  • Need help – Brakes broken after major customer service???

Hello everyone, hope to get help in your forum now. I bought a Mitsubishi Colt convertible in June 2007. Now in September 2008 I had a big customer service (cost 420 EUR) Now at 42000 km I drove back to the workshop because of a funny noise and it was found that I had only 50% brake power and all brake discs and blocks were over. This was now completely fixed and I received an invoice of 360 EUR. Well, well i ch am a woman and not really fit in autotechnical matters but in my opinion, can it not be that after such a short time after the Great Customer Service, there is a “total damage” of the brakes?????? I also addressed the mechanic and he only meant that with the large customer service only a visual inspection is made. But the brake bevels were totally rusty and are broken off, that can not happen within 12 weeks or?? Can maybe j please explain more carefully and help me if this is justified the invoice?? P.S: that the brakes have been renewed, so I have no problem and I would pay the 150 EUR for this without complaining, but it is more about working time, because the tires would have already been dismantled at the large customer service. Thank you for EUre help.

  • Dacia Weaving – Dismiss mirror

I think it’s more than embarrassing that Dacia always only relies on negative advertising on television 🙁 After being sawn through non-branded cars in earlier commercials, Dacia Outdoor Mirrors are now being kicked off. If soon, as a result of the “funny” mirror assignment celebrated in the latest spot, non-orientational contemporaries should feel encouraged to choose my Sandero as the goal of an imitating action, I will sue Dacia! As an instigator for damage to property. There are certainly a lot of arguments to buy a Dacia. In addition to an unbeatable price/performance ratio, for example, a very high customer satisfaction. Advertising costs money. For the previous Dacia TV advertising appearances, the money that has been shed out!

  • Car Hifi in H1 Travel

Hello, I would like to improve my H1 sound because the sound of the work sounds terrible. I found little or nothing on this topic in the forum, therefore this new topic. I would like to install a 4 channel amplifier (best type D due to size) in the car. Now there is very little space for it or have I found no idea where it can be installed without disturbing it. Preferably it should be installed near Amatur. Has someone ever come in this direction? Inte Ressant would also be the power supply from the battery to the passenger compartment. I did not discover a pre-installed breakthrough for the power line (16-25qmm). Do I actually have to drill a hole there myself? In the engine compartment I did not want to leave the amplifier, there would be space. Only the energy capacitor 1 Farat for the voltage peaks should be installed there. I would like to install an existing 2 way system Eton 1 in the door. This was already indicated in another topic. – with an axton system. Unfortunately no indication how the door panel can be removed without damage. The amplifier should enjoy this 2 way system and 2 other channels are brimmed for the temporary subwoofer. The rear factory speakers remain – since not important. Maybe someone was already further and can give me some suggestions. I will continue to document my installation and hope for a tonal embellishment in the H1.

  • BRZ or GT 86

Hello, I’m thinking about whether I buy a BRZ or GT86. As well as Toyota and Subaru are close to me. I’ve looked at both cars, the equipment list doesn’t make any difference, the price doesn’t really. The BRZ should be a bit harder on the rear axle. Has anyone ever thought about what one or the other vehicle is talking about here? Thank you in advance for the comments.

  • Engine damage 2,0 Dieselmtor

Hello, I have been driving a Subaru Legacy 2.0 Diesel Sport/Navi for 3 years now (EZ 02/2010). A really very successful car, lots of driving fun, great equipment and low fuel consumption. I have driven 50000 km in the past 3 years without any problems. What worries me, however, I have heard that there is always engine damage with these engines. But it is always, (as far as my information is sufficient) about Subaru Forester 2.0 Diesel. From Legacy I have only vo What have you experienced here??? Roland:

  • Volkswagen Gol (NOT Golf!)

I happen to have found something interesting at CarDomain.com: a VW GOL! Yes right, not golf but only Gol! To find here! Seems to me to be a mixture of golf and polo. In the USA there is not, in Europe either, apparently only in South America. I checked once on the homepage of Volswagen Equador, and look, here it is. In Argentina there is also, and Peru and Chile. So everywhere down there. There is even a Volkswagen Gol Club in Argentina. What holds i You from the car? By the way, the gol has been around since the 70s, came out at the same time as the first polos and so on. By the way, the gol is not the South American version of the polo, because they have the polo there too!

  • Integral, what should you be able to do yourself?

Tomorrow, together, I’m thinking about whether I’m not getting an integral 8V. So, in the last few weeks, I’ve read a little googlet and foren on the Internet and I’ve heard that it’s quite care-intensive. What should you be able to do for yourself to afford it as a normal earner (no poor church sock, but lottery winning is not in sight -g-)? Candles, oil changes, etc. of course, you can do that, but you should have a lot of easily better be a hobby mechanic and can even remove an engine? thank you mfg max PS: What can a well-preserved integral 8V cost? I have seen that there are some who do not make the worst impression from 8 mille to have, or are those pure traps?

  • What else can I ask for?

Hello everyone, bought me a new car on April 1. Now my question what can I take or get for a Fiat Uno BJ:1992 with the 60hp diesel and as a 5-door. He has 130000km on it. Would like to hire it at mobile.de. Maybe someone wants it. Color is black. The vehicle has the following faults known to me: – rear window heating does not – rear window wiper is broken – oil tank should be replaced – exhaust rusted on the Krumer, as a result of the Aborted, temporarily directed, – when starting (if you don’t glow twice) funny rough noises as if a piston hangs or the compression pressure is not properly built, glow candles have been renewed by me) Otherwise this vehicle is still tip top. Never had any problems with it. It has always jumped. Sell it just because I want to drive a lot of long distance and be a little more comfortable on the road. Thank you for your help! Have it at DAT.de sc There the dealer’s purchase value is 362€. Renegade

  • Mazda 323 F, leaking oil loss, valve ducts?

Hi, who can help me? My Mazda 323F BA (bj. 94) has been losing a lot of oil for some time. After long standing (e.g. overnight) a grey smoke cloud blows out after start. The first workshop did a compression test, everything was fine. Cause not found, possibly engine damage. The second workshop carried out a pressure loss measurement – all right. They type on leaky valve shaft guides and repair costs of approx. 400 to 500 euros, but without guarantee. At most, a crack in the piston ring, which would only turn out afterwards. Have offered me a new car, payment of the old Mazda (2,000,– Euro). What to think about it? Would actually my old car still like to drive two to three years (currently 144,000 km). Note: Since inspection (556 Euro) at ATU in Oct. 94 (dental belt, tensioning roller and pulleys.) repeatedly problems. I have the feeling that it was not worked professionally. But, Anyway, what kind of advice do you have for me? Thank you in advance. Greeting jeanny
