  • Dacias in different classes?

Where it came up, it is – mainly thanks to EinarN, I think – no longer possible to lead away. Because I am “discussing” with eue, I would be interested in how to assign the vehicles to the classes. I always thought that with the same platform – which the Limo, the station wagon and e.g. the hatchback variant – the vehicles must be assigned to the same category. So if first the Logan Limousine was there and which had the Clio II as a platform, among other things, the station wagon is nothing but a slightly higher and longer combined version of the limousine – with admittedly huge result of space also compared to comparable large, but e.g. with the lower middle class settled combos. Up to in the rear area however the space conditions are almost identical with all Dacia variants – or am I totally mistaken? Inside everything is now (with the Lauras) identical and If one formulates the classes like this: Minis, small cars, lower middle class etc., then it remains with all Dacias with a class, nämlcih the small car class. In the relevant “special magazines” however, the Dacias are mostly compared with models of the golf class and their combos. How now? I mean, by the dimensions the classifications are slowly all dilutable – platform to or from. Therefore you have right eue, But it doesn’t change anything between the Dacias – they are all up to specific a station wagon or a limo or the compact model making up parts in the other body parts interchangeable. That doesn’t work between a polo and a golf or between a 3 and a 6 Mazda. There would have to be a larger Dacia and from that again the station wagon, so you’re absolutely right. The dimensions to the rear or top do not change the vehicle class. Who sees this differently? @EinarN: The Isn’t it really your business to buy this cucumber for everyday German life?? Why don’t you get the French original and make a proper Oltimer out of it. That would make your nerves more comfortable – says the learned Ossi. The fact that in Romania even more of a mountain ride around has not as a reason that the Dacia is such a fine car – it has simply financial reasons. Frank.

  • Unloading the 12V Hecck battery, long rides with the E-Tense is a nuisance!

Hello Together On a longer journey to Italy, 2500 km, two errors occurred during the return journey: 1. The yellow engine sign lights constantly. can not reset. 2. fault electric drive. In Ticino, in front of the Gotthard, I called the hotline. If the petrol engine runs normally, I should drive home and bring the car to my workshop. The report from customer service reads: On long journeys the small 12V battery in the rear discharges, and the electrical system The error can only be deleted by the program in the workshop. If the errors are there, the loading of the main battery is useless. The electrical system is switched off. There is no solution for the time being. An update with the latest data has probably been made. But the workshop manager does not know if the problem is solved. Who knows more?

  • Question of a brand changer

Hello to the municipality. Next year there will be a change of the car. Currently I drive an E350d and am more than dissatisfied with the price-performance of Mercedes. Premium are probably only the prices at Mercedes. But this should not be the topic here. My question refers to the workshop service at DS. The vehicles are, according to my knowledge, not offered at pure Citroën dealers. But what about the regular service work? The next DS dealer is But a pure Citroën dealer is in the next city. Therefore, the question arises whether a DS can also be looked after by a Citroën dealer in terms of service without losing any guarantee? How do the forum members do this here, since I am certainly not the only one who does not have a DS dealer at an acceptable distance? Thank you very much in advance.

  • Protecting paint correctly

Hello, I’ve had an F20 of 2017 for a few weeks now. Now I wanted to ask how to wash the car the most gently and then seal it or waxes? Driving into a washing machine is already a taboo. I have Black Unilack. You can see, if you look right at it, many micro scrapers. Can you remove them or make them more invisible?

  • Purchase decision Range Rover Sport L322 or L405

Hello, I get in June my ordered 2 years ago G63. Original delivery date would have been January, but has now moved to June. Now I have sold my current G400d too hastily and now need a car to bridge. In short choice I have taken 2 cars: – A L322 SDVS HSE Black Edition from the last year of construction, from the LR dealer with 100tkm, incl. 1 year warranty, €25k. – A L405 Vogue, SDV8, Built 2014, also everything in black, with 11 5tkm, also from the dealer, €45k. Both cars are accident- and repainting-free, both have full equipment. Optically I like the L322 almost better, because it is for me the last RR with the original shape. The L405 is of course the more modern car with the probably better engine. What would you advise me to do? As said, the car will drive max 6 months and then sell again. Thanks in advance for your help. Marc

  • Super E5/Cars do not push and pull through fully/bad combustion

Hi Leutz! I drive a Renault Kangoo and a Mercedes C 200 Sport next to an XJ81, which is still “winter-parked” at the moment. Both vehicles have been refueled exclusively with Super E5, but for about two months now hardly pull the sausage off the plate and have detonators (the Kangoo already longer, the MB since this morning –> at 4.5 tsd. revolutions, despite full throttle back to 3.5 tsd. revolutions!!!). The Kangoo was in two workshops (at Renault and in the free workshop of a known In the Mercedes I still wait for today’s return trip from work. Should he still jerk, he goes into the (without soon coming) inspection. Are there any of you forum members with similar experiences lately? I find the whole thing very strange and I think that the fuel doesn’t burn properly. What do you think about it? Best wishes, Nathaniel!
