  • Kawasaki kle 500 bj 2006 with problems

Hello dear Commuity I have a problem with my kle500 bj 2006 I wanted to make them ready to drive again after two years but they didn’t jump on. So I gave them to the workshop. There was a new battery installed and it was recommended to do an ultrasound cleaning because they would run down restless (pronouncement of the workshop ) After I got them again after two weeks I got proud 300 km far. After that she went g which started again but went out again and took no gas. It was then to the workshop more a horse riding than a driving. After a week then came the first diagnosis, it was the ignition module defective, this had to be ordered however. After another week then the indication that it was not done with the ignition module there was still a wobble contact somewhere in the wire harness. After a week I then got them ready to drive again, everything seemed fine, after another 6 00 km drive I stayed then again laying with the same problems. The kle went off simply, she let herself start again but then took no gas or only very difficult , moreover I noticed below a puddle with gasoline , this ran on a hose near the main stand from below looked . With trouble and need I rode with my kle back to the workshop , there I gave the hint then to a possibly dirty tank when I had called after a week knew not yet wodran it is located however I could confirm that the tank is clean and ok. Does any of you have a tip what I can do there.????? Thank you for your help

  • Driver’s seat is shaking

Moin! With my 9-5 EZ 4/2002 the driver’s seat is shaking slightly. He probably has, as it feels, some play in the seat rail. When braking and in left turns he makes a sound (“knock, knock” by the load shift. Is this a discreet indication that I have reached my slaughter weight?? Does someone know this tipping problem and know what to do? Or should I rather go to my screwdriver? Thank you! Greeting: Stefan

  • Levante S: Who has already driven/compared him???

Hello, we are currently driving a 2016 VW Touareg 3.0 V6 TDI. Since we are following the “diesel discussion” attentively and do not want to believe (more) the promises of the manufacturers, the next car will become a gasoline engine. Now we are looking for an SUV that offers comparable space conditions in the interior / case room. Really well done is the back bench at the Touareg – neat space and also a tiltable backrest. We do not like the air suspension, even in the “sports- Mode” the car swings a bit … in fast motorway curves the Touareg feels a bit insecure. As alternatives we thought of: – the Maserati Levante S …. has someone experience with the space conditions and the chassis ??? space for 4-persons ? chassis relatively sporty or rather indirect/comfortable ?? consumption ? (at 40 km per day and of which about 50% in the city.) Alternatively we thought of: Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.6 or 5.7 Summit Cadillac XT5 Cadillac is in the last I hope that even with the new XT5 the chassis for Europe was tuned relatively sporty and tight and not too soft??? I read an interesting test at the Jeep, it was praised as a summit for a high-quality and extensive equipment, but the soft chassis was very much criticized and this is the point that makes us worry. Who can do something about the Levante as Benzi? What is the chassis like? Does the car feel sporty and safe or too soft on the motorway at speed 160? (even in motorway curves) …. what is the consumption? What are the space conditions? Can one sit well on the back bench as an adult? Is the trunk well usable or does the function of the shape follow here? Does anyone else worry about the diesel besides us? Can one plan better with a petrol engine? We also have to be in six or seven In addition, they are still allowed to travel to Hanover or Hamburg for years to come.

  • Experience with Enginetech’s Master Kit for engine revision, eg Ford FE 390

Hello all, I was offered a engine overhaul kit by Enginetech on the search for Ford FE. At google I came across offers on eBay. Since the prices there are very cheap (except the postage) makes me doubt the quality. Here’s my question. Has anyone here ever had experience with the quality of these kits from Enginetech and how was the…? Greetings and Happy Easter Thomas

  • Maximum speed without electronic control

What is the maximum speed to be expected, if one in the mentioned US vehicle with 5.3 liters displacement and 273 hp ( top speed at 160 K/mh regulated), the control so to speak deactivated, however this works, by chip tuning, or by other interventions? Would this also increase the acceleration capacity further? Should at higher final speeds conversions be made on the vehicle? How much more consumption would one have to expect then?

  • Buick PA – Subframe (engine Cradle) rusted through

Hello US-CAR municipality, today a very sad news. When the workshop wanted to change the engine carrier bearings she found out that the photos are flawed. There does not seem to be a proper support surface for the rubber bearings anymore. The whole is called Frame Kit or also Subframe or Engine Cradle (88952019) but nowhere else can I find it new. Is there someone who still has such a motor carrier for the PA and which is healthy? My second consideration would have been the dare Is this possible at all? Until I have found such a frame, the PA has now been pulled out of the traffic. I am grateful for any help, don’t have to be on the crossbars that are only a few months old with my PA. Dejected greetings, Tommy

  • Chevrolet HHR – Collecting thread

I’m a Chevy HHR driver since yesterday and I thought of creating a collection thread about this FZ. I introduce, I have one: Chevy HHR 2009 LT 2.4 Outer as in as new! 1st hand 32 000 km US import but everything refitted (it would like to return conversions) MFK, service and 1 year warranty Full equipment: leather, sliding roof, automatic, E-window, E-window, radio CD and Aux summer wheels on Alulett rims (see pictures), winter on Original Alus Price 13 500 CHF I have the I have a few questions about this cool box: 1. Who knows a good side where I can order chrome parts (there are not so many on Ebay)? 2. How is it with this automatic light sometimes it goes on in the dark and out in the light again as it should be. But it’s always on, can you set that it only concerns in the dark? 3. I always have a message there. The tyre pressure is not right. I checked it but it is completely 2.5 bar, I have rims from ATU but they look like they also have sensors. How does this system work exactly?

  • Mondeo – brakes, vibrations

Hello, my 97th Mondeo tournament, starts to vibrate strongly when braking at high speeds up to approx. 100 km/h. Now I have looked at the brake discs. No edge on the discs feelable / coverings 50 % thick. But the brake discs have black dots / stains. Are original parts. Has anyone had this already? I think if the vehicle vibrates while braking down, I probably have to change discs and coverings anyway. But how this comes about, I’m interested. d has worn so little, can only Ford have built bad quality. Thanks to you. Tü Jokie

  • 98′ Mondeo V6 Gear damage???

Hello Leutz! I have had the following problem for 3 days and need your opinion very much: If I start my 98′ Mondi V6 automatic cold is nothing, but if I am 10 – 20 min. on the road and then drive the car in the range between 140 and 150 (also quite briefly enough already) the buck starts to spin. It sometimes turns not higher than 4500 turns (hears and feels as if you chase it in the idle speed limiter, which is there with the automatic). he doesn’t manage to switch to the 4th gear or he doesn’t switch down anymore. Then he switches back to the idle and after eternal seconds first, sometimes he pushes the gears in the strongest way. Or if I am over 120, and he just jumps and jumps, and I insert the 2nd gear manually, nothing should happen, but he switches to the 3rd and mostly (not always) at the corresponding speed (as it should be in driving stage D) in the 4th. Although the selector lever stands at 2. Below. of 80 he purrs like a kitten, so drives without problems… Even if I don’t spend my highway ride faster than 130 there are hardly or quite rarely problems. Momentary mileage 139,000 KM. I would really be happy about numerous information and help, because I am dependent on my car… (drive over 120 KM a day) Maybe someone from you has experiences with it. Thanks in advance

  • Frozen warning light? Are they serious? (MK3)

..that the light is constantly shining between +4 and +1°C and doesn’t go to display? I only now notice how the green light of the rear-view mirror (causing itself) goes on the nerve when it’s dark – and now this stupid lamp is still glowing all the time? So that’s an idea can only have someone of the upper class driving along with chauffeur, or ?
