  • First polishing machine – a Vossner or yet the Lupus Set

    I have a polishing machine in front of me only my budget is not at 175€ for one of Lupus Therefore I found the Vossner. Have some of you already experiences with a Vossner, it is about the DAS6 Clone. Is the Vossner really as one as one can guess it in the pictures. And if possible I would like to buy such a machine naked and then order the pads at Lupus or at Skyline the MF Pads there I am not sure. What actually brings a fur on e in the Exenter Maschine that is not quite obvious to me, this is often supplied with the Vossner machines. As polishes I have to look again, I don’t think the Ultimate Compound is enough. so budget loves with 150 ink small support plates and a pair of acceptable pads.   • Which is the best wax ever?

    Hello friends of the well-kept vehicle ! Since here and in other forums in view of many new products on the market the age-old question – which is the best…. again becomes current, I would like to start a survey here.Which wax do you use and how you have been satisfied since ? It would be nice if it were answered in detail (stampling time, wear behavior, processing). Since I have worked mostly with polymer sealing (LG etc) so far, I honestly miss the experience ! chon informs and places the following products for choice: -> SWIZOEL SAPHIR WAX -> MEGUIARS MIRROR GLAZE #16 -> R222 (formerly: P21S) -> DODD JUICE HARD CANDY/SUPERNATURAL -> ARISTOCLASS PREMIUM WAX and last but not least the new “Oberkracher” -> COLLINITE MARQUE D’ELEGANCE No 915 Which wax is now “State of the Art” ? Am really curious on a voting (how to do such a thing in “balk form”, unfortunately no shimmer).

  • Wintering

    After tomorrow my Subaru problem seems to have been solved (attentional MT reader know what’s going on 😉 I will start the rest of the week piece by piece my CRX in winter. It is fully fueled, will remove the alus and put it on the winter tires, wash thoroughly, polish again, remove battery, check frost protection again (if frost is also rather inconspicuous in a newly built garage). There are still special features or tips that you can consider during wintering. should ? Would better take the car up a little ? how can I prevent corrosion on the brake discs ? I would like to prevent any cases even starting to get any damage. even if it probably only stands around 4 months. I am grateful for every tip 🙂

  • Prelude vs. 200SX vs. Eclipse vs. Celica

    I am looking for a Japanese sports car and one of the genant ones it should become. Prelude(BB1-3 o. BB6-9) and 200SX(S14 also S13 there you hear very often about engine damage) are actually rather my favorites, the Eclipse(her MOD. 95-99) is optically very beautiful, but knows very little about it, which is similar with the Celica(Mod. 94-01). I would like to know which motorization you recommend with which mod., weaknesses, advantages, maintenance, good and bad condition. More like 1o.ooo € I don’t want to invest (less like) and I’m not just concerned with the fastest or PS strongest of the models, that they all exceed the 200Km/h is already clear to me. What would be a CLK/E-Coupé or 3er-Coupé for me, but I don’t want to do that, because you see them too often on the road and they don’t really turn me on. So I’m happy about every piece of advice and hope that my decision will be easier.

    Hello, my OHL has been driving a Panda 169 for about two weeks. From 80 km/h there are strong, whistling wind noises. Is this a general problem at the Panda, or did we get a special model? The vehicle has no roof railing.

    Hello you love, I have to go to the tuv in May only a friend of mine has taken my car under the lupe… where are the problems with my punto: cooler broken, stabi rusted in the back, brake lines rusted, track rod heads broken out, oil tank + gearbox sifft…. what can I do right now when tuv bloom?

    Hello! I am looking for defective DI ignition cassettes of all kinds of Saab vehicles (red/black no matter). Since I have now found a way (possibly) to have them repaired for cheap prices (at least I want to see if I could repair this myself), I need various test material.
