    Hello people, in my 320er, year 1997, the climate is out. The climate can be switched on, the compressor is running. That the evaporator is working is heard. The additional fans should be ok, because it bridges sporadically run. When the climate is switched on, however, the fans do not run. Even at higher temperatures. There is no cooled air.   • Honda Dax engine no longer starts

    Hello Dax friends ! I have actually lost nothing in your forum, but I hope that someone can help us anyway. I bought my son a quad in which the China replica of a Dax engine with 125cc (I know that one should not expect a great quality here). The engine ran first 2 days without problems. After that he went out more and more often as soon as the first gear was inserted. Now after 1 week the engine does not start at all. test: petrol runs from the tank to the carburetor. Air filter is clean. Ignition spark visible. Test-by-probe stand gas screw completely pure and again 2 revolutions out. Air quantity screw completely pure and 1.5 revolutions out. Carburetor opened and nozzles carefully blown through with compressed air. 1xStartpilot. Between the tests I allowed the engine to dry by means of warm air each time, because petrol was recognizable by the candle. has enough experience to conclude from the crime story on the killer.   • Don’t get the heater. How, where, when is the part used???

    So here’s the thing: -I press the remote control of the StH. Nix from the outside, about 2m and more away. Car is closed, engine off -I press the remote control at a distance of 5cm to the side window and in the tacho the nice StHssymbol appears, but does not hear engines or ventilation work? Maybe only Taub. -I now run in the car, engine, the symbol can only be removed with the help of the remote control but not with the Navi Monitor. Whether the heating was running… no e Hint. -Now try to activate the StH via Navi Monitor (with running engine…is that at all?) , nothing happens, even nothing, zero, as if the button had been dead (but it’s nocturnal). -Now, sitting in the car, with the motor switched off and without ignition, try to activate the StH via Navi Monitor. Rest heat flashes briefly, StH wants to do nichts. OK, then I press on residual heat and it finally does something. Can also be snapped out again via Navi Monitor. r still not tested. So, I’m doing something wrong now, should I try the timer or run straight to the friendly and heat up a replacement Phaeton again? Or is it with the heater somehow different than I imagine. Since I heard that there are differences whether diesel or petrol I say I have a fine V8. (jo, very fine the V8) Thank you

    Hello, I’m new here, which is due to the fact that I had nothing to do with vintage cars so far. I have a question to which there is certainly no clear answer. Therefore I am grateful for many opinions! I have a 16-year-old Audi S2. He is still very neat on the outside with his 130T Km and has parking fully equipped. But with a consumption of 14 liters and so some things that need to be directed (small rust spots, brakes, various Ele ktronik) and with the knowledge that the Turbo does not always work perfectly it is now time to say goodbye, since the child seat soon does not fit anymore … After I and my wife are very attached to the car, but I am not a “car screwdriver” now the question arises: is there a realistic hope that our car will become a “pleasant” old-timer in 14 years, which one can get at a reasonable cost? We have a TG parking space left, but I don’t even know how It is not about making a big profit in a few years, but whether there are possibilities to get and operate such a car as a classic car in a reasonable setting and to spend the effort of 14 years waiting time?   • Tires grinds in the wheel box

    My girlfriend bought alu rims for her lupo (7×15 ET 35; 195/45). the car is about 60mm deeper (or more? The wheel center to the fender edge is 300mm). and now the tires in the wheel box are grinding during curvatures and bad roads. where exactly do I not know but it sounds like the plastic in the kotflügen. what can you do there? to make track spreads, spring travel limiters or suspension (many) harder? It’s not the only thing that’s gonna happen.

  • Porsche under the roof of VW

    So I wanted to start a small survey here on the subject: Do you think something great changes after the takeover of Porsche by VW? For me (even as a non-Porsche driver but a big Porsche fan), this takeover loses a big piece of independence of the brand (as with all other VW brands). I would probably not buy a new Porsche anymore (even if I could), because for me now just this unique Cha I have the fear that Porsche will slowly become an 08/15 VW brand and that the cars will become just as emotionless and boring as the other VWs…
