  • Red button on lafette

Hello, I have a little question. And that’s what we’re taking from me over the weekend in the industrial area. Unfortunately, I forgot Unterlegkeil. Now a boy runs here and thinks of a red button. Pushes in. Rolls away the lag fat then or not since it has no foretaste air. I don’t really look through it. And why is there no protection against it. Sure I can make a UNterlegkeil under it but you forget it quickly. LG

  • Truck Airhorn for car purchase advice

I’m looking for a truck Airhorn / Trainhorn to install it in a car. Actually, the thing would be clear, the Nathan K5 is the measure of all things. However, the dividers also weigh 50kg, are very large, need a giant tank, compressor and cost a lot.http://lufthorn-airhorn.ch/nathan-airchime-k5hl-powder-coated.html Which airhorn can you recommend? Is there a solution that can do without a compressed air tank and is still loud (direct compressor on horn)? Is there something ko mpakter air horns that don’t sound equally ridiculous/cheap.Do you have any further tips? The solution will not be used on the streets and will only be used for show purposes on private areas outside of Central Europe.

  • Safeguarding the sweetheart on the go

Hello, I have a urelfer and am always thinking about how I can secure the old car with little security features on the road, for example if I spend the night in the hotel or just sit in the restaurant and cannot see it. Alternatives: 1. Wheel claw: This is attached to the wheel, similar to that used by the police against false parkers, especially in NL. 2. Safety of the steering wheel: Here again there are two alternatives: 2a.: The solution that surrounds the dashboard With and without alarm. 2b. The solution, the steering wheel coupled with the brake pedal. In the solutions to 2. I have already heard that the steering wheel is simply sawn and the protection is thereby obsolete. Which is to be guessed? Have I forgotten one if necessary? What advantages and disadvantages are there? Thanks in advance for the inspirations.

  • TÜV HU didn’t pass… then somewhere else?

My beautiful BMW E 30 convertible did not pass the main inspection at the TÜV due to defects to be neglected in my eyes (exactly the same defects as 2 years ago) and was called for a follow-up investigation. Question: If I would now go to DEKRA, make a new HU and then get a badge there, then the TÜV will continue to follow if one does not do the follow-up there, whether these defects have been corrected….? Thankful for every answer o of similar experiences.

  • Winter tires are losing air.

Hello together. I recently had new winter tires tightened up. Within 2.5 weeks I had to refuel 2 times. The master I meant to bring the tire again. That’s good of course. The last time they mounted the tire. My question. What nut do you need for the removal? The mother looks bigger than the 23er(largest) which was present in the impact wrench set. Does anyone know immediately what size it has?

  • 65 km/h moped flashed

Moin friends, I have just been flashed with a mobile speed camera by the colleagues of the Ordnungsamt. Unfortunately I have only one car driver’s license (I am only 17) and a moped, with a moped mark and thus a maximum speed of 45 km/h. Well: I was flashed with probably and in the worst case 65 km/h. Allowed were 50 km/h. I have already learned from it and will probably have to keep to the speeds. itzer (car), I’ve seen that it has 2 cameras in the front. Besides, jmd. was sitting in the car. Problem: 1. I was 15 km/h too fast, that’s okay for me. I probably have to pay the fine, but I can live with it somehow. The moped is allowed on my brother, but my visor is not very darkened, so I suspect that I can be recognized. 2. I was faster than I can be, in terms of driving license and registration of the moped. Will there be anything coming up to me now? I didn’t do anything at the moped, we bought it like this, even at the dealer, whether you believe it or not.So please: no preaching that doing is not good. I know it myself. Thank you, I hope you can give me some advice.

  • TÜV date in 12/2017 instead of 6/2018 useful?

Hello, I drive an A6, 2.5 TDI multitronic, first class 6/2001, approx. 170 tkm. Wg. of the new TÜV exhaust gas test (from 1/2018) : is it useful to prefer the TÜV date by 6 months? My consideration is : – whether the A6 creates this new test as a exhaust gas? – and besides, if the new exhaust gas test is not available, there are quite high costs (if prices then spare parts costs of 1.5 – 1.7 T€ , without wage) – think also that many cars do not pass the exhaust gas test – so I would not have 2 years, then the A6 is almost 19 years old What do you think about it? Rejoice me about your answers. With greetings!

  • Vehicle purchased, lost papers by mail – how to register without papers?

Hello, I bought a car from a dealer a few days ago – a used car (import from Spain). At the time of purchase the letter was still on the way from Spain to the dealer. The dealer assured me that the letter was there after 2-3 days at the latest, and he sent it back (“this happens already, don’t worry”. So long (until today) I was able to drive with a short-term license plate. Unfortunately, today it turned out that the papers are undetectable! What can I do? How can I register the car without papers? What do I need to do? Ask for help, I’m helpless.

  • 6.2 D Pick Up Purchase advice

Moin ihr V8er…am new here and wants to try your expert knowledge right away 🙂 Got an eye on a 6.2 liter diesel GMC Bj. 87 with replacement engine (156 hp) with allegedly only 20000 KM on it. The model is probably identical to the K30. Now the questions: Does a K30 need much more fuel than a C-model (2WD) even if you shut off the all-wheel? Because the 2wd sellers always advertise with it… The steering is “a bit” turned out, I hear that rather expensive!? Is it supposed to drive Vmax 150 km/h despite only 3-speed transmission, sounds like he just kicked it… I think the speed is not more than 120 cruising speed. Oh yes, should cost 5500, sounds fair after all? Thanks already… Greetings Klaus
