The climate did not go accordingly. I then looked around something whether I find something somewhere or see at once when it got a little cooler (23 degrees outside temperature) the fan ran again. SL 500 start problems
Yesterday night the following happened to me. I drove about 80km at the track over autobahn. Turned off the car then and came back to the car about 2 hours later and wanted to drive away. Have keylessgo in the vehicle. So at the door handle, car locked up normally. Reinset brake kicked start button pressed, then the starter went through in normal pace twice but did not start. I then repeated the again 3-4 times with always the same result. I tried it again twice with the key directly in the ignition lock but also that showed the same symptoms (cause 2-3 times went through but no start). So someone stopped for starting aid. Since I am absolutely lay about cars and technology so stupidly connected to the rear battery start aid (which I only learned later this was wrong). Long talk short sense car jumped immediately. I had the days before when the SL two days ago, the comfort battery turned off the functions. But she disappeared after a few minutes after the car started. The rear battery was from 2016. Now my question may be that the comfort battery weakened, and because of the wrong start aid that had enough juice again? Or was that just a coincidence that the SL started and the error is to be found elsewhere? SL 500 Year of construction 2003 Edit: battery in front has 12.6 volt. battery in the rear 12.1 volt. I am looking for the part mentioned in the topic. It is the lower part of the plastic cover of the left ignition distributor. This is screwed directly to the cylinder head. SL R230 Deck stops
Hello, with my SL350 BJ 2005 the cover opening or closing runs off completely normal, only then the trunk cover stays upright and finally the cover closes/opens after a slight push down. Unfortunately, I replaced the hydraulic pump and the relevant cylinder (very expensive), without success. I’m baffled and unfortunately always find it necessary to help the cover. Hello everybody! I’m just about to purchase a SL 500 (R231). Two cars are in the short choice: 1. SL 500 “Standard” (BJ/MJ 2017, EZ 12/2017, since 9200km run, factory warranty extended to 11-2023, with ABC chassis and otherwise also all Pipapo – besides massage seats and Magic Vision Control) for nominally around 84,000€ (will certainly still be negotiated a bit). 2. SL 500 “Grand Edition” (BJ 2020/ MJ 2021, EZ 09/2020, since 7800km run, factory warranty up to 09-2023, without ABC chassis, but with all the other extras that the list gave off at that time) for nominally around 105,000€ (rather less negotiating scope if I correctly estimate the dealer).Two questions: – Can you dispense with the ABC chassis (perhaps even better due to error?) or is this a must-have with the SL, also with regard to the resale value? – Is the surcharge for the 3 year younger vehicle in the special edition (collector piece?) without ABC gü. the now almost 6 year old standard SL with ABC, also with regard to the resale value? Right side seat adjustment no longer works

Hello, maybe someone can help me. I have been driving a Sl 500 for about 15 years, Bauj. 91. In the meantime the good piece has about 150000 km on the hump, 70000km of it were driven by me. Last after about 50 country road kilometers the power was abruptly gone and since then runs only on 4 cylinders connected with strong unburnt petrol odor.
