  • Why is the Cinquecento so fast?

    Hi, have a question about the final speed of the Cinque Sporting. Did it happen in the summer with my Cinque the speedometer needle (180 km/h), downhill. Must say there was it at 6000 rpm and it would have been more in it by the swing. Only it was so that the temperature indicator accordingly quickly tracked towards the red area. Therefore now my question how much is with the transmission at all Vmax in it or can it be due to the summer tyres (175/50 13)? I put my hand in the fire that it is the truth.     How long do the 1.2-litre machines (at Schekheftplege) last from the Punto? What performance do they achieve, and are there people in the forum with an engine damage with your Punto? Can you achieve a mileage of e.g. 500,000 km with such a small engine (fuel)? Is that true, which the engine lasts longer, the more space it has? Or is it just a “pull”. If that is true, why? How much “short distance” is it on the engine? With the Fiat I usually only drive Kurustrecken (wzei up to three times a day 2 km).? Is this extremely harmful? Is it possible that every month it is “extended” on the highway once. Is that true, that the engine cleans itself when you drive from time to time, or does it bring nothing?   • Gear damage Fiat Stilo 1.6l 72 TKM – today passed –

    Hello together, after I was always so satisfied with my Stilo, came today a hearty setback and indeed at the acceleration it popped at once very loud and it snapped, then after about 100 m to the right to look what is going on. First thought: timing belts, since the engine was still running, was probably excluded. Then got out and noticed that oil ran out. Then thought of engine damage, then looked, engine oil which at stand MAX, first eased. Dan n possible cooling water loss? No that also not, so then look at the oil exactly and it was gear oil. Then first ADAC called. I then went on the troubleshooting and then found thumb-sized gear box parts on the roadway, i.e. the gear box has torn it in shape. Well my question, can someone tell me about what in the worst case a new gear costs? Car is now standing at the Fiat dealer, who will look at the thing on Monday. the pictures and then write something to make me feel better 😉 Greeting

    Hey, Leuts, my compressor in the Xedos sounds like it’s got a bearing damage. Has one of you guys ever broken up? Mazda says: 3700€ for new compressor plus installation costs…. and that’s not what we want, where the value of the car is about 700€. So hope it can be helped here!!!

    Hello, would you still buy an NV200 (box car) with the mileage (270.000)? Timing belts renewed at 220.000km! Checkbook maintained! Price > 4800€ The dealer must give 1 year used car warranty, right? Please for your opinions!

  • Navara d23 jerks in cold condition

    Good day. I have a problem with a Navara d23 from 2021. Vehicle jerks when the engine is cold strong. When it runs 40 s it is quiet again. LMM, AGR and EGR is new. Low pressure lines are fine. Suction bridge cleaned since that is the fault, was full of oil slurry. When you pull off the EGR it runs quiet in cold condition. When the plug is re-plugged the engine jerks again. Values look good from EGR regulates normal. Think a temperature sensor could cause problems pressure high pressure pump is constant at 600 bar in idle. I would be very pleased about a help. If you have had or know this error before, I am very grateful. Mfg bjoernm
