Hello! I drive a Leon 5f and bought new Michelin Energy Saver 205 55 R16 91V tyres in the spring and drove them now about 7000 km. When changing tyres and then storing my summer tunnels, I noticed that the two left tyres (VL and HL) were both 0.5mm less driven than the two right tyres (VR and HR). So: Front L……….R 5.0mm 0——–0 5.5mm 6.0mm 0——–0 6.5mm Rear L………..R Tires completely evenly run off, so I measure exactly the same tread depth on every tire inside and outside. Furthermore, I ride very tire-friendly and regularly check the tyre pressure. My routes are 60%-70% rural roads and highways, rather less city traffic. Is it normal that you notice a difference of 0.5mm between the two sides at 7000 km?

Hello together, I need new Wintter tires this year, because my old ones with DOT 2006 are simply too old and do not build enough grip anymore. The tire size is 195/65 R15 or alternative 205/60 R15. By the way, to which would you advise me there (tend to 195 because of price)? My main concern, however, is that there are winter tires with T and H speed index. I mean to have caught somewhere already, that the tires with T index have more grip in snow and wetness, have there for the highway (although I only rarely drive) one with H index would be better, because if I come to the highway then, like to drive for a short time over 200. However, I do not want to have this at the expense of safety in normal traffic. Does a tire with T index build up more grip like one with H index? Who cares: I just swung between the new tires (Alle T index) Michelin Alpin 5 (58,70€), Goodyear Ultra Grip 9 (56,10€) and the Vredestein Snowtrac 5 (49,90€) . There are no tests yet, pure from the gut feeling, which would you buy? Thanks in advance, nice Sunday.

Hello! I have a simple universal shear cart lifter. Can you use such a rubber buffer:https://toom.de/…/1910860?… Or is this only suitable for hydraulic jacks? The shear cart lifter has an angled holder with the slot and hydraulic have such a round plate.

After extensive research I came to the Barum, mainly because of its price/performance ratio and because it was mentioned already here in the forum already. Certainly there are better ones, but I could get it at the moment very cheap. Would like to hear from people who drive it or have driven it again, whether it is recommended, or not. Thanks!
