Servus, Have more or less from today to tomorrow the problem that my passat between 2 and 3k sounds like a diesel. If you drive e.g. at 2k revolutions and give slowly more gas, there is a point from which the “nag” becomes loud, but with further gas do not really give louder. Engine has power as always, oil is changed all 10kkm. With a video, as noises everyone perceives differently. https://youtu.be/kGzUcBiYvQI Meaning is the clapping at the full gas give the quiet “Ventilk Lappern” in the background has been driving for tens of thousands of kilometers. 200,000 on the clock, always warm. Passat 3BG with 2.0 and 116hp.

Suzuki Swift purchase advice
Hello, I’ve become aware of the Swift when looking for a new car, because I’m looking for a relatively compact car, but that a little bit more PS is the other ones in the size category. Of course I’ve already read in a bit, but since I’m not (unfortunately) a big car expert I hope that the experts will help me a little bit further here. Unfortunately my budget is only around 5000EUR. For 5500EUR I have found a few offers for a Swift in the area now, the check booklet What are the typical things that you have to pay attention to at the Swift? I have read about ball bearings (?) that this would be vulnerable to the Swift. Can you say, for example, how long-lasting a Swift is? I mainly drive short distances (short country road and more city) and once a month 200km of highway. For my budget I get a Swift with about 80 000km of mileage. I myself drive about 15 000km a year. Here your assessment would be very further I’m already a few Swifts test drives. I noticed with one that at higher speed (120km/h) the Swift somehow wobbled in the track. So you had to actively correct again and again and couldn’t smoothly drive straight ahead. That’s not normal, right? (The others I couldn’t drive so fast, because city traffic) An offer I found has a new gearbox and new clutch is 2015 with EZ 2010. If the gearbox is quickly broken at the S If this has already been repaired after 5 years, does this mean to take the car (is the gearbox relatively new then) or rather because of susceptibility? I especially have this offer in mind:https://www.autoscout24.de/…/…9348-26e0-363c-e053-e350040a65be?… or this (if there are still pictures)https://www.autoscout24.de/…/…a23e-71bf-4492-b665-1aa9cd7ef3dc?… And my last question: What does this look like with the inspections? What is the price on mic h too, if I get an 80000km Swift? (with previous complete checkbook). For your help I am really very grateful! And please excuse in advance, if some questions for you professionals sound stupid, I struggle but it is hard to look through all the technical terms

Track rod defective – accident!
On 17.10 my husband drove his Suzuki Swift type 1.2 NZ year 2015 towards work. He drove in a Fünziger zone about 40 km/h, because the car was standing at a traffic light shortly before. After a turn he heard a loud bang, and immediately on it the vehicle crossed over. And that at 40 km/h!!! ADAC found that the track bar was torn, and therefore the right wheel blocked itself. 3 weeks ago TÜV was made. As far as w I was informed that the bar had been torn down before, and since this is a creeping process, it would have to be noted by TÜV. Therefore, the question…. Does the track bar have to be checked at the TÜV? And can it be possible that the track bar will break in these 3 weeks?? Approximately 300 km to Tüv until the accident. And my husband also didn’t drive over anywhere, where could the bar have broken. He is the first vehicle holder and the car was in a Suzuki car dealership bought. Would like to know your opinion. Lawyer has been turned on.

2.0 TDI DAVA no longer starts after injector expansion
Hello together, due to some repair work on the engine (valve cover seal etc.) the injectors had to be removed. After assembly the engine did not jump on. High and low pressure circuit were ventilated. There were no error codes stored. A VW car dealership indicated that the injectors should never be stored lying down, as otherwise they would have to take damage and be replaced. With new injectors the vehicle jumped immediately. Today, a few months nac h of the last repair, the vehicle has to go back to the workshop to have some work done on the engine. This time the injectors were stored standing and yet the vehicle no longer starts after assembly. I don’t want to buy new injectors again. Does anyone have an idea what can be the cause of this? V70 LPG – extremely high consumption
Hello together, as a Volvo newcomer I have a question about the consumption. My “new” 2.5, 144hp V70 LPG approves itself with mainly urban traffic 15 liters. I consider this despite automatic transmission and just quite many short distances for extremely high, or am I mistaken? The old Swede is year 98 and has 180,000km down. The gas system is from Vialle with a 100 liter tank, was built in in Holland and otherwise runs perfectly. I am otherwise very satisfied, only with such a high Verbra I didn’t count for it. I ride it very gently, usually let the automatic switch on at under 3000 tours. He is a miracle of acceleration, but God doesn’t know, but I don’t want to drive the consumption even higher. Since I don’t know any comparison values and otherwise only drive Audi A6 Avant V6 diesel, I would be grateful for your opinions. Greetings, Michael

Air conditioning – refill
Hello Volvo friends Ride a V70 I with 2.5L/10V and 144 HP. Have a simple air conditioning installed (no automatic air conditioning). But last summer I had the impression that the air from the air jets was rather lukewarm than cold, so that no proper cooling occurred. But would have been nice this summer, if the air conditioning had also cooled. Can one fill a liquid somewhere at this plant? Have my moose only been for a few months, so that one or other re Kniff while repairing or waiting still missing. Would be nice if someone knows greetings to all Uli

Frozen windshield in V70
With my Volvo, the windshield always strikes from the inside in winter, the air conditioning has been maintained about three months ago and the climate/cooler compressor has been changed. Today, I changed the interior filter again, but it was dry. I noticed that the narrow bar below the windshield on the driver’s side is “loose”. Does the question now arise, is the bar just stuck or should it be stuck firmly with the windshield? e just plugged, could theoretically and perhaps also practically penetrate water and humidity into the ventilation system. Thanks for a tip.

New presentation in the forum
Hello dear HD rider, my name is Alex and I’ve been motorcyclist for a long time. At the moment I’m still driving an intruder but since I want to drive a machine with ABS :-), an HD increased. I know you always find reasons for such an expensive hobby. It has become an XL 1200X – Forty Eight, which was converted by HD in Bonn very nicely. It has been changed: 12,5L Peanut tank, complete exhaust system of V2 Genscher, lateral Cultwerk license plate holder and leather Bobber Solo Sa ttel. I immediately fell in love with the machine. In addition, there is LED light on it. The sweetheart is still standing at the dealer’s shop, but should be in my garage the next few days. I hang up 2 snapshots and replaced them on arrival with me. I am looking forward to lively exchange and possibly meeting.
