    Moin! I am Philipp from neustrelitz and have a problem with a volvo v70 2.4 140ps. The volvo belongs to a colleague. He came to me after having driven with a broken cooler for several kilometers. Engine was still starting, however, evaporated exhaust gases from the coolant balance tank. I removed the head and brought it to the plan. Engine repair kit has ground the head around 1mm plan. I reassembled the head with new seal and put everything together again. zt.
