Is a fictitious billing possible with the data? Does the car then have to be repaired or is it also possible to sell to the residual value buyer indicated in the report? Instead of 7.500km tearing off 20,000km and only tilting the usual 0.1-0.4l/1,000km that the engine consumes anyway? “Something” of fresh oil comes in. And ok, the Plörre should then be full of suspended particles and thin like water. Whereby in advance only the thickest, temperature-stable oil (20W-50) would come in anyway. Possible, or not?

But it is not so amusing for anyone to have to read every day the repetition of the same brainless and right-wing rock from a few. Again and again, the same “scandal revelations” about Toyota are spread – no such small media nuance is lost. At the end we are again the “agressive Toyota drivers” with “brand glasses” who do not want to see what we are driving for retrogressive drinks. hello together, since the beginning of juni 05 I have now my car, annual car golf v. am currently insured at huk, for this half year I am at 140%. from 2006 my freedom of harm discount is at 100%. what do I have to consider if I want to cancel the insurance if other good insurances are cheaper. how do I proceed exactly, step by step? will I be automatically hired in the other insurance at 100%? are there conditions? have no idea at present. which insurances n are good and cheap, respectively better and cheaper than the huk? thanks for your help in advance. ie

Good evening dear Com, I had an accident (wasn’t guilty -> debt question clarified). The expert estimated 6942€ for the repair. Restitution value is 7550€. What possibilities do I now have to buy a new/used vehicle (from the dealer of course)? I find vehicles that would be priced in the frame, only I would have to make cuts in the equipment, let alone my subsequently bought rims, springs and multimedia equipment. I somehow avoid this “restitution value abstinent residual value mismatch”? Would you like to pay me the repair costs abstinently of the VAT and sell my accidenter himself, but that doesn’t work for anyone? Or do I always “just” come to this 7550€ replacement value? Hope you can help me further, don’t look through it any more. The expert says something different than my insurance broker,…. With kind greetings

Private used car sales buyer claims defects one day after!
Hello all, I have a huge problem: I sold my Honda yesterday, as far as so good. Sales price 1550,- In the contract I “sold as seen” and excluded the withdrawal. Now one day later the seller arrives and sends me pictures of allegedly defective brake parts and a supposedly broken and welded front axle. This should come from a concealed accident. Lt his data total damage! After yesterday, today the brake is supposed to be fixed. By the way, I drove 2 weeks ago 900 km with the car in 2 days. There happened nothing more funny. I announced defects such as the rear crash and recorded them in writing. Brakes in front were renewed, so a rear renewal was excluded. He now refers to a cost contribution or he invoices me these costs + some towing fees, because the train allegedly is no longer suitable for traffic (tüv without having to make brakes at the front in the near future in July NEW) And brakes at the front have I renewed. What do I do now? Is this a fraud? He buys a similar car, he sold his previous one to have 10 Ps more?! Should I ignore this and let it happen to a possible litigation? That’s not so kosher. I hope I get quick advice here!
