    Hello, I would like to buy a new car soon. Can’t decide which one. Price and insurance amount is already all settled. Just about the car. To choose from is once the Toyota Gt86 Bj. 2013) and a BMW 135i (Bj. 2012/13…the one with N55 engine). What experience do you have with the respective cars? Vulnerabilities, problems etc. I actually read only positive things about the Toyota… however, the BMW has more hp and by the turbo it is also “smoker”. V thank you in advance

    Hi everybody, our father died 3 weeks ago, we only came to think about the car now. My brother would like to take over the car with the SFR, but he has never owned the driver’s license for more than 10 years (he lives in Berlin and therefore never needed one). Can he just take over the SFR like that?

The engine is supposed to be “dromped down” and have 240 hp… top 240 km/h! What do you think? Will it get through?

  • Why do I have to have the same SF class in the second car for almost 3 years?

    In advance the information: with my first car I have in 2021 SF 4, both as liability as well as comprehensive. (the info is probably irrelevant anyway anyway..) The whole coming problem we have with the second car. We received an e-mail from our current car insurer in February that they have received a different SF class from the pre-insurer. Therefore the current insurer has us for both the liability part as well as for the full kas The whole insurance history looks like this:1- For the first time a second car registered on 04.04.2019 with HUK. Only liability insurance. The next insurer will then be transferred by HUK the SF class the same way (I write lines 1-1 if there are any relevant key codes dr KH: 04.04.2019 – 31.12.2019 / RGJ 2020 GDV Slüssel 17 (SF1/2, beginning 1st half-year) 2- On 31.12.2019 HUK terminated (unfortunately), with the hope that we will pay less. Second year of insurance with One Insurance AG (wefox meanwhile), on 01.01.2020, again with SF1/2, since the colleagues of wefox think that I do not have this SF class for at least one year, therefore not the next level.So I have the SF class 1/2 again between 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020. 3- We sold the car on 03.06.2020 and bought a new car. I have a new insurance, this time Verti AG. This time also comprehensive. So insurance year looks like this: 03.06.2020 – 03.06.2021, because apparently Verti is one of the few insurers with so-called underyear contract. Verti gets the SF 1/2 transferred. Therefore we are practically still SF 1/2. And supposedly the Verti classifies the contracts not at the end of the year (31.12) but at the end of an insurance year. 1. 4- Now our next insurer HUK24 is starting from 03.06.2021. They rank quite normal on 31.12 again. That’s why we are probably again SF1/2. and only on 01.01.2022 SF1. Here again a general info. I had no damage or anything else. Does this look normal for you? Why do I have to have the same SF class for almost 3 years now (until the end of this year)? Is this just my ‘pech’ that I often change the insurer or do you see any mistake with an insurer where you say “they should have reclassified you here”? Vllt. here’s another listing: – 04.04.2019 – 31.12.2019 (SF1/2 HUK) – 01.01.2020 – 03.06.2020 (SF1/2 One AG) – 03.06.2020 – 03.06.2021 (SF1/2 Verti) – 03.06.2021 – 31.12.2021 (SF1/2 HUK) – 01.01.2022 – … (SF1 for the first time) Thank you very much for your support. I am a frequent driver up to 40Tkm per year. Therefore: fuel: diesel transmission: automatic Addition: cruise control, climate, hands-free system, Navi (opt) Currently I drive an Audi A1 95hp as a gasoline engine.. I value pleasant sitting because I often travel for a long time. until 12.00€ approx. and the car is supposed to last the next 5 years easily Three cars I have now looked closer: Mazda 3 Lim. Sports-Line cruise control climate PDC for 12T€ 111Tkm (Euro 6) Volvo V40 D3 Geartronic Kinetic for 15T€ with 65Tkm Volvo V40 CC D4 Momentum Automatic PDC 10T€ with 120Tkm (177hp), the car is however from Autohus (auto-hus with 3000 cars and there are often even more costs on it, probably then 11T€) Maybe you can help me decide or have a better suggestion for my requirements.   • ESP error message (yellow triangle) onboard voltage outside tolerance

    my wife her audio a2 1.4 petrol bj. 2002 has been having a problem for 1 week. it lights up the abs symbol and the yellow triangle with the circle around it! error memory says: brake electronics builtil esp 1 error found 00668 onboard voltage clamp 30 16-00 signal outside of tolerance. how do I get there now the error on the loop? battery has in rest mode over night 12,25v. with running engine 14,2v sheet protection on the plus pole is ok and also the battery contacts are not corroded. s teacker on the ABS block is also nix corroded

  • Foreign car letter lost – how to allow ?

    Hello ! My uncle brought a Camaro from Austria years ago (think year 76 or something). He was standing around now years, now he wanted to finish it and register it. The Camaro had English papers with him at that time, in Austria he was not allowed. Unfortunately he no longer has this English document thing – and he can not find the purchase contract anymore. Now the question: Is it necessary to have the English papers at all? My buddy once had an old K he then sent a request to the KBA, which then confirmed after a waiting period that the beetle was not reported as stolen. With the note he is then to the TÜV and the registration office – and the beetle was finished (at least approval technical…). Is it useful to say here simply one has lost the papers (without the hint that it was English papers…). Think that would be a lot of work I would like to ask you a question about this, because a German official probably gets the panic. Nobody knew the history of the beetle at that time, maybe he was allowed to go abroad before? At least nobody asked – and even if- how should my buddy know? The barn should be torn down and nobody should know exactly about the beetle. I ask for advice on how to do this the easiest, without a horde of amnesty. Thank you & Greetings Kababus

  • Install under coupling(AHK) at the Mercedes Axor

    Hello, thank you in advance, if I get the answer to my question :-). We want to have a subcoupling installed on our Mercedes Axor (since the train is 10.50m long, it is only possible to create the length of 18.75m with the lower coupling). We need photos of an already built-in subcoupling (possibly also factory installation) and opinions for such a installation, so that we can see what parts we need. Since the vehicle is not in Germany, there is the rabbit. Only if we already know what we need need exactly, for the entire installation, then we can get an agreement and price for the installation in Germany. As I said, thank you in advance for the information and if someone can make an offer for such an installation, wouldn’t be bad ;-).

  • Porsche 968 or 944 s2

    I have read some articles on the topic 968 and 944s2, because I’m just thinking about adding one of the two vehicles. The information you find on the net is a bit different in terms of running costs (repairs), consumption and driving behaviour ….. The models you find start at 944 s2 at 8000,- and at 968 at 11000,- . Visually I like both models almost equally well and so I wonder if the additional price of the 968 is justified. So what kind of vehicle would you advise me to use?
