is just 8 years old. My 31-year-old second vehicle still has its very first windshield in it (date code 10.83) and is With a convertible, I would still understand that you buy it in the rain or drive it through the wash road, but with a compact vehicle all over the world!? Is this a known problem? If so, is there any remedy? From the inside somehow Sikaflex/silicon/seat mass on the top of the disc frame? If you get under the sky somehow. Steady heating (STH): How warm does the STH…
… the cooling water? STH is responsible for a pleasant “warm start” in the interior. Now I always thought that the engine will no longer get a cold start. Does anyone know how warm or cold the engine is after e.g. 30min SHZ at T_aussen=0°C? Thank you! Andreas

Leather finishing of steering wheel
Hello, get my first new used moose next week. I want to work up the leather from the steering wheel and gear knob. This looks really bad. As if the previous owner wore 5 rings on each hand. Now I have found a great guide. here I would like to get a matching color at the leather center. Does anyone know the color of the gray?! Is this the grey or something else? What did you use? Hello, maybe someone here has a good suggestion, which winter tyres fit best to this model? Porsche itself gives the Pirelli Sottozero 3 in the sizes 205/50 R17 93V and 255/40 R17 98V as the only “N2”. Thank you for any experience to me other brands.

XC90: 11-speed automatic?
Hello, I roll down a mountain in the 4th gear. I want to slow down my moose a little bit and switch back a gear. The indicator jumps to “3” and the speed goes up (e.g. to 2300). After a few seconds, however, another switch seems to take place: the indicator remains (of course) to “3”, but the speed goes up again (e.g. to 2600). This also occurs with other gears. So with these “intermediate gears” my GT has 11 gears But seriously: What does the GT d a? Why this switch-over? (With the lock-up the m.E. has nothing to do with it, or does it start so quickly?) Relevant information receives as always gratefully: xc90er …who wants to expand his modest moose knowledge again.

My new/used V70 still raises questions
Hi! Goes around a V70 year 2005 The steering wheel is not exactly standing at the Gerdeauslauf. Set track and fall, clear. But on the motorway up and down one notices in the curves that is a little game in the steering, or it pushes over the front wheels (I have to test even more precisely). Feels in about as if he was on smooth ice and that at very humane speeds. Others in front of me are more sporty around the corner. Samco hoses chip made at MR Sweden (how most likely brake system etc.) XC70 Grill 18″ 8x matured distance discs vo. & hi. That should be all … as said performance is not running but damn good w about 260 (Tacho), estimated 275-280 had to go off the gas. On the way back by chance directly a few highway duels had Volvo V70 T5, 5er GTI, 528 2010er, an old Volvo station wagon with BSR sticker on the back (was something with sport classic still on it)… all without switching down quite clearly left behind us I think the car is meaningful and high quality rebuilt, what do you think? PS: can someone tell me the model of the rim. Would you like to buy me another second set since the the old Volvo Kombi could have been a 740s, and I would take it for the winter!

no tuv because I have exchanged level dampers for normal
Hello all, I was at the beginning september at the tüv (august expired) to the fault report…the good man faulted shock absorbers front and back, crossbar front and track bars front …ok will fix the defects and then I come back. so far so good…all parts ordered and then the engine broke…http://www.motor-talk.de/…/…nhaengerbetrieb-nur-noch-t2417190.html until the engine ran again only 5 weeks passed… so now I have everything installed and was today at the tüv….durc I changed my defective level dampers for normal dampers… he saw another hose from the air supply I had not removed… now he wants to have a confirmation that it is allowed at the omega?! know someone where I can get something like that?! or if there is anything like that?! had made everything new that he has criticized… shock absorbers in the back, track bars in the front, shock absorbers in the front….now he finds out that the rear axle jacks are also new so ll… I could go to another tuv…I guess I’m going to go to another tuv…it’s only expired in the august. mfg frank
