Hello, a buddy of mine has happened: He wanted to buy an Avensis, cash plus payment. The dealer, for whatever reason, swam up a leasing contract – because supposedly this is cheaper for the dealer and he wants to meet my buddy also. Now buddy with old vehicle had total damage – himself guilt – no comprehensive. He now doesn’t want the Avensis anymore – no – he can’t afford it now and got a superange offered by another buddy who wants to give him his 3-year car Avensis cheaply. The first buddy read through his lease agreement, it says: “A lease agreement can be revoked within 14 days after signature without giving reasons by the buyer. This also cancels the order of the car.” So now buddy has revoked the contract and was of the opinion that he is out of the contract. But the dealer now turns himself over and says that he is different opinion. The dealer agrees to cancel the lease, but the dealer thinks that buddy has to take off the vehicle anyway, since the dealer has already ordered it. What is right now? If the leasing contract says that can be revoked within 14 days and an order is therefore obsolete, can the dealer say that this does not apply to him and he must then take off the vehicle?

Buying a car can’t make the right decision….
Hello! I would like to use the scrapping premium and get rid of my old car. Now, however, I am not conclusive which car I want to have. Two I have taken into the narrow selection. Now, however, the question is which one it will be. To the selection: Toyota Corolla Verso Sol or Skoda Octivia Ambiente Combi which has now been launched in January. Both drive very well, both have promised me during the test drive. What I noticed is that the Toyota is more expensive but still practice r has a little more “luxury” than the Skoda. For example, an automatic climate control system with adjustable temperatures for drivers and passengers, leather steering wheel, leather knob, 7 seats instead of five. But I don’t know if these things, which are worth the money you have to pay for the Toyota. Who has the choice, has the agony…. is really difficult. From the space offer they do not do much and according to the brochure also not of consumption…. New Accord – comic theory…
Why doesn’t honda also use the 110ps motor from the civic for the accordion? Of course the 155ps benz is great, but not everyone has the necessary small money or wants so much insurance for a car plate… pity, because for me the accordion is out of the race – a pity because the car is top of the design/quality. I would like to do without 2 seconds acceleration from 0-100 and do not need a 217km/h high-speed, if we are honest, there is hardly any traffic anyway. nor the possibility to really gas is perhaps the 110ps engine for the new Accord in planning???

So these supposedly soooo modern TDIs, which hardly still soot or stink, hahahaha. the dinger smell like chlorine, especially the new tdi`s, and when the drivers step on the gas they smoke ALL. Hello guys, does any of you have any experience with gas engines? I’m considering whether I should have my Polo 6n 1.4l retrofitted with a gas drive? I could get this made cheaper because … (relations)… I think I have a driving performance of about 12000 km per year, when will such a thing have been paid off???? Change the driving characteristics, through the gas drive? Gester also came up with a contribution to gas drives on cable 1, there was said that a performance loss of 2% in liquid g as (smaller tank) and with the natural gas of 10% (fat tank) is to be recorded! ADAC – Your experience???
Moschen! As some already know I shot my golf yesterday evening. In the end I am to blame myself, can you do nothing. Just I wanted to know your experiences with the ADAC now???? I had called and within almost 5 minutes I had a tow truck there. Did you have only good experiences so far, or did you already have negative experiences??? I have to say the telephone service was really good, and the tow fuzzi was really competent. THX for where to go? rten!!!

Air conditioning
Moin, now we have been driving the Ignis for some time and are quite satisfied, also the consumption with approx. 5…5.3 l is fine. My wife sometimes irritates a noise during cornering (I haven’t heard it yet), perhaps of heating or air conditioning. Does anyone know the noise? I ask because it could be warranty relevant.
