  • Car up to 3000€ for short distances

    Hello all, I have had my driving licence for a year and have so far driven my parents’ car ( Opel Zafira). Now I want to buy my own car, which is mainly to be used daily for short distances. Since I read here that petrol engines are better suited for short distances, this would of course be beneficial. Had so far thrown an eye on the golf and the polo. Do me a favor also bmw,Audi (these are however due to the old/repair prone t not recommended for me?) But I’m also open to other proposals. But the car should also look reasonably in order (no typical renter car or similar). It shouldn’t be susceptible to reperature (I know, difficult with this budget).   • Desperate: A4 vs A5

    Hello dear forum, I am officially desperate ;( I have configured an A4 and an A5, of course both as equal as possible (Assi system, color etc.) But this has now led to the fact that I have absolutely no idea which one to take! I want as high comfort as possible but with sporty design, therefore the A5 with comfort suspension. It becomes a commercial leasing, but since I am not yet self-employed, I have to pay 30% deposit (this will be important at the bottom of the text). Both I want 48 months and 22,500Km per year. The A5 Sportback is just a beauty, there is no discussion for me, seen, in love. I configured the A4 with S-Line Exterierer, problem, because with that the soda also looks not exactly bad (If it was ugly I would not have a dilemma at all! ;() problem is, the A5 still likes a tick better, but the A4 is 4,000€ cheaper! So I pay almost 4,000€ for an optical package!   • Bandit or what?!?

    Moin all on the other hand! I’m seriously thinking about getting a 600 bandit, because the thing doesn’t just look good, you can get a used one relatively cheaply. And my butt feels like it’s right on the bandit. It just fits like a cast. But everywhere I only hear “Suzuki and the quality….” and “Look at others, for example the hornet.” But Hornet is a lot more expensive for you and I don’t know where and how the quality subsisting is now. iede are those the price difference right fertiegen or.. but also not. I mean the Hornet or the Fazer e.g. each have only two wheels, one engine and a handlebar. Where is that now the big difference that makes the price???? I’m driving a GSX 400L at the moment and that is 24 years old and nothing because of rust and sneaks quality or but I haven’t seen anything of the creepy quality yet (ask me about how many years this bad quality et by Suzuki!). I’m actually very satisfied with my mashie except that it’s just too small for me. And that 400cm3 is just 400cm3, so I can’t blame Suzuki for that, can I? And if I would now choose a bandit, are there any changes that I shouldn’t buy certain years or just??? Is there any other details to pay attention to when buying a bandit that I don’t even have any details yet? t thought????

  • Motorcycle purchase help

    Hello, I have a bit more general farge here is not quite right but in the end you have enough experience to answer me the question. So I want to buy a new cart, but after my decision to get a ZXR 7er came to me some doubt alone already, because the about 230kg weighs and I’m not the biggest and heaviest right now ( 170cm, 64kg). I thought that I can’t deal with the cart so well, because I’m so small and well not the strongest I know when the car is driving it is no problem but what is when pushing, making a small radius (turn with step speed etc. ) So the question is I shouldn’t rather buy a smaller car talking with less displacement ? Thought of a GSXR 600 or so but I also don’t have so much idea about moto bikes, can you tell me which is the best for one of the nciht is so big . Can you give me some basic tips so from Honda,Kawas to Suzuki which Kar would you recommend me? Thanks in advance for eúre help.

  • Retrofit NTG 2.5, four strokes in the instrument cluster

    Hello, I have changed the old Comand 2.0 DX to an NTG 2.5 on a pre-mopf-R230 in the last few days. I have made the corresponding adapter myself. The device itself works correctly, but it is not possible to operate via the steering wheel or only four strokes (—-) appear in the instrument cluster at TEL, NAVI and AUDIO. Also no volume control is possible on the steering wheel. At the instrument cluster already the D2B protocol has been recoded to the MOST protocol. SG reset was also carried out afterwards. I would have assumed that the command is not connected to the CAN bus and therefore only four strokes can be seen, however, with the SD can be accessed without errors on the command. What could it still be on? The command is taken from a Sprinter test by test. There it works with key operation and AI display impeccable. It should nevertheless work despite other series also on the R230 or not ?     Hello, after I had actually shot myself at a Ford Focus Titanium 1.6l Ecoboost (150hp), I became skeptical about my visit to the Seat dealer today and now prefer the Seat Leon FR 1.4 TSI (140hp). Unfortunately, there is no demonstration vehicle available in the area as FR and I’m a little skeptical about whether the FR with a sports car and 18″ might be too hard to transport our little daughter (6weeks). What are your impressions? H abe read that the Leon druch is a bit bumpy. Now I have also considered the Golf 7 in the meantime, although it leaves me emotionally cold.   • Oil drain screw turns over to FZR1000, what now?!

    Hello guys! I would be very happy if someone could help me quite quickly so that I can experience the right time really nice weather again on the motorcycle!! So when changing oil the last days I have overturned the oil drain screw from my FZR1000 Bj.91, but also must have happened to the predecessor already because something has never happened to me and that was already before!!! So drain screw is now screwed in but not really tight and just when it is warm the oil runs on the screw e just out!! How to fix this problem best?? Would I be very happy about good tips…… Mfg Karsten
