  • New injectors for 5000,- Euro ??!!!

    Hello ! Have a huge problem with my injectors on my 220 CDI: 3 injectors are coked. On request in the MB branch they told me that probably the cylinder head has to go with it, because it will probably be destroyed during the construction. Now I wanted to have the repair tautly carried out, then I got from the MB branch in Mannheim the next Jobs message, that with the cylinder head change also the crank case will go with it and also has to get out !!! That means: completely new exchange engine for 5000 Euro !!! My Vito already has a replacement motor with just 70,000 km. And on Kulanz also can not be true !??   • Glow plug problems

    Hello You can hear from all CDI’s about the problems with the glow plugs. Cross through all rows: A-Class, 210 and here also Sprinter. What are the causes? Similar to the hard-baked injectors? So it can’t be made by a soot lump. Bzw. soot lumps at the glow tip, so that you can loosen the thread, but then turn off the incandescent pin? As a solution shortly before hot driving it can’t be. I guess that the soot only forms when the engines are driven too often short distance, so that the soot is stored in the (thermally unsuspicious) corners and intermediate spaces. Therefore, would it be advisable to chase the car over the highway for an hour before an exchange, so that the soot is burned away? As long as the engine starts you can still drive with a defective glow candle. How are the experiences from the practice?

    First of all a hello from a Greenhorn in your community. I signed up here, because I wanted to hear your experience. I understood to buy a Captur TCe 120 automatic.     Hello, can someone give me the part number for the original spring plate / spring holder down for the rear axle (bundle handlebars) for the Renault Kadjar 11/2018? Have our Kadjar lowered and seen that one of the spring plates has a crack. Unfortunately, I can’t find anywhere the right one for our Kadjar.     Hello community; here again a question that drives me around! I am now “e-car newcomer”, the Twingo with the small 22kwh battery is my first e-car….. If the battery has about 20 % left, a flashing “reserve” lamp! comes so far so good. If the battery falls to 10 % residual capacity, the reserve lamp lights up permanently, the car asks me if I want to charge, and the residual range is NOT displayed MORE. 🙁 (instead of which only three strokes in the display.)     Hello, I have two Zoe Intens Phase 1, one from 2013, one from 2017. Both of them don’t have the return camera anymore. In 2017, the reversing light doesn’t work either. I happily switched between the cars back and forth and after a long time trying and measuring I have now the following picture: There are 12.7V on, as soon as you put in the reverse gear. But if you hang the bulb as a consumer the voltage drops to 40mV. I then tried to bridge the ground and clean the ground point – without improvement. Therefore my guess was then with the plus cable. Up to the driver’s seat I could not detect any damage to the cable. I have already read about the camera that it can be located at the switch, which can be triggered by the reverse gear. Does someone know where he is sitting (I read in the engine room) or do you have any other idea what my fault picture can be about?
