  • No spark, China scooter

    Hi, I recently bought a Pegasus S50 GP 4T scooter as an entry-level project. So far I only worked in the car sector and wanted to turn to the (so my thought) “simple” scooter area to get a little bit of variety. Little experience with two-wheelers, but you have to start somewhere. When buying the scooter ran smoothly. After swapping both brake levers (left with all electronic switch Aperatur, right only lever + brake fluid container), he started no chtmore. How to know from the car of course first the basic sizes rattled: no spark CDI, candle, coil, ignition line are also renewed. Motor mass has been cleaned. Probably I have disregarded something when replacing the brake levers.. Do you need anything from me? Please report! I am inexperienced as a two-wheeled mechanic, but still do not have two left hands.

  • Porsche 996 Bj 1997

    I bought a speed yellow 996 with GT3 look because of its good appearance. I am totally dissatisfied with the road situation. I have turbo wheels, 235/275 “Hangkok” tires. At 220 km/h the car flutters, in turns it wants to drift to the right, and at 250 km/h the death fear drives along. Could the Bj 1997 be the first 996 unfinished ? I had previously 3 real 911er and no such problems.

    Running costs CBR 600 RR Hi together, I planned next year the purchase of a CBR 600 RR (Bj.03). Starting from that, one makes 6-7tsd. kilometers a year and avoids race tracks.     Hi @ all. I’m “unfortunately” new enthusiast and I want to get a machine. I have a big problem however. namely: 1.What does it do to the engine if it is throttled ?? 2.Can it be that the engine then has a defective or a damage or anything else after throttling?? 3.How much ccm and PS would you recommend me to look for a machine that can also be throttled well ??   • Exhaust turbocharger for the bike

    Hello dear biker friends, I know you probably think I’m crazy or something. But I suddenly had a vision this morning. I imagined that my 600 cbr needs an exhaust turbocharger. Of course I’m fascinated by this idea, look into the internet. Then the shock! The turbo conversions are mostly only available for the larger engines.So so 900 and so. Then the second shock! this turbocharger kit costs about 500€. It’s worth another 3000@. What I wanted to know about you, if you want to help a crazy one like me at all. Are there such turbochargers converted for the 600 class? Are there used turbochargers for a more acceptable price? which parts are available for the engine? what does it look like with TÜV? …etc. and I don’t think so. I’m also interested in it, as I can count more to my knowledge. I thank you for every beric ht….if not then I have to live with it I imagined myself a total of 150ps before I drive a cbr 600f pc 25. has 37000km so thank you for your contributions

  • BP Ultimate Diesel

    I have now almost 10,000 km down my FK3 and until now always “normal” diesel fueled. Last time I drove the tank almost to the last drop empty and then once BP Ultimate Diesel fueled. Admittedly, the stuff is sultry expensive (with us in Austria more expensive than the most expensive gasoline), but I was curious and wanted to make the test on the example. How much does it actually bring to the Civic FK3? Well, despite all the unkennrufs I notice a difference. – The verbr Also: The BC showed me a consumption of 5.9 liters at the last filling with normal diesel. With BP Ultimate Diesel I stand with guaranteed unchanged driving mode (which I take care of exactly) at 5.7 liters according to BC, i.e. a reduction of 0.2 liters per 100 km. – Noise development: I can’t judge whether the engine has actually become quieter in idle mode by BP Ultimate Diesel. At the most in an area that is only perceptible if you have ears like a lynx, what happens to me. It is not the case. Nevertheless, the engine runs as usual calmly. – Acceleration: A surprise! When accelerating, I often had a core accompaniment sound with normal diesel. With BP Ultimate Diesel it is now the case that the core sound becomes quieter, whereby the turbo noise comes to the fore – less nailing, but louder turbo noise. Whether the acceleration itself has become better, I cannot judge – I have not stopped yet or the like. Subj From an active point of view it doesn’t go better, but also not slower – only the acceleration itself is now more pleasant for the ears, because the engine itself has become quieter (as I said when accelerating). I probably lead it back to the high Cetan number. – Final speed: I couldn’t test it so far. Conclusion: If it remains that the consumption is lower, I can quite imagine to refuel BP Ultimate Diesel regularly in the future. The engine itself has become quieter when accelerating and the turbo noise is louder. Otherwise, no big differences to the normal diesel. More information is available at: www.bpultimate.at

  • Real experiences with the 180 km/h throttle – please without a new question of meaning!

    Since the official limit thread is still closed, I try it again: is there already experience with throttled vehicles? Does the officially almost 400 hp of the T8 drive you against a wall when accelerating at 180 felt or is the acceleration capacity already reduced at 160, so that it can run out gently at 180? And yes, I know of course that this is not a “throttling”, but a “sicherung”. *G*

  • Ignition breaker K1 (K100)

    Hello, my K1 has only been running on 1 to 3 cylinders for a short time. Sometimes it runs on all four. However, this is only rare. What could this be? (K1, BJ. 1991, 41 Tkm) I have already checked all contacts under the tank. The contacts of the harness are clean. I have already checked the petrol pump. Tank, pump, filter apparently so far in order. (some increase in the amount of water found in the petrol.) The contacts of the ignition coils are clean. I mean, one cylinder is completely suspended, because if it only runs on the last cylinder, then it takes the gas badly, and it works rather as a pump than a 4-cylinder engine. I haven’t checked the condition of the spark plugs yet. The spark plugs are so bomb-proof that I have to think of something to pull off the parts. Who knows this defect and what it is about ?
