    Good day, maybe you have a tip for me? I would like to do a test drive before buying a JCW convertible, but none of the dealers in the area has a JCW available (by the way not even a coupé). The local branch can get one for payment – for a test drive! Somehow I refuse to pay for a test drive if I consider buying a car of 4000€. On request, if the money for the test drive is charged at purchase, got I a friendly: No! So if you know a dealer who can offer such a part to the test drive, I would be grateful for a contact! Thank you!

    Hello, my father wants to buy a used mini (Clubman) as a city car in the Hauruck-Ohne Kopf-Eilverfahren without having any ahung. He wants to spend around the 18000. Is there a certain year of construction which should be avoided, respectively when? What are the diesels? Are they reliable?     Hi, I had seen on the page of MR Sweden an offer as that should bring the 2.4 140ps to 190ps 250nm???was mailed about how this should be realized with a suction cup only by chip,Sportluffi and other spark plugs?herr Reumann then wrote back that he offers a PPC tuning which is played via OBD but no answer to my question……….. So either the 140ps is a choked 2.4i 170ps or he can conjure… 50ps only by chip with the suction cup never believe in life What do you think?

    Moinsen! a short question about Christmas as well as other holidays of the great religions are at the door or were recently and there is something given to the loved ones.   • Engine change at MB1 SRi 1.6V-Tec

    HELP! I’m looking for Civic freaks that can tell me if a 1.8l Integra Type R can be integrated into a Civic 5-door SRi Bj. 96 with 125hp. The engine number of the 1.6-litre is D16Y2 (SOHC V-Tec). What problems are to be expected? Does the exhaust system fit? Does the engine bearings fit? Does the 5-speed manual gearbox fit from Civic? Please give me all the information you have about this project.   • Belts are forbidden, but it would be necessary … – wouldn’t it?

  • Delay in new models

    I found the article, if it really comes from the “insider”. After that Volvo probably has problems bringing the successor models to the market as planned. Some insider news: 1) The C70 is delayed. Background for this are the impossible troubles with the ceiling. The car was’t shown at Genève (which was the original plan). The new plan is to introduce it in the ’05 season. 2) The new S80 (they use the Ford codenames, project Y286) has some unforeseen troubles too. These troubles a re far more important, because the S80 is the base for all the new big Volvo’s (and planned for begin ’06). IF he ‘ll be late too, that’s a big problem because the successors (Y285 (V70) and Y283(S60) ‘ll be delayed too. 3) Some XC50 news: the P1 codes are replaced by the new Ford names. The XC50 project is now known as project Y360. He won’t be fabricated in Ghent, or Gothenburg but in Halewood. That’s in Engeland folk.     I know this question may not necessarily belong here, but I would really be interested in the average age of the people posting here. I would say out of my stomach, about 25 Is this going to happen, or am I really wrong? People over 40 here?

  • Oil level stupid?!

    Hi, so when I (again) measured my oil level this morning, after about 3 km drive, engine was just at the “heat up”, I had to notice with horror that the oil just touched the lowest tip of the oil measuring rod! So that was at least 1.5cm away from the lower minimum mark for the oil! So I panicked in to the ARAL, and ersma threw up: they actually NUR Aral oil and no reasonable! Well anyway, I did there a 1-litre 0W30 from ARAL for 18 EUR After another 35Km drive into the office, I measured oil again earlier, and WHAT DOES IT DOES: the oil level is now suddenly about 1cm to HIGHly above the maximum mark!! So is almost exactly the 1 litre from before now too much in the engine! MAN! What do I do now?? Is not good for the cat and for the engine certainly not, if there is too much oil in there or? So in 2-3 weeks I have an inspection date anyway, then the oil is changed anyway – a over I can still drive the 2000km with too much oil up in 2 weeks??? (drives per week about 1000km, only highway). And what is surprising is that the car at the tank did not show any oil this morning yet, although the engine was already reasonably warm and I also waited about 10 minutes so that the oil “sets down”… so ne sch***! Did you have that already with your cart?

  • Driver side panel electrical defective?

    Hi Leutz, after 2 weeks ago in Cologne the side window on the driver’s side was smashed in to steal my mobile phone, I had this window replaced by Carglass a few days ago. It worked so well, only now there is a problem: I have electric window lifters, and they have an automatic at the front, which lets the windows go up or/and down completely. If I now “manually” my window lifter, so not with the automatic “set-in” R” up there or down there, it goes perfectly and everything fits as before. But if I drive the disc automatically HIGHly, drives it up, stays short standing up and then drives half RUNTER again! But even just GENAU up to half… very strange. Neither Honda nor Carglass know what’s going on! What can that be?? Why does the disc drive down until exactly half when I let it drive up automatically??? Thanks for tips!
