Hello together! I am currently thinking about purchasing a new C1 as a second car and I still have some unanswered questions. At the moment I have a 92 AX 1.4D with no safety equipment. Consumption and repair friendliness are excellent, but it is no longer a modern means of transport. I have a 5-door C1 HDi55 with safety package. I would like to do without climate and factory radio. However, an AHK is a condition! And it starts already… In the case of an internet retailer, there is an AHK for the little one, but according to Citroen, the car is not intended for this. Furthermore, I would be interested in the actual consumption and noise development as well as the quality impression. Does the car have unforgivable weaknesses? Technical shortcomings? Rust is no longer a topic at Citroen… I hope for your experiences. Greeting Dotti

Summary C1
Hello! After now 2000 KM driven kilometers with the C1 I want to tell here my experiences with the car. First one has to say, it is a very honest car, the steering is direct, it is fast on the gas, no annoying electronic things that spark between one and the lawn mower sound is also quite funny. Since I brought the C1 as second vehicle to my C4 I am very excited about the driving characteristics in the city! So agile and quick I can my C4 (Co upé, VTR, 109hp) do not move in the city. Alone the dropping away of the annoying ESP is worth gold! The suit up to 45 km/h is really enormous for a car with 68 hp. My abreits colleague has a VW Fox with 75 hp and it consumes about 1.5 to 2 L. more than me and in the sprint he has no chance because his part weighs almost 150Kg more and has only 7 hp more. My consumption is at 5.02L and the consumption is not calculated by on-board computer because the C1 has no at all. Consumption, if any, that I always refuel V-Power, has proven to be more than good at the C4! If we didn’t have a longer motorway ride before us 1-2 times a month, then we would confidently leave the C4 and buy a 2nd C1 (airsport) because on the highway the little one is relatively quiet (driving noises) but a little wind sensitive and on climbs at Tembo 160 you can also drive fast only 150. To make the C1 perfect I took the sports package from Citroen And in addition, a spoiler is taken. If the little one is more than good! Unfortunately, a little something bothers, the white is relatively sensitive. If you have an older VW or Mercedes Diesel in front of you and it gives a neat gas, so that a large smoke swath comes out, that remains nicely out of the paint. Greeting

Car up to 800€ and sale old car
Hello, I need your help. I currently have a corsa D 1.2 petrol bj. 08 Since I now return about 400km in the week, the corsa in terms of fuel is too expensive for me. Also the performance is too low for me. Drive mainly on the highway. Question is now, which vehicle is relatively fuel-saving in contrast to corsa and has a little more power? Have about 800€ for the purchase, depending on how much the corsa adds. I have been looking for various diesel cars until now t and have found the Opel astra, BMW 1 and A3. I like the astra best in the somewhat newer look. How much km can the car have done already, with my budget? How old can it be? And what equipment can I expect? astraastra Thanks

Car search Family with 3 children
Hallihallo I am looking for an everyday car for my family with 3 children. The children are 2,10,12 years old, so stay a while. We do not want a ship like e.g. Galaxy, Alhambra, Espace. Currently we tend to a Ford S-max only unfortunately it is a bit expensive. Kia Carens is too small for us. We have Peugeot up-to-date and I don’t want to like it anymore. Citroen C4. The days we had to talk from a dealer to a Honda CR-V. a car doesn’t have to say at all but in hindsight we found it quite chic. But is this a car for a family with 3 children? What kind of cars are still possible? A Ford Mondeo for example would be nice but it has only 2 seats in the back. We need at least 3 full-fledged seats in the back, but optical 7 seats would not be mandatory. What kind of cars are there? Greeting PS: what we don’t want at all are Berlingo; Caddy,Lodgy or Touran

Coupé convertible up to 8000 euros?
Hiho I had already posted here some time ago in search of my first car and received some valuable tips. Now I have also come a little further, and that is that I know that I want a coupé convertible, one with hardtop for the bad weather. The other requirements of that time are still largely true: I don’t really need this car, because I can do almost everything by bike or on foot in everyday life, otherwise I drive the train. D. h. I am primarily concerned with driving fun. I have a great desire, for example, to simply drive a little bit through the country in summer, even longer tours. I want to drive the car sometimes in winter, but not regularly. Therefore the most important prerequisites: – it must have a certain performance, so that driving is also fun, 150 hp would be nice – nevertheless enough comfortable also for longer distances – the fuel consumption should not be excessive, so that longer stretch – 4 seats would be nice so that I can take someone with me – should also make something visual and look sporty, but also not exaggerated – reliable and easy to maintain, since I have little idea – I wanted to spend up to 8000 euros, like less At the moment I especially have the VW Eos and the Opel Astra TwinTop in mind, but also other models especially on a compact class basis I like basically very much (http://en.wikipedia.org/…/Coup%C3%A9-Cabriole t?…). Can you give me tips on which of the cars would best meet my requirements? Or do you have other suggestions that might come into question? I am very grateful for every tip! Best regards, Christoph

Crimps
Hello dear US fans. I have long been indisputable which pliers and plugs or connectors provide for a no longer solving connection. Maybe here is someone who is super familiar with it and can help me please. It is about plugs for plug connections in the engine compartment and for places such as doors or driver seat with seat adjustment where a no longer solving connection has to be created. Since I have to bring it to the saddler and it should hold. Cable cross section I have to look case There are also many plug connections that have become old and no longer keep them right. Engine space must be equipped with new sensor cables with cable shoes. Here a provisional example of luscious clamps were for testing. The car garage of the previous owner built crap and all really all connections have dissolved again. Even solder connectors that have never been soldered. Finding a good plier is very difficult in the huge offer because I am not an electrician. Please don’t be surprised Stec ker with other colors of other model. Works so

Aprilia SR50 goes badly after a visit to the workshop
Hello, I bought an Aprilia SR50 Alex of the Angelis Edition 2 weeks ago. BJ. 2007 mileage almost 9tsd Km. The scooter stood with the previous owner long and was driven only little. The front tire was huge and I decided to give the scooter to the Aprilia dealer to have a new tire pulled up and to have everything checked through. It was also diagnosed a cracked carburetor flange and a cracked suction socket and was exchanged a ne The workshop was able to check the rollers and diagnose them for good, put them together again in proper clean sequence and probably greased the rollers??? Before I put the scooter there he pulled very well from the start to 50kmh like a small rocket then there was a short break and he moved on to 80kmh. Now after everything was exchanged he pulls much worse from the start but then from approx. 35-40 kmh constantly powerful up to 80 kmh. At a certain speed it will go just before it starts (probably the belt slips through) and then starts with moderate speed and tolls a lot badly as if you start with the car in 2 gears….. afterwards it hangs well on the gas? After I picked up the scooter and drove the first 5 km I turned around and wanted to complain. The workshop master told me the scooter is driving well and he would not notice anything. He means the scooter pulls but I am meanwhile 80 km and it hasn’t really improved. Do you need to get in or ahead of it? Should I go back to the workshop and ask for a repair?

Gasoline does not run into the carburetor
I have renewed the carburetor on the 50’s Sanyang Flash scooter. There is now an Arreche carburetor installed. It runs well and is also well tuned. I only have one problem when the scooter stands for 3 days it no longer starts. The petrol hose (transparent) is empty and it does not manage to pump the gasoline down into the carburetor. It comes very slowly out of the tank and it only runs up to half of the hose approximately after minutes. Then at some point the battery is empty . What could this be about ? Is there possibly still the auxiliary nozzle too small ? Hose poorly laid ? If you fill the carburetor with a syringe completely on it runs again 1A until it stands again 2-3 days. Does anyone have an idea ?
