  • Three cylinders more comfortable?

Hi, I’ve already driven a lot of cars with 4 cylinders and I noticed that these just on the highway always give such an annoying roar of itself. Especially at speeds over 4000 bad. I had and have a 3 cylinders in the Fox and find the “running quiet” and volume on the highway much more pleasant, because I don’t have this roar all the time. Rather knatters, but not very loud or disturbing. Is the taste thing, or is that just so with the 3 potters? Sure me n Astra K was totally quiet with his 4 cylinders, but was another price range How do you feel? Greetings

  • Chip tuner who can teach my Accord E85…

Hello guys, the title actually says everything…. I’m still busy bringing my Accord pure E85 closer. Unfortunately, the box has a broadband probe and this is flexitune out. Of course, elegant would be a direct ECU programming, but unfortunately I can’t find an E85 tuner. Does anyone know one? Ideally in the South German region. Gruss, Tobi

  • Tires of the FIRST equipment not suitable for winter?

The days I received a call from the AH, where I ordered the DUSTER. The young man made me a “great” offer! First he told me that the ERST-equipment tires on the DUSTER would not be suitable for winter … NO, original he said, the tires are not allowed in winter! Then he made me an offer: Complete tires of Bridgestone incl. assembly etc. at the price of over 800 ohre. There would be 5% discount, so I would get the wheels for 780 ohre. However, there would be the wheels “in the back”, whatever that means, and I would have to order SOFORT in order to still enjoy the discounted wheels … Ok, taking into account that “man” with 61 is perhaps slightly dementia-sick and suffers from slight “age-bleadness”, I first thankedly rejected the friendly offer under the note that I had to reconsider the offer and then report again. Of course the indication that the offer would only apply on THIS day did not remain out … I was just on the road and of course I did research immediately after I was back … Result: CONTINENTAL or MICHELIN tyres would be about a good 100 o’clock cheaper than the Bridgestone tyres. The relevant ADAC test, which I consulted, rated the BRIDGESTONE tyres with a GUT. In another test, however, the CONTINENTAL or MICHELIN tyres were VERY GOOD. Be it … maybe I’m stupid, but not stupid! Especially this dealer has me when buying these kind of tyres. I found the statement that the original tyres would not be allowed in winter more than worrying! I don’t know how many people fell for this nonsense. Only, I have had enough experience for it to NOT fall for it and to let myself be impressed by the statement that I had to order directly in order to get the favorable price. Winter tyres YES … but only then I had to get the impression. n, if I want it and can determine the factory and thus the price itself.

  • Remove or brake flaps/snaps when gas is used

The Berlingo is built in 2006 and has the 1.4 gasoline 140 000km problem I have found: If I delay or brake then you hear a kind of flap. Relatively loud (is in the city bitsl unpleasant). The switch starts to wobble to that too (this has mega play and is tacky). To the sound: Horts like stones in a metal shell. The engine runs great and the clutch grips still well. I’m a little helpless….

  • Why did the OPF become mandatory later than the DPF?

  • dpf clean chemically or thermally which company recommendation?

Hello, with my bmw f11 with the n57 (3l d) with 182tkm the dpf is slowly full. get in the fs more often entry that the pressure sensor before dpf has one away. Was again. I read the counterprints times which is quite high and the regeneration intervals become shorter. So the dpf has to be cleaned therefore my question what can you recommend a thermal or chemical cleaning. I have read something in the topic and both have before as well as disadvantages. the dpf is not laid and so often burned until it is clean. But how do the ash get out? In the case of chemical treatment it can happen that the ceramic is melted and only the soot has been cleaned which may not lead to proper successful cleaning. Have you made an experience which cleaning is better and which company you can recommend Thank you.
