Hello dear members, we have recently found a Renault in the barn, but cannot identify it. The details of the owner are listed below, but are probably not true: Year of construction: 1935 or 1936 3.8l engine capacity with 36 hp It is certain, however, that the car has a 6 cylinder engine and is extremely rare. It was even suspected by an expert who came from France that this vehicle in France no longer I hope to find some Renault experts who can say what kind of car we’ve found! Unfortunately, the pictures don’t look so good, we’re going to put the car on a better scene soon. Best regards, Christian

GSF 400 Bandit left when driving
Servus with each other, I have been driving my bandit for almost 2 years. During the last ride she started to buck after 20km drive, became worse and worse until she was finally completely out. Since then she no longer works on. Gasoline is enough and runs also, all hoses are also on it. Battery is full, starter spins without problems. Generator and controller are new. I will test ignition spark tomorrow. Do you have any other ideas about what it can be or what I still check n can? Thank you in advance!

Leon without noises?
Hello, I am currently interested in the Leon ST (think of FR with 180hp and DSG) and therefore read a lot here. One certainly reads in every forum of problems and noises that a car makes, but after I have made a test drive of the above car today (show car 13.000 km, 11/2017) I am a little scared. The car has cracked or raced from the center console at every start or acceleration in the city, the panoramic roof has cracked and also son I could live with the panoramic roof, that’s just a big thing, but I found the funny “rattle” from the center console frightening. The good man from the car dealership wanted to look at it immediately, but that doesn’t help me anymore. Now my question to calm my nerves a bit: Is there also driver whose car (similar to Konfi) inside is quiet? Sometimes there is a noise coming somewhere, it’s OK for me. But not if e Thanks and greeting Markus P.S.: Currently driving a car rental Ford Focus Tournament ST-Line with 6,000 km and that is absolutely quiet inside.

Software Version 11 in Model S/X “Refresh”
If I haven’t counted myself, we’ll only have three of us here for the time being, but the model S/X refresh also deserves its own thread for the software. Especially after yesterday’s first update after sales start in Europe with the version 2023.2.0.5 has been released. Apparently there are actually significant differences to 3/Y. The first is the automatic two-stage steering wheel heater, which is currently not (yet?) available in the model S/X. If the sign recognition works as promised now in Germany, someone would have to test it there. In Austria, however, you can now access the interior camera, even if the dog fashion is not active. It only has to be active the Sentry. The camera apparently also filmes in the IR area, since you can clearly see the interior, even though the car is in the floor darker garage.

Carbon ceramic brakes suitable for me?
Hello, I drive a Model S Plaid with the original steel brakes. For a sporty driving style these are rather less suitable. Now Tesla Carbon offers ceramic brakes. I do not know however if these are suitable for me or I should rather have another (better) steel brake installed. I drive with my dogs almost daily into the forest. That means I drive daily about 500 meters gravel road and a piece of forest road. Would the brakes be suitable for such an area of use? The brakes of my M3 had often caught a little bit in the brakes. That would mean a total damage to the carbon ceramic discs immediately, right? I had no carbon ceramic brakes so far and hope for your experience/knowledge.

Which box?
Hi I have an older passat, model Arriva year 93. I would like to install new boxes because the old ones with my new cd-player are hopelessly overwhelmed and start to crack. I will install new boxes in the demanding doors which actually does not pose a problem. However, I go completely in the dark, where I find suitable and especially suitable boxes for the amature board. However, all my research has not yet produced any results. I’d be very happy to help you.

Error 575 Suction tube pressure Control difference in the TDI 1Z
Hi, who knows? A weekend will win at your home as a price, replacing a price for conducting peace negotiations in a crisis area of your choice! So: Sporadic error (according to error memory). What can this be most likely? The car runs in the green area. Say: Normal consumption, Vmax ~190Kmh-1 + x depending on weather conditions. Quiet idle and starts well. The only problem He is jerking. In the partial load area it is particularly bad (not so bad anymore (60% better) se The general descriptions of the possibilities of eradicating this error are known to me. But where exactly do you use the lever now? TDI, 1Z, 371,000 Km. klaus

Interior lighting
Hello guys! I have a problem with which I hope someone here can help me!? Have a 99er 3B variant and have volgendes problem! The interior lighting does not work at the opening of the driver’s door anymore, whereby I have closed the lower lamp at the bottom of the door and this works at the opening or closing of the door quite normally! Weird! At first I thought that the contact in the door lock would be defective, but that can not be in my opinion, since the lower Le uche yes reacts! At the rear right door nothing goes on when opening and there will probably be the switch in the lock defective! I hope one of you can help me , because I do not want to simply order a wrong part and want to save me high disassembly costs at VW!! Would be very happy to answer! MFG Passeratitdi!!!

Sensors have already been converted and measured by cable with load and retsand etc… Motor SG has also been rebuilt! one can say that the complete car has already been converted to the automatic gearbox and body…. Mass cables are all also okey.. he Funkt einfac h only when he feels like it… a Kia workshop couldn’t find the mistake! Error memory also says nothing… 0 Errors slowly I think the car is cursed…..

Suzuki Celerio AGS control unit for gearbox defective
Hello together, I signed up here today because I have a problem with my Suzuki Celerio AGS (year 05/2018 50tkm). How did it start? On 29 March 2021 he didn’t start the neutral gear at first. So it wasn’t possible to start. After several attempts he went in and he let himself start. After a short drive he stopped shutting down. He stayed “hanging” in the third gear. So the mobility guarantee from Suzuki was taken and car became a dealer. Towed. As of today 26.04.2021. The vehicle is still in the contract workshop. Up to now the control unit / activator has been replaced. However, without great success. Currently there are still problems because allegedly the transmission does not play together with the control unit without errors. Statement of the workshop that the transmission now still needs a flow improver in the transmission oil. Somehow I have the feeling that Suzuki does not know his transmission itself. How can it be that it is at the beginning oh In addition, the mobility guarantee is not worth the name. Every protection letter is better here. The only thing Suzuki has done was to order a tow truck. Despite the guarantee, no replacement car was provided. Suzuki has chosen the workshop that is closest, but not the workshop where the vehicle is normally in maintenance. Is it normal that at one time the flow improver is needed in the transmission oil w ird? How can I make sure that the repair was done correctly? How can I make sure that the transmission is not defective again after 50tKm? If the vehicle had no guarantee it would be an economic total damage. Repair costs over 600€. Experience. Once Suzuki and never again.
