Hello dear municipality, I have the following problems with my Yeti 5L 2.0 TDI 4×4 automatic year 2013, 345,000 km: Exhaust gas problem • In the stand exhaust gas penetrates through the ventilation into the car • In the stand you can see how on the right exhaust gas comes out of the gap between the bonnet and fender. Partly also from the right wheel box • Sometimes it squirts very strongly even when accelerating from the exhaust Blinking pregloss lamp • occurs more frequently at colder outside temperatures (< 7°C) • Mostly w • If the engine is really warm (oil and water 90°C), the problem is less common. • If the weather is right (snow/snow) the pre-glazing lamp flashes even if it does not occur at the moment. Driver seat mechanics problem up down discunction
Hello Leutz, the mechanics of the driver’s seat has given up the spirit, should mean that the up down mechanics no longer works, the lever does not seem to work properly. With a lot of feeling it works in some cases rather bad than right. Who has experience with this topic? New purchase always goes, but does not have to be, I like to try to repair it, alternatively to acquire a used one in case of failure. You understand? Is there a PDF of the inner life of the seat of the mechanics and what must when installing and repairing? Looking forward to answers, thanks. Greetings Holli PS: I made picture and video.

Robust motorization
Hello, I am currently looking for a Skoda Yeti for my wife. Essentially, all-wheel and trailer coupling is required. As far as motorization is concerned, I have read something through the forum. The TSI engines are supposed to have problems with the control chain and the pump nozzle TDI motors problems with injectors. Now my question to the experts here, which engine variant is considered reliable or with which problems rarely occur? Greeting Marco

Buy, sharen, lease?
Hello together, basically the topic fits in 3 Unterforen, so I hope that it is in spite of it. I am almost 30 and I finally make a driver’s license (A/B). Now I wanted to buy a motorcycle for the summer season and in winter (if I don’t feel like a bus/train) or use a car sharing provider for transport stories. Now I have seen, however, that most of the 1 year driving licence possession is required. To not now 1 year even nic I looked at how it looks like with the purchase of a car. However, the problem with this is the insurance, which is with most cars with me as a beginner at approx. 1.000 €/year. Insurance about the parents is unfortunately not in it, therefore there is only the possibility. Then there is still the possibility to lease a car. That would have the advantage that I do not have the whole purchase stress and the car can leave after a fixed time, without having to have sales stress. And in some cases there are leasing contracts incl. insurance (whether one is supposed to be a beginner is another question) This is the most expensive variant, however. In order to really put the whole thing into question: What do you think is generally the most useful (possibly also from experience): – wait 1 year and drive accordingly only motorbike, bus/train and then start carsharing. – Buy a used car and a correspondingly expensive insurance, but collect SF year(s) and driving practice. – A (new) car lease and therefore may be slightly cheaper depending on the car, have a correspondingly new car, but pay significantly more than when buying a used car with subsequent sale. I know that is a very general question, but I hope to get some impulses in the right direction here. Thank you! Greetings, Nick

Accident escape
Hello, here’s what happened. My daughter’s vehicle is parked on the road. Witness looks like someone is parking her vehicle damaged and running away. Witness then calls the police. They take the accident. My daughter shows the damage and overlooks a scratch. We try to personally clear the damage with the victim. Driver was his daughter. Father already claims on the phone that our car had pre-damage. “Klaren” and reported the damage to his insurance, had the estimate made with pictures and submitted it. Damage is net about 1,200.- EUR. All this was about 4 weeks ago. Today I called the insurance company and inquired about the state of things. There it is now there are ambiguities due to pre-damage. Investigation file is requested. What would you do now? To the lawyer and further costs cause? Wait? Greeting Andy

Experiences with ATU, Explorer Speed 50 Euro 5 and maintenance
Hello, I bought an Explorer Speed 50 Euro 5 for 1.299 € at ATU. I had previously researched the Internet and the ATU scooters don’t seem to be that bad. Also, the KSR Group from Austria seems to me to be a more serious thing, like if any China scooter is imported, which might not exist next year. “The KSR Group develops the Explorer Roller itself in cooperation with the Standard Motor Corporation (SMC). SMC is a Taiwanese company. “I have to worry about that, if China is incorporated into Taiwan, this could temporarily affect the supply of spare parts? A brand scooter was too expensive for me (Peugeot starting at about 2,000 €), because this is my first scooter and I am not sure if I will drive it permanently. With the cheap scooters that you usually get on the internet, the service is usually not done in a workshop, but via mobile Servi ce, what I read about it was quite dissuasive. Of course I could also have bought a cheap scooter from a dealer, but I didn’t want to look for a long time and with a resale I see it as an advantage that you can refer to the nevertheless quite dense ATU-Filialnet. While the order went perfectly over Internet, the previous impression of the local ATU branch was not exactly good. I don’t want to report any details, otherwise they sue me still for evil Now my questions: 1. What are your experiences with your ATU branch regarding scooters? 2. What are your experiences with ATU rollers, especially the Explorer Speed? 3. How do you handle the service? What do you pay for the service if you don’t do it yourself? After the first service after 1,000 kilometres, this should be done every 3,000 km. I find that quite a lot, I have read distances of 4,000 or 5,000 km. I think about whether it works. It makes sense to have the service done in a workshop. Changing oil, air filters and spark plugs should not be so difficult. I assume that I can drive about 10,000 km a year. For those who drive little, things look different again. Once a year in the workshop is fine for me, then I can also have the things I don’t trust. But 3 to 4 times? On the one hand, the time spent, on the other hand, the money… 4. What experience have you made at ATU with warranty/guarantee? I don’t know if ATU offers a real guarantee or if they only mean the legal warranty. There it is the case that after 6 months the buyer must prove that the defect has existed from the beginning. That is often not possible without experts, lawyer and litigation. Is ATU rather kulant, so after 6 months a defect within the scope of the warranty to I know about electronic products, that after 6 months it is simply claimed that there is no initial deficiency, so that the 24 month warranty after 6 months is over. Then it would also not matter if my service book is not filled in correctly. Greetings Tanja

Kymco selected km or operating hours. Reset service.
Hello I drive an AK550. There I would like to check how many km the vehicle really has down or should it be operating hours at Kymco. How could I read it out? I would also like to do the service myself. The scooter has a service reminder for each oil, drive belts. It would then be desirable to reset it. I had the GS911 for my BMW at that time, so I could do it all. Is there something like that for Kymco? I have Torque Pro and an ELM327. Is it possible to read information about the ECU? Maybe other app? Thanks

Seat Ibiza 6l 1.6 16V Airbag Control Camp Burns Suddenly
Hello guys. I started my little Ibiza after the gym today, then suddenly the airbag control light was burning. To the vehicle: Seat Ibiza 6L, 1.6 16V BTS, built in 2007, key no.: 7593/ACZ, approx. 130tkm. I read the car directly at home(am myself mechanic), the error code is: 00588 Zünder Airbag driver side…. Error cannot be deleted, I guess the coil spring is defective.. Now I had the case myself a few times that the cable under the Si tz had a wackler (often experienced by Renault himself). I am currently getting so bad, it hardly works from the back, I have to wait until I am back in the workshop/hall, because I have more space and contact spray etc.. The FC-0058 does not stand for seat airbag, how likely is it that the error is caused by it?! Are there experiences? PS: I have read now more often that this can also be the case in connection with this error code, therefore I would like to check again. Thanks in the Vora us
