  • CBR 600 RR – Beginner’s Tips

    First of all, I’m new here and I’m happy to be part of the community! Short history: I drove a 125cc bike 6 years ago, but I didn’t finish the test because a friend was fatally injured…after that I didn’t want to drive anymore. Now I’m a few years older and also more reasonable, since it was always a dream of me to own a CBR 600 RR I looked around and beat myself on the basis of an unbeatable offer…I have a C BR 600 RR 2008, just passed the theory test and is thus entitled to drive the vehicle. Now on the actual topic: The CBR 600 RR not to compare with a 125ccm machine. I have not been riding a motorcycle since the incident. As soon as it gets warmer I will do my first ride and therefore I wanted to ask what you advise me, what there is especially to consider with the machine etc. I would like to be a reasonable driver b It is not about whether I do it but what you advise me to do. I am able to ride a switched motorcycle, even if with little practice… I have already read it in various forums and often it has been said that the CBR 600 RR can be ridden by beginners, if the handlebar is reasonable enough, what do you say? What is it worth paying special attention to? I would like to do more as stressing that it is not about a purchase advice! Thank you in advance

    Can anyone explain to me the advantage of a pingel gasoline tap. Should it be useful with larger carburettor. (I have an HSR 42) I only know that the three times the amount of petrol flows through, then the consumption increases in the same ratio? But can I not imagine then.     Hello !!! Was on the weekend in Berlin-Steglitz and wanted to pick up a Honda VF 1000 R Rothmans which is sold at Ebay Classifieds. What I experienced there was a caos. I was assured that everything was ok except engine. But what I saw was a rusty tank with thick bump, disguise has broken strong cracks, seat and so far.
