Hello guys…… the smart of my wife develops a curious life of her own.No matter when and no matter what weather or driving condition….It turns on the ventilation, no matter what stage and the car goes off,Eco lamp flashes, and can’t be started for about 10 minutes. If you try it in between times so after 2-3 minutes it goes sometimes no, sometimes you have to wait a few minutes longer until it goes on.As long as the ventilation stays off he rides completely without any problems. No plan what should be going on, maybe someone has advice where to look for the error????Thank you

  • Honda crx no longer pulls

Hello. Ride a Honda Crx ed9 1989! He now has 311345km down. For half a year he doesn’t pull right anymore. On the highway he only drives 120kmh and when a mountain comes, it’s all over. I’ve already stepped through the gas, but nothing happened. Today I noticed that he only managed to make a 100. also at the traffic lights Opel corsas pull past me because no more acceleration is there. Since yesterday the oil control light flickers even though there is enough oil in it. It always goes on when I brake or the clutch kicks! Does not really know anymore. Is the engine over many times?? HELP

  • CAR_PC – LAPTOP

Hello. First of all: have the sufu already tortured. Build just m laptop to the car Pc. Question about the power supply in the car. Wanted to connect the laptop to an IVS stabilized universal switching power supply NTS 120 Watt, DC/DC (6000 mA) for notebooks to then use this PC via a touch TFT in the amature board. However, my concerns are because I have read that there are more problems. Beeping in the phone or flickering of the screen. Did the power supply want to be provided with a switch and either drive up the recher with the hand or in the hope to give the command in the bios that it automatically drives up when power is supplied. (hope that goes despite battery…but computer realizes if power is on from the socket or from the battery?!!!!?) Are my considerations so correct? Would this work or is there also an intelligent power supply for the laptop, which allows the laptop to drive up when ignition? Hope I can jmd help. MFGG.

  • Becker Traffic Cascade 7944

Hello, does any of you have the Becker Traffic Cascade 7944?? I’m having a hard time fighting with me, because it’s not the cheapest thing on the market. Only one thing I know very well: I read that the radio brings the message “STVO notice” at every start! If I get into the car with my eyes closed in the morning, half-sleep and every time such a message comes up, I will certainly rip the thing out of the anchor after a week. Furthermore, there was no good radio reception talking about!?!?!! I drive a Golf IV TDI whose antenna needs electricity. Does this separate power connection possibly need to be used with this device???? As far as I know, only the original radios of VW do that. Maybe one of you has experience with it.

  • Car PC – What do you want?

Hello community, we need your help… How did we have to offer CarPC’s and have the possibility to deliver you the goods for half-to-virtel price (which is usual in Germany) because we have our goods produced ourselves with the best quality. This post should NOT be an advertisement for our company, for this reason I will not publish an address to the shop or any other. Our question is now…: What do you want from a Car Pc? e.g. – how much USB ports should he have? – how big should the touchscreen have? – how much power do you need/want to have? – do you need DVB-T in the car? – what would you spend? (yes, I know, best nixx ) – what type of construction do you (complete system or rather part in the handschufach, which others on the Amatur or yet rather all in one in the car radio format? – what bothers you about your system? Since I personally have made some time for myself, what was my big business and wanted to do and how much business for me and how much business was looking for my company.

  • 520i Starter does not turn

Hello dear community, I’m new here. Short to my person: I am almost 17 and I received a BMW E28 520i ’86 a few weeks ago. After Abi I will probably do a training as a car mechatronics engineer at a German sports car manufacturer and am very interested in old and youngtimers. Now the following problem: With my father I took off the whole cylinder head, regrinded valves, adjusted. All seals and belts changed. Now we wanted to start it today for the first time after 2-3 weeks.. No Mucks ! The starter does not turn, the magnetic switch does not crack. The ignition is normal. What can this be? I am very desperate. Thanks already in advance ! Bavarian greetings 😉

  • Change W123 oil from 15 W40 to 10W 40?

Hello, Mr. Wash recently costs the 10W 40 oil just as much as the 15W 40 oil when changing oil. Why is that so nobody could explain to me but they wanted to convince me to take the better oil at the same price because of cleaning effect etc. I once learned that one does not change the oil class in old cars because the additives can dissolve deposits and similar in the engine and then the engine starts to clap? What is right? Change to the better oil or continue driving 15W 40? I drive a 200 petrol Bj 1983 with approx. 190,000 kilometers. Thanks for your tips!

  • BMW E28, 525i no power under load?

Yesterday it was on test drive with a 525i type E28 from 1984. After about 45km I noticed that it was no longer perfect in the lower gears. Since I suspected the tank watch to display too much, I refuelled 25 liters, but it didn’t get better. The engine accepted less and less the gas request until I got ahead only with a little more than the idle speed. In the stand one could speed up the engine, at the gas lever high, but as soon as one wanted to drive away, nothing went again. The vehicle was reactivated after 15 years of standstill, the tank emptied and a new fuel pump with filters installed. Either it solved something in the tank, which clogs the fuel line or there is another fault in the fuel system, the question is only which one?

  • How to avoid metal chips entering the cavity when drilling / milling cavity holes?

Hello, my regards from everyone! I have acquired a Jaguar XJ40, in good condition, now after years I suspect that rust could be there. At least it wants to find out. I will drill holes according to the cavity plan (and at a few other places) and check them with an endoscope camera. Then depending on the condition, the corresponding measures such as rust removal, Mike Sanders grease and all the other products that are available. My chuck in the Bosch cordless screwdriver only goes up to 10mm, after that only a step drill is considered as a tool. Question: are there any lubricants or other products with which I can lubricate the drill/miller so that no metal chips can pour into the cavity during drilling or milling? Thank you in advance and best regards!

  • The time is ripe now, ….Show dear MV6!

Hi, Hab me, lately yes made quite rare. ( Sorry) But that had its reasons. On the one hand I lost a very dear family member, on the other hand the next blow is before the door. Next week my faithful MV6 changes the owner. As if I had not shed enough tears in recent times. But driving profile, I can not afford it now, because I have nothing to do with it. Maybe I can look in again and again, in order to support the one or other savvy user here, in the help for the help seekers. In any case, life goes on, which also to me also my friends, not least here at MT, always interpenetrates. So long a beautiful time you all. We write ourselves. Your feet.
