Hi guys, would you like to ask if you could get a little more sound out of my Audi 80 Type 89 (90hp) without great investments. I already pulled out a Bosi sports pot, sports air filter K&N and the hose from the air filter box. If the engine is warm (90-100 degrees) it sounds quite good (feeling light). However, in the cold state the sports exhaust sounds strangely equal to zero (hears almost like such a Japanese sewing machine). h do what???? Greetings Chilly

EXC 250 2t does not react to stand gas control screw and knocks
Moinsen habe ne EXC 250 2Takt Bj. 2000. My problem is the stationary gas adjustment. It runs very restlessly in the stand, sometimes it turns up quite high, then it goes out again because it runs too slowly. It does not react to the regulator screw at all. No matter if completely turned in or out (I currently adjust at the top of the gas handle with the knurled screw). The regulator screw is fine, neither broken off nor worn off and it also lifts the slider. It is a JD kit built in with blue needle (3. Clip), 45 LLD and 175 HD. Although it speaks to the idle mixing screw, I still don’t get a reasonable stand gas (1.5 revolutions open basic value). At 3.5 revolutions open it ran high touring, but like a sack of nuts. False air does not pull (have sprayed the area between the head and carburettor with start pilot). Carburettor is cleaned, air filter is new, nozzles and needle is also. In addition, it “nails” in the stand gas (every 3-4sec) and during exit/slide operation ( It’s hard to describe: Sounds almost like an early ignition. When you take off with the gear in place, there’s a real short jerk forward, then the whole moped is shaking in the stand gas.Listen to it…. and can’t be right. Above the stand gas is the greatest mopped of the world, pulls stripes to the horizon and at full gas the moon bursts. I soon have no ideas :-(( I am grateful for any kind of input).

Hello, I have my piston in the appendix. The side you see is the side to which the small arrow (the triangle) points on the piston bottom, or the opposite side of the two locking noses in the respective ring groove. I would like to know if this is the pressure side or the counterpressure side of the piston shaft, as this side is a little bit more worn out. My question (I did not remove the piston): – the arrow certainly points towards the outlet channel – the motor turns clockwise , if I stand right next to the vehicle ? Thanks for your answers cm

Which wheel screws for my rims
Moin, I had my rims changed abroad and had to leave the car in the workshop last week. There the car master said that there are the wrong wheel screws on my car. I have now looked for the right wheel screws with the help of the KBA, but there is also something of an accessory kit. I just ask myself, should I buy this now or not? The KBA number of the rims is 46867 and the car is a Touran 2009. It would also be very helpful, if someone could link the matching wheel screws, because I always find different and don’t know exactly which ones I need now. Thanks already for the answers.

Someone used my wheels as a ladder.
So, my wheels are standing in the basement (2 horizontally on each other, the other 2 next to each other). The heater type was there and he had to do something on the ceiling (drill, supposedly) and is simply on my wheels on it and his work. I wasn’t there, of course, but only my mother, who didn’t know that you shouldn’t do that. Now my question… how tight are the things? Can they be damaged so easily when an adult man is on it? There are 21″ alu rims and de talking summer tires on it. I have made a short visual inspection, everything seems to be fine, but I will not know until the wheel change in May.

RS2 bumper for 80ies convertible
Hello! I’m looking for an RS2 bumper for my 80’s convertible that can also be broken. Actually only needs the parts that are there for fixing the Porsche Nebler and Blinker. Because in my project this year I would like to install the Porsche Dinger in my bumper with normal Neblers and Blinkers! It would be best if it wasn’t a GFK bumper, because then I could weld it with my thermoplastic hand welding device! Or do you have other ideas or helpful tips? MfG Sebastian

928 Problem
Hello dear Porsche specialists. My new passion for her first suffering. No different to expect at a Porsche 928S year 1980. But that’s also why I bought it. ;o)Situation: 1000m after starting yesterday a pressure drop when accelerating uphill ended my sun trip. I still came home (mountain with stand gas), but now strange things happen when starting. After studying in this forum I quickly refilled 0W40 Mobil1 oil, since last week I had filled up n liters 15W40 (according to the manufacturer) to dilute the oil again. Beginner’s error…Analysis: Engine can be started without problems. Battery, rev indicator and tank indicator move rhytically up and down, the engine runs restlessly and goes out after a while. In the rear of the vehicle is a permanently audible noise of a small running engine (similar window cleaning nozzle motor). After that, the noise was gone. However, when the next start and drive of 5 meters is back again. Safe for the antenna removed, noise remains. Safes for windscreen wipers at the rear, removed, air filter cleaned at the front, noise remains. Safe for the fuel pump removed. Engine does not start. The more often you start the engine, the longer it stays on, but still does not run round. Cause of error: I hope one or the other has pity on me and can help me. fen. W220 battery empty… Help
Hello, my father didn’t drive his W220 2 weeks because of vacation, when he wanted to open it now nothing went anymore… Then opened the suitcase with the closures (electric rear cover) and measured the battery, she still had 3.25 V voltage… Did they want to charge, but didn’t go anymore so we had to buy and install a new one. How does it know that a 95A battery is empty after 2 weeks?? She is also only 2 years old and never had any problems with her. lg Marcel
