Hello people Today I was on the left lane with about 180kmh when a red car arrived from behind. This car had front that normal Ford signs on it, but I could not identify this car. I found it neither at Autoscout nor at Ford itself. What was that? This Ford was quite low and looked quite sporty. Must also have had quite power under the hood. Well, how should I describe it? It was at least not one of the normal models, the ken Are there any new models? Are there other models abroad? This vehicle had a Gütersloher license plate (GT). Many of you know this car and can tell me what it is called… Thank you!

XC fan preloaded in Mainz!! (KW18) – Who supports me?
Hi together, I have received a subpoena according to §24 para. 6 nos. 3 and 4 of the German Military Code and have to appear in Mainz. I will postpone the date of the summons within the week 18 – because I have something else planned by the Bundeswehr on the day. Since this corresponds to a day trip, I need spiritual, moral support (when destroying various food and drinks, as well as during chat 😉 As a chauffeur (BW Fuhrparkservice GmbH) only on Ford and DC, I will drive myself 🙂 Who is in Mainz/Frankfurt this week and has time for a meeting? Perhaps Blufi? Carpathians? Are some in the area listed in the moose map 🙂 Nano Nano! Torsten – the XC fan (and will NOT insist on taking the XC70 into the Congo 😉

Apply 2nd layer of clear varnish additionally
Hello, is it possible to apply an additional layer of clear varnish on a good clean and scratch-free varnish, e.g. 50 micrometers? Does the clear varnish have to be sanded or is it sprayed on like this? If I had it done on the bonnet for example, then I might have a better protection against impacting stone strokes. But also like this, would there be more reserve for polishing. Has someone ever had something like this done before? Greeting

BRUNOX EPOXY rust converter
Hello, is there anyone here who is very experienced with Brunox Epoxy Rostumwandler? I would like to ask a few questions: I am just renewing my threshold, it is fortunately only surface rust, i.e. a lot of grinding work and spatula, since it is a few mm deeper on some people. I have already sanded all the places as well as possible down to the metal, and pinned all this with Brunox Epoxy. Now my question: How long do I have to let it work? Can I now spatula about it? Without m I’m worried about the rust coming back? To the spatula: Must the spatula be overpainted quickly or is the watertight? Because we use the car and I can’t immediately paint it and seal it! How do I do it right?

Good repair kit for removing rust and dents on the wheelwheel
Hi dear forum community, I bought an older Santa Fe for my son. Technically, he is still top, but he has a few scratches here and there, which I might get out with a paint pin and grinding polish. However, he has a real 10 cm x 2 cm dent on the rear wheel on which the rust already blooms. Now I wanted to grind the spot down to the sheet metal and then rebuild it with it. However, there is a very large selection of different manufacturers. Which one would you recommend. I would start with a silicone remover, then follows primer / filler, then follows fiberglass filler, then follows primer / filler again and finally varnish and clear varnish, or maybe there is a varnish, by which everything is united. So, which manufacturer is really good for my project and maybe you can help me with the scratch removal because there are also several manufacturers there. VG helti

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara
Hello, I have read a lot about the Wrangler Unlimited Sahara diesel version of test reports, all in all very positive, so a thoroughly good impression. I ask you for your impressions, especially your experiences about driving and parking in the city. How handy is it, I have to use it as a family and everyday car. I am perfectly clear that my current car, an MB 200 C combi is a more reasonable car, but who wants to be reasonable? I would I like to give the car as a black edition for the 50th birthday of this year 2013. I find it absolutely great of the optics and as I said, almost all test reports speak for the car. I would like to ask those of you who drive the jeep also daily and in the city. Should I continue to drive the C class MB or should I dare it ? Carpe diem, one lives after all only once. Thank you, Uwe-Jens

Grand Cherokee – Your experiences
Hello Jeep driver, I am interested in the Grand Cherokee as the next car (business leasing). As a 3l diesel, either overland or summit. Currently I drive an XC60 (5 cylinder, diesel, AWD, 230hp), but it is too hard suspension for me and compared to the BLP in the meantime simply too expensive. I find the Grand Cherokee beautiful, large, super equipped and with the air suspension as a comfortable-cruising driver very appealing. That also applies to the engine. , I drive with around 8,5l. Interesting are also the leasing rates, which are with a 4 year leasing with 40tkm p.a. net at around 640€ (Overland). That’s same with an XC60. I find no really better alternative – X5, GLC, XC90 o.a. is to be picked up. KIA Sorento is not bad, but still too much rice bowl. I am interested in your experiences with the Grand Cherokee. What do you like, what not. Is the summit really worth its extra price or “rich” d He Overland. Thank you very much! Best regards, Thali

Car doesn’t wash at all – has anyone done this yet?
Moin together, I’m thinking about what would happen if you haven’t been washing since the car (for cost reasons and laziness). The only thing I would do would be to clean the windows regularly at the gas station and keep the plates readable with the sponge. Sometimes I would also suck out the interior for free. Doesn’t the dirt look like a “protective layer” for the paint after a certain time? My car doesn’t matter what it looks like from the outside, does it? There should be no complications. After all, trucks are always very dirty driving but reliable their kilometers off. Has anyone dared the experiment and not washed his car over a long period of time?

White car in winter
Since yesterday I have a white car for the first time and regret it already deeply. With my previous black, blue and grey cars I drove into the washbox about every 2 weeks and with it managed well. White however is unfortunately an absolute catastrophe. I drove today only 5 km over the wet highway and the car is completely shut down. Do you have any tips to regularly the dirt z I can’t bear to go to the completely dirty car every day. I sometimes poured clear water over the front and rear, but I don’t know if this is the optimal solution.
