  • Experience with S40 1.8 FlexiFuel?

Hello, we have always driven only diesel (Mercedes, BMW). But due to the horrendous prices for this and no prospect of improvement, we are at the moment seriously superior to buying a vehicle with ethanol-powered (E85) engine. The selection is not quite large yet, Ford is not in question. The next Saab dealer is also quite far away. Just remain the Volvo. It is definitely to become a limousine, therefore the S40. What experiences there with the FlexiFuel moto r? How does it behave in cold temperatures (should it be a problem with ethanol from time to time)? And what is the consumption? Thanks! MfG Franzl

  • BMW Bank Leasing or financing in the probationary period

Quotation: The first rate is due only after 89 days. They are of age. They are employees, working for at least 6 months with your current employer and not self-employed. They do not have a Citibank credit yet. They do not have a negative SCHUFA entry. Credit check reserved. Additional questions: A) Schufa self-certification costs unfortunately what – curiously however, I am already. I already get an entry, if a transfer has been placed (since the account was at the limit) ? B) Which brands/models are currently still “scattered” with good leasing prices? Thanks already for constructive contributions

  • Connect forge

Hello, I just installed my forge during the lunch break. KRASS Built-in according to the instructions and then my car didn’t listen well at all. Totally clumpy noises. Could not detect any source of error. Sounds as if something wanted to fly into the air. Serial part installed again and was already quiet….Is a black with blue feather…

  • Experience with Jet Heml + Bubble Visor?

Hello! I am an absolute two-wheeled newcomer and ordered a Piaggio Beverly 125ie yesterday. I also need a helmet and a jet helmet. 2 models like/fit me particularly well: a) Original Piaggio “Copter” b) Nexx X70 Groovy (My Beverly is white/brown, so these two helmets also fit visually well to the scooter) Question: The Nexx X70 Groovy has a so-called bubble visor, which extends in closed condition to the chin. A visor like this is certainly not a disadvantage. However, already when I try closed visor it has become quite warm quite quickly and it has also easily fogged. Now I assume that it will be a bit cooler when driving through the wind. However, I will drive almost exclusively in the city and also only in the warm season. Therefore I have some worry whether such a bubble visor is not too warm or whether there is not too little (cooling) Fresh air comes into the helmet. In addition, I sweat quite fast on the head. How is it, if you use such a bubble visor half open? Does this work without problems or if you have problems, because the air goes in below and cannot escape? The Piaggio would have a smaller visor. But if you can use the bubble visor half open easily, then the Nexx would be my first choice. You see… here is an absolute beginner… 😉 LG maximico

  • How many wheels does a car need?

How many wheels does a car need? Small survey: How many wheels does a car need at least so that it can drive and maintain balance? Means the number of wheels required as standard or in a prototype and available. So also no jokes like on three wheels and a rim, but normal driving operation. Of course, this is not a joke question, steering wheel and spare wheel do not count. And what I understand by a car, I also want to define: 1.A vehicle that the car needs 2.A vehicle that is driven by a car engine or a similar engine and not by an engine that is typical for two-wheelers, such as 50, 125 or 250 cc two-stroke and comparable. 3.A car cannot be defined by the number of seats. There are also cars with only one seat (racing car). One of the cars that can or could drive with “X” wheels, however, offered space for four (or more?) passengers. 4.A car cannot be defined by the type of power transmission: in the early days, motor force was often transferred to the driven axle by means of a chain. And today, there are motorcycles with a cardan shaft. It would be nice if everyone were to explain why they consider a certain number of wheels necessary. The resolution is then available when all possibilities have been mentioned. Therefore, it would be nice if someone who knows exactly how many wheels I mean, did not “peat” before, a picture or a All right, let’s go.

  • Newbie wants to sell his car – how does that work?

Have a good day together. I hope that I am right here, because I want to sell my car first. And then buy another one. But in both I am absolutely Newbie. At the moment “my” car is still registered on my father, but I have vehicle registration, letter, keys and a written explanation about the change of owner. But the car would “eat” me if I switched to me. Insurance, the high fuel consumption – therefore I want to sell this car. But how does a sale like this happen? I want to offer the car via common portals, interested parties come by, at some point interested parties and I hopefully agree. At the moment, the car is still registered because I need it for emergencies. What if the interested person wants to have the car immediately and pays for it? I can download contracts on the net? Do I keep the license plates? Or who registers the car? How do I register with the insurance company that d he is sold car? In short: How am I on the safe side after handing over car and money is things authority and insurance? Well, that has no TÜV anymore, if that is important. Thank you for your attention!

  • ATU Scooter

Hello, what do you think of ATU scooters? I’ve heard that there are some problems with it. I don’t want to screw around on the scooter or do anything illegal. Should they then perhaps last longer and not cause so many problems? I just want to go to school with it and sometimes also somewhere else, but never long distances. What about warranty cases and competence of the employees? Try to get people off from warranty cases or always fix them on guarantee ? Thank you in advance

  • Build a chain saw motor on the bike

Chain saw motor to build the bike we have an old chain saw lying around and an old bicycle .. and since I came to the idea to install the motor to the bike. I have thought to replace the “gas button” for an Ebay mofa/moped gas train and to mount to the handlebar.. if that does not work, then just place the button on the handlebar. Gear and clutch? I would unscrew the pedals completely and attach a sheet with punched on one side, on which of the Motor comes. Connecting the engine with a pinned rod (to the emergency rear axle of “baby bike) to the front pinion I thought about taking out the middle pinion in the rear of the bike ( 3 gears) and drilling the hole in the middle bigger. So that if I start the engine and it is set to the 2nd gear, the pinion goes through and the machine stops. As soon as I then switch into the first gear I would have to have a good acceleration. a certain speed is reached (by pressing the gas button) then is switched to the larger sniper. What do you think of it? Do you have suggestions for improvement? Has any of you ever built such a thing or something similar? (vlt go cart or something?)
