Sidecar on Softail
Hello all, I would like to have a sidecar screwed to my softail. Who knows a company that can make such a thing to some extent cost-effective – with TÜV. The sidecar should be with adapter so that I can also drive solo. For every advice or experience worth it I would be grateful to you. Warm greetings — Jason PS: Reason for the whole: I have an almost paralyzed shepherd dog, which I don’t want to leave alone anymore, so please try not to make you laugh about a Harley team. — Thank you —

Long-term experience 996 3,4-300PS
Hello Porsche friends, at the moment the first 996 models seem to have arrived at a low price, so I think about buying one of the first water-cooled ones! How are the experiences with the stability of the 3,4 L engines here. The most offered 996 around Bj 2000 have km stands of 140-180.000 km with the first engine. There are no AT engines of Porsche and in case of damage will be a motor revision with then required original parts in relation to the vehicle This is why I have so far been advised not to purchase such a model! But if you look at the 997 models, these similar km stands and usually cost twice as much as the Porsche Purist-smowed 996 series with the mirror eyes… Are there experience values with running times over 180,000 km here in the forum? The models I favored have Tiptronic, so the engines have been switched on a bit more gently and can not have been overturned. I had tried one of these (from 2000 with 145,000 km) and was actually positively surprised, how close he can get to the 991 in terms of comfort and agility. The price was less than 17,000,- € and was already sold the next day. (My 93er 964 he is a completely different world, but you don’t always want that!) I would be happy about your experiences and assessments… Greeting Horst

Where is there a classic car insurance for under 25 year old drivers?
Hello, I want to allow a vintage car, but I am only 21. I have already read through several pages of insurers who also had interesting offers, but unfortunately I am discriminated against everywhere because of my age, all the vintage car insurances I have found seem to want to insure only drivers from 25. Really sad that such a thing is allowed. Does someone know a vintage car insurance that would insure me?

Driver card
Hello captains of the highway, I have a question about the driver card. You have to own a driver card, even if you don’t have a vehicle in the fleet that needs one. Heist, we only have trucks with speedometer disc. A driver of another company meant, yes in any case. What is it really like? Thank you for your answers.

R 107, some questions to buy
Hello, my dad is going to retire soon and wants to buy another oldie. This one should be: http://suchen.mobile.de/…/183060207.html?… Unfortunately, I find on the net not so much specific to the R107 and if, I get with the model changes and so on not quite clear. What do you think of the linked car? What is special about the year of construction? How good is the 350 engine? Does someone know the company that sells the car? Which wheels are original on it? Is there in B ezug on AMG package all original? In the first conversation the following information was given: – KM not comprehensible, approx.100000 estimated, – Hostorie with gaps – vehicle was sometimes green – two coin-sized rust spots – seats sat through – stand 15 years in barn – all around good maintained condition – new roof Thank you very much 🙂

Prospects for Porsche
Lt. Press release, sales of Porsche vehicles have fallen by about 20% and 50% in the USA due to the current economic situation and the prospects for the future in Germany. Will this be a problem for Porsche as in 1991, when Porsche was on the “kippe” ? (sometimes the time is over when “other” (financial) deals with Porsche will be made at Reibach!)

GSX-R 750 – Change engine or new bike?
Moinsen, I’m looking for a new bike. Now it’s the case that I came across a nice GSX-R 750 on the Internet, but with bearing damage. Year of construction 1997. You probably don’t get around a motor replacement. But it’s relatively cheap with 1300 euros. Now, of course, I’ve made a smart decision and a “new” used motor is around 900 euros. So I’m lying at about 2200 euros “material costs”. My question therefore, does it make sense to start a motor replacement? – How big is the effort? – Would you let it be done in a workshop. How much do you value the costs? Or would you say that you should generally resort to a complete “healing” bike? Thank you for your answers Best regards
