Crash with Master
Hello for now. I have a problem. On Wednesday, last week, I parked my car on the company premises. Around noon, I had to briefly go to the hardware store to buy missing material. I made this purchase with my private truck. Since I had hard to carry, I set myself as close as possible to the back entrance of the factory hall to carry the parts only a short piece. The problem was that there was an absloute stop ban…and I didn’t get away from the car anymore. I just forgot. In the afternoon, my master came to me and told me that he drove into my car when I parked out. Of course, we handled the whole thing without the police. What about the question of guilt? Car or private liability. Who pays (if any)?
Hello together, unfortunately today, for reasons still inexplicable for me;-) (I just didn’t see it) a small staircase with my car drove down and of course put on the same time. Urgent!! Problem with online insurance
Hello dear Motor-Talk municipality , I have the following problem: I have changed to an online insurance since 29.09.11 with my new car (change of vehicle), whose name I do not want to mention for the time being. Since I am only 19 years old, these online insurances came to me very much due to the favorable price. Before my conclusion I informed myself of course in detail about it. Nevertheless I missed something: And I wanted the percentages (SF) of my mother (since 2007 style It was SF1. On-line I signed the contract without further thinking and informing (unfortunately). Damage accounting, total damage or not?
We had a self-inflicted accident, all-inclusive insurance. We have not yet received expert reports in writing, the figures are from telephone calls with damage processing. WBW: 14.500,- Repair costs: 9.000,- Rest of value according to the balance exchange: 6.290,- I am a little confused, the damage manager has told something about the possibility of billing as total damage, but according to the pure figures it does not seem to be a total damage. be, since repair < WWW? In case of total damage we have in the contract replacement of new values within 24 months, or refund used car purchase price within 12 months. Car was daily registration, which we bought directly from the dealer, purchase price 16.000,-. Accident happened 11.5 months after first registration (day registration). Total damage would therefore actually be the most unfavourable for the insurance company or am I wrong here?

Scooter soaks in the gas release again (Spin Ge 50)
Hello together, I hope someone could help me here, because I really don’t know any more. So it’s about my 2-stroke Spin Ge 50. Since there was a lot of things in a bad condition, I renewed many parts: Cylinder & Piston, ZK including cable and plug, carburettor, suction socket, membrane block, air filter, petrol & vacuum hose, gas pull, (rest is irrelevant) and also of course the suitable seals. At the first start I of course set the carburettor like this, The Spin Ge 50 has a 47.5 HD by default, but since I have a Leovince TT Pott, I decided on a 52 HD. Let’s get to the problem. All parts that have been renewed are therefore no tuning parts or anything else. The carburettor can be set so far, so that the scooter does not run out, but as soon as you give a bit of gas the scooter drains. After a few adjustments I still had to fix This means smaller HD, but the previous owner, had a 66 HD in the carburettor and the scooter ran with deer brown ZK. To make the mixture a bit leaner, I then took off the air filter to see how this affects the running behaviour, but even worse the scooter goes out even faster when the gas is pumping out. Okay air filter again and try to stick the snorkel to the air filter in half. And look, the scooter is running better at once. It can be turned higher at the gas and doesn’t go out. And that’s what confuses me here, the less air the fatter also the mixture or am I wrong there?? So I thought to myself ok helmet compartment on it and test drive, but as soon as you sit on it and creates the scooter proud 5 km/h and then drains off again I’m not an expert and hope someone can help me here Greeting Jan
